My new cook had an accident in my Bolero Camper 3 years ago, I took it to India Garages, the Garage that sold it to me New. Attached is the cost of the repair, Mr Manish from ICICILombard, the most obnoxious man I have ever met, said bluntly, that I am only going to pay you 30 % of the cost, when I am entitled to 40% and that he was only going to pay me 30, 000 Rs..
I think that is why India Garages Now Have a sign recommending NOT to use ICICILombard Car Insurance. I never used this Insurance Company again, and as I pay for all the vehicle insurance for all my staff, as their Insurance expired, they were not renewed, but moved to Insurance Companies that pay out, with Cashless Repair.. what I found amazing was the amount of calls I received from ICICILOMBARD, to renew my car insurance, when the vehicle was in India Garages being repaired for nearly 6 months. I have still Not been Paid One Rupee towards the cost of repair. I am now going to the Insurance Ombudsman in Bangalore.

The total charge I paid to India Garages was 1, 27, 549.27 lac, plus I had to pay for the M3 for windscreen and new stereo. So I would recommend that you use an insurance company that pays the garage direct the full amount, what would the interest alone be on this for 3 years.

One month after customer support was notified, I am still waiting to hear from ICICILOMBARD regarding my claim, don't Insurance your Vehicles with them, you may as well throw your money down the toilet.
Last 10 days happened I am trying to call customer care .there is no response .Cover Note No : W44720195.i just wanted to renew my bike policy its showing call to customer care while calling customer care nobody responding .

kindly hepl me out to renew my policy

If you are having this much trouble trying to renew your insurance policy, think ahead, they will never pay you after a theft or accident. Go to a reputable Company, I've been waiting 3 years for them to pay out.

      Sir / madam,

      I have purchased a travel policy along with my flight ticket booking from Delhi to Patna to Delhi for 10th & 14th July 2017. Even though the amount was deducted, the policy did not come to me till date. Regarding the same I had called the customer care service thrice and almost every time my call was put on hold for at least 20 mts but nothing was sorted out till date. The last customer care executive told me that the particular PNR (Jet Airways PNR # RXAAXY) does not reflect any policy. But I had sent an email with all the detail along with the insurance receipt to icici lombard but they did not respond to me either. Please protect the common man from these robbers. This is not the first time I face this, almost all the time I have to call if they have to release the policy.

        And insured with your extreme empire known as ICICI Lombar Policy No. is 3001/[protected]/01/000, My vehicle get Accident[protected] at 8.00 am. At N.H. 24 Hapur Road I went to SHIVA automobile that is situated in B-7, Industrial Area, Meerut Road for my Insurance claim After survey of my car By Mr. Rajeev Gautam give me claim for that Accident for front and back side. He reject to give approval for left side that also get dent in this accident. After the contact with Mr. Rajeev Gautam he told me that “Isko aap apni pocket se kara lo” what is this talk. At time of policy renewal will you agree If I pay you 5000 less le lo and I say that “isko aap apne pass se mila lo” I will not pay even 1 paisa (for repairing) to the garage for my repairing because I have all ready purchase 0% dep & Cash less policy from you, your company.
        When I say to mr. Rajeev Gautam(Surveur) Plz give me in written that’s you reject my claim for left side he told me that he will give me the contact no. of his boss but after that even he is not picking my call. I make call on customer care toll free no. 18002666 and clear all details but they also told me that I will have to contact with surveur. After some argument they give a No. of Mr. Abhishek(Manager) [protected] after contacting to him I come to know that now a days he is not concerning with this area from that side I got a No. of Mr. Anoop [protected]. Today[protected] from afternoon to evening I trying to contact him for solving the problem but in vain.
        I am trying to my level best to get the solution of this problem. plz resolve it as soon as posible otherwise I m ready to fight it on up to top level
        Now if you will not take any action with this ----- I will have to go to Insurance Lokpal, IRDA, National Consumer Helpline

          My claim No GEN[protected] against my health insurance policy No-4080/PNB-GSM/88351596/00/000 has been rejected by ICICI LOMBORD due to the reason of non disclosure of pre-existing diseases DM & HTN. But at the time of booking policy no one enquired about my existing diseases and explained anything nor carried out medical examination to me. Before issuing such a major policy their responsibilities is to check all those things thoroughly whether I am eligible for this policy or not. The bypass heart surgery carried out to me on 22nd March 2017 and I am taking bed rest at home without job/salary at this situation my claim was rejected by them. Kindly instruct the insurance company to pass the claim at the earliest so as to enable me to solve my financial problems. I shall be very grateful to you for this act of kindness. Thanks and regards

Insurance guy told me workstation engineer don't inform and engineer told that he already informed before raise bill from insurance company. My bike placed in worksope from last 15 days.               My name is maneesh kumar age 24,
              Date of birth 12/01/92
              Icici lombard employee have made a call yesterday i. E. On 12th june 2018 at 6:07 seconds explaining me a policy of health insurance worth rs 8000+
              They explained me the policy and after that they told me that a verification team will call me asking me about my address phone no. Date of birth and card no. So that they can convert the amount of the policy to 440 as an emi instead of paying the whole amount together on my icici credit card.
              When the verification team called me i had a doubt so i told them i need time to think if i want to take the policy or not that was 2 to 3 days.
              After that icici lombard employee from malad a call saying you didn't completed the verification call what problem you have ask us i said i need time to think about the policy and everything and i said give me 2 to 3 days time to think about it they said okay and cut the call.
              Then today i. E. 13th june 2017 they again made me a call at 12:13 pm regarding the same matter after he started explaining me again about the policy i said i don't think i will be interested in the policy as i have some problems he started to get rude with me he said your policy is already created and as you didnt complete the call of converting the emi the whole amount of 8000+ will be debited from my account i didnt gave any details of my card to them then how they can do that plus at the end of the conversation i told them i dont think i will be interested in the policy he again got very rude and started saying useless things over the phone and said you will receive a message over your phone that your account has been debited
              If they debit any sort of money from my account it won't be a good thing from icici lombard team side how they can do that without me whole consent over the policy.
              This was the most rude and weirdest conversation made by them at the end of the call.
              Please look into the matter as there are already 700+ complaints against them already and i am adding one more today is really someone is taking care of it or not.
              I have already made a complain regarding this on icici lombard chat services my chat id is : chat[protected] and the person i was chatting with was sanchita.
              Please tell them not to behave in such ways with the customer of icici bank.

                Travel insurance

                I have taken overseas travel policy from icicilombard Lombard for 4 family members. Their online team sent me 4 different payment link for which I made 4 different payment through my netbanking facility. But these people issued me only two policies. When I omplained they forced me to pay premium again saying techical error and later on I came to know that they issued me policies against all the payments instead of refunding the first payment....

                    I am writing this complaint with regards to my car insurance claim. I met with an accident at Lucknow highway on 12th March 2017 for repairing and insurance purpose i dropped my car at Megha auto dealers (I) pvt ltd. The insurer inspected my car within few days and i was told that the insurance will be claimed within 45 days. But its been 70 days passed and so far i didn't get any response from the insurance company. I have been doing regular follow ups with the insurer but i all the time they keep on telling me that it will be done in couple of days, But as of today no action has been taken to assure me. But in response they are asking me to visit their Lucknow branch when they know that i am out of the country since past 2 months and i cannot visit them personally. I believe that the insurance is not bounded to one city and covers all over India then why my case is been delayed and why they are not transferring my case to any Delhi branch.

                    The insurer persons I am taking with is Mr.sagar (contact no - [protected]) & another one is Mr.Supraneet (Contact no - [protected])

                    I would urge you to please look into the matter as i truly believe that ICICI is committed to its customer service and commitment. And help me to get my insurance claim ASAP.

                      I have raised a request to cancel my loan policy, daily i am calling them and they are telling they are updating the documents but i didn't receive any response.
                      As there is a name mismatch with cancelled cheque and the policy name.I have submitted all the documents PAN card, Passport, Neft Form, Cancelled cheque and Self decleration letter.Can you please let me know when can i get the refund.This is high time of waiting with the services as you people are testing the patience of the customer.

                        In reference of above claim no have say that i am extremely sorry after approval form insurance company. There is no meaning by according to cause of accident given by approval of insurance when ever there is a genuine complain.

                          I am not happy with support team and Sales team, Its finally very poor experience with ICICI Lombard Team. Let me briefly explain your poor service.

                          1) Date 10 - April- 2017 Your Executive team called me and offer me Car insurance. As I have car hypothesized by ICICI Bank ltd so I thought they have all my car details that's why ICICI Sales Team calling me, even they know my policy will expire with in 4 days.. So I trust her and I found offer quite good as compare to prv. company. Its on record I told her I need full coverage for my Driver and passenger setting in my car as it is Commercial vehicle. Asma Your Executive request to hold the phone and discuss with her manager Mr. Shanker.Sipger and increase the Final cost Rs.15946 Which I have paid Through Credit card. She asked me to send Older policy and My CAR RC. Which I have sent to shanker.[protected]@icicilombard.com .( On record)

                          2) Finally I received Soft Copy. There was not mentioned any Policy No. I got time after 4 days and go to shop and Print out that Soft Copy. Which I notice It was Private car insurance which is not valid. I called to 24 hrs customer care phone no and they asked me to provide Correct policy no, which was not mentioned on Policy no. I request her how to solve it, she asked me wait and we will convert your policy in commercial I was happy its ok if you can settle it. Finally I received another call after one day and she told me ICICI Lombard only deals in general Privet car insurance. This was shocking news for me really, I was not heaving extra money to spend for another policy and now even my policy got expired already so I am already late.and I have to pay late fees which I have paid. I request to ICICI Lombard to refund me this amount so that I can buy new policy I raised complaint and Customer Care ask me to buy new alternate policy first. I already mention I was not heaving that amount to buy new policy. Date 21-April My complaint registered and I arrange fund pay market interest for that. HDFC Bank sent me Credit Card bill including Service Tax, How much I have paid in your single mistake you don't know. Its really harassed me, , Police checking and Challan etc. Your Executive already told me to you will get full refund but you only refunded amount of Rs.12711/- .

                          3) Fees I have Paid, Policy Late fees Rs 300 and Credit Card Tax Service Tax + Swatch Bharat Tax(0.5%) + KK CESS (0.5%) and you already deducted Rs. 3235 Total Loss Approx. Rs 3500

                            How many months to you require to change my name in my car insurance?

                            - i raised the request in the month november last yr i, e 2016
                            - the are continues emails on that to you guys.
                            - my car met with accident in the month of dec 2016.
                            - called the customer care on the same day spoke to 4 of your executive on call. Brilliantly all 4 gave me different answers for the same question.
                            - i could not use my insurance for my car accident since, you guys have not changed my name still.
                            - i raised a request again last week i. E 9th may, i am diligently getting one constant auto response for my emails request. But sadly no one as called me or even responded to my email. Why icici needs you when you guys depend on only auto reply.

                            Firstly i had to pay you the yearly subscription, secondly being paid also i have to use my money for the claim and you guys are still not changed my name.

                            You guys are fantastically stupid. Surprises me that there is no manager even to respond to my emails.

                            Is icici paying your salaries are you guys are doing charity, the way you guys deal for me it looks like charity..

                            We write this with reference to your below post.

                            We have reviewed this case and wish to inform you that we found that you had contacted us on 25th November 2016 and informed that you wish to change the insured name as the owner of the vehicle is changed.

                            Next day our team replied your email informing the required documents for transfer of ownership. We received your email on 27th December 2016 with transferred RC and other details. On 28th December 2016 we took request for transfer of ownership and also replied to your email with TAT to process your request. As the RC was transferred to your name on 7th December 2016 and you provided us the same after 14 days the inspection was required for endorsement. Our team tried reaching you till 2nd January 2017. However there was no response from your end. So we sent you an email on 2nd January 2017 confirming your feasible time for inspection of vehicle. We received your reply on 7th March 2017 stating that your vehicle met with an accident and you wish to have survey of vehicle from the workshop.

                            As inspection was pending and no response from your end, endorsement for transfer of ownership was not processed. Hence claim is not payable due to non insurable interest at the time of accident.

                            Every month an amount of Rs 6648 is deducted through ECS for the same.

                              Sir/madam,

                              With respect to the above mentioned subject (Reg.: renewal and reduction in renewal term from 3 years to 2 years for policy nos.4333i/xol/89266527/00/000 and 4333i/xol/89266524/00/000.), i would like to inform you that i hae received the renewal letter from you dt. Feb.02.2017 for both the above policies and the last date for renewal / expiry date is mentioned as april 9 2017.

                              But i was really shocked to see the next act of yours (Like last time you have changed my policy from complete health care to health protect with out any prior information and confirmation from my side which is still disputed) that, at the time of giving this addon policy you have affirmed over phone and further by letter that this is a 3 year flotter policy and will be renewed after 3 years only and this is till the age of 80.

                              Now in the renewal letter you have mentioned these policies to be renewed for 2 years only. Ie a change from 3 years to 2 years. I once again affirm that, i can't renew the policies every year and that is why i have chosen your this addon policy which you have assured that this is a 3 year flotter policy.

                              When contacted your representative mrs. Swetha on 07.04.2017 over 18002666 to renew this policy, she says this policy cant be renewed over phone or on line, (And she said i have a grace period of 30 days, when i said 9 th is the expiry date). Where as i have been doing this for the last 6 years and also this facility was mentioned in your earlier renewal letter.

                              I really wonder why you are doing this always?? What we understand is if a party is not claiming even after renewal twice, you are expecting that he may claim this in the third renewal and wanted not to renew this policies of common public, which is a crime.

                              Hence i request you to kindly give change my policy to 3 year flotter and allow me to renew this online or send your person to collect the cheque on prior appointment.

                              Further to the above mail i got the following reply from their end with out reinstating my basic policy. Ie "dear ms. Rekha,
                              Greetings of the day!
                              With reference to your query regarding the policy numbers 4113i/xol/89266524/00/000 and 4113i/xol/89266527/00/000, we regret to inform you that due to some technical issue the said policies cannot be renewed online and policy can be renewed only on offline from our branch.
                              Also we wish to inform you that the grace period for policy renewal is over and hence your policy cannot be renewed.
                              However, a fresh proposal can be issued to you. Hence, we request you to confirm us with the future course of action.
                              Your relationship with icici lombard general insurance is greatly valued and we look forward to delivering the best of our services.

                              This is the way they are responding. Then how we can rely on these insurance companies. Kindly take immediate action in this regard.

                                    Hi, I am ICICI Lombard Motor insurance zero depreciation policy holder for my new four wheeler. On 30 April, 2017 my car met with an accident and I have register the claim for the same and the claim No. MO06582092.
                                    I told that my car is majorly hit from the front and somehow touched from back also. The inspection has done by Mr. Yogender Rawat and he has approved only half of my damage. He said he will not approve the back bumper damage and scratches on sides. The reason he gave is that the rear bumpher is previously damaged. I am unable to understand i bought it before one month.
                                    Rear bumper is bended and there is major scratch on the right side body.
                                    I do not understand why you people are not considering customers problem at the time of giving claim. If my car is not repaired fully then what is benefit of taking the claim.
                                    I am very very disappointing from the service provided by ICICI Lombard. What is benefit of taking zero depreciation policy for my car if you are considering half damage. Why false promises are made during the time of buying the Motor policy and insisting to buy the zero depreciation policy. Is this kind of service is provided by ICICI Lombard ? Do customer require to call every time to surveyor ? Inspite of calling Mr. Yogender, he is shouting on me and told me you are not there to paying for us. He dont care if i left ICICI Lombard insurance and go for other.I have been customer of other insurances earlier and didn't saw this kind o[censored]nprofessional and pathetic service. I am escalating this mail to the highest level and am expecting your answer very promptly.
