There is no response given by your servayer as well as your customer support after 60hrs. Of claim.
A normal person who is join with you are faces many problems by your servayers.
There is on your department who listen the problems of customers.
You can check my status, as my claim no. Is mot09173523.
I never suggest any one to stay with icici lombard insurance.

Same on you guys that you are saying that you are contacting to me on my no.
But the truth is you are not alloted any servayer on my claim till I complained it.And these clearification can given by your customer support, I have call recordings of behalf of proof. If you provide any WhatsApp no. I will send that recordings to you.
There excuse are common so go to your senior and learn some new excuses.

    First time company icici lombard reject my claim due to driving licence (We are submitted d. L which related tractor) then i have spent money from my pocket. After one mother second tome accident happen so that my bike chetis bend. Again i have raise claim but company again reject. I have also discussed with icici lombard person but they are asked me your both claim are same but in first claim thare is no mention regarding chetis. This is not satisfaction reason for reject my claim. They are harassment me, so pls look into the matter.

    MOT[protected] Driving license of Mr. Santosh Kumar Mishra is not valid to drive vehicle on date of loss

      I am p satyanarayana, i have a credit card from icici bank and without my knowledge the said credit card company opened a health insurance policy of icici lombard and deducted rs.9027/- from my saving account. I don't want to avail this policy. The policy no. Is 4128i/hp/[protected]/00/000.
      Sir, this is a cheating. Please help me in cancelling this policy and return the deducted amount.

      Sir, one year back they issue a health insuance of policy no. 4015i/IBV/[protected]/00/000 without my concern & knowledge and also deducted the 2 months premium from my account and after the cancellation of policy they are not refund the full amount to me. kindly refund me the balance amount with interest to me.

        Icici lombard:- regarding insurance -
        I am sorry to say, that i have never seen such type of bad service.
        1. 19. Aug.19 query raised by you, but you were not copied me & hr.
        2. Hard copy of discharge report already submitted, but your team fails to review properly & unnecessary query raised.
        3. 23. Aug.19 : your customer care told me that they will confirm me within two days whether these documents are suffice or not
        But today customer care called me & told that your file was reopen yesterday & it will take 14 days minimum.
        What type of service is this???

          There was a claim of t/w which lunched was 20/08/2019, no-m0t09089726. The name of customer was mithun roy. At the time of the claim lunching thy told that within 24 hours the vehicles will be inspected. But no reply till 23 august. Then i was called further, they replied that if i note a request no[protected] and also give me a mobile number of surveyor. ([protected]). Name md sekh. When i was called him he provide a mobile number mr, debayan ([protected]) and last called him he give me a mobile number of mr soumo ([protected]). The behavior of mr soumo is so bad i preventable to inform you.

            Alok shukla and his floor manager initially agreed to send quotation in pdf and kept on asking for payment. I gave all my details and family details on agreeing that they will email me quotation in pdf format. They never did that. Later, the floor manager started saying they don't entertain purchase of motor policy online and showed that he is doing a favor to me, which i never asked.in a rude way he said better go to a dealer and get the policy.

            What was my mistake?
            My mistake was:
            1. I requested to see the quotation first before making the payment.
            2. I objected on repeatedly being asked for making the payment. I said i have given all my information and by eod i will make the payment. Before that let me see the quotation.

            To conclude, alok shukla looked to be inexperienced as he kept on asking for payment without showing the quotation.
            Floor manager was very rude and found to be disinterested in closing the deal. That was unprofessional. Please check the recording of the last call if it was recorded. There should be 3-4 recordings. Look for last recording.

              Problem is not solved, car inspection done once and they agreed to replace the key, few days later they told me visit office and provide all required documents as per the call i went to lombard office mysore and submitted all the documents. Till now i didn't get any call or information, i only called them again and asked status.

              Now they are saying want to inspect car again.
              How many times you're doing inspection. Do you i think i don't have any work to go here and there?

              Why you didn't tell all rules and regulations before taking policy?
              Executive called me many times to renew insurance why same response not there after paid money?

              I will not come again for inspection because its already done and provided all documents including cheque, aadhar, pan, dl, rc, insurance and claim form.

              Are you giving any loan or any assets to take these many documents?

              Anyway i have submitted all of them.

              How many times you're asking details?
              Irresponsible, icici lombard people sent my all the documents (Which i submitted for claim including cheque) to my home address through professional courier on 14th july, till now i have not received documents, i called vijayanagar professional courier many times every time they were creating new stories finally now they are saying documents are missed somewhere.

              Claim not done from and you sent documents through unprofessional courier and i have not received.

              In all the way you cheated me.

                  I Have written more than 10 email to remove my name from the email and sms for policy#2093166 for payment. more than 5 meeting with there staff and managers . this was on april/10/19. but they keep posting msg and email on everyday.                     I Have written more than 10 email to remove my name from the email and sms for policy#2093166 for payment. more than 5 meeting with there staff and managers . this was on april/10/19. but they keep posting msg and email on everyday. Also i get the call to pay the premium which i am not able to pay. its like harassing me & i am in so much pressure that i cant even talk to there company .

                      I have raised one complaint against icici lambard regarding my claim and then they just call me for formality and said we will look into this and the they make the status of complaint as resolved but till date no action taken. I have mail all the higher authority of icici lambard but still no action taken. All are same, since 3 years i am buying icici lambard policy but now for sure i will not going for icici and even no one in my circle will go for icici, they are making fraud with customer. Please find the attached complaint screenshots for your reference and i request you to take hard action against icici.

                        On July 21st i made a recharge of rupess of 348 on my mothers phone using jio app. The recharge was done using myjio via upi method and using google pay.                               Problem is not solved, car inspection done once and they agreed to replace the key, few days later they told me visit office and provide all required documents as per the call i went to lombard office mysore and submitted all the documents. Till now i didn't get any call or information, i only called them again and asked status.
                              Now they are saying want to inspect car again.
                              How many times you're doing inspection. Do you i think i don't have any work to go here and there?
                              Why you didn't tell all rules and regulations before taking policy?
                              Executive called me many times to renew insurance why same response not there after paid money?

                              I will not come again for inspection because its already done and provided all documents including cheque, aadhar, pan, dl, rc, insurance and claim form.

                              Are you giving any loan or any assets to take these many documents?

                              Anyway i have submitted all of them.

                                How many times you're asking details?
                                Irresponsible, ICICI Lombard people sent my all the documents (which I submitted for claim including cheque) to my home address through professional courier on 14th July, till now I have not received documents, I called Vijayanagar professional courier many times every time they were creating new stories finally now they are saying documents are missed somewhere.

                                  As per our telephonic conversation held on your mobile number 95******63 dated July 19, 2019, we would like to inform you that post receipt of your concern we have reviewed your claim with our senior claims officials and regret to inform you that your claim has been rejected as per the policy terms and conditions.

                                  The claim is rejected as per the below findings:-
                                  The above-mentioned vehicle was stolen on Feb 10, 2019, and FIR for the same has been lodged on Feb 21, 2019. The FIR for the stolen vehicle is lodged after 11 days of the theft of the vehicle. This is in violation of the terms & conditions of Insurance Policy. The FIR should have been immediately lodged after the theft. The Motor Insurance Policy issued to you clearly states - In case of theft or criminal act which may be the subject of claim under the policy, the insured shall give immediate notice to the Police and cooperate with the company in securing the conviction of the offender.

                                  In addition, the claim was intimated to the Insurer on Jun 03, 2019 i.e. after 24 days. This is in violation of policy terms & conditions. As per Policy terms - Notice shall be given in writing to the Company immediately upon the occurrence of any accident loss or damage or theft in the event of any claim and hereafter the insured shall give all such information and assistance as the company shall require.

                                  In such circumstance, the above-captioned claim as made by the insured is hereby stands as "Rejected".

                                  We anticipate your understanding in this matter.

                                    I am the car policy holder of your insurance company, the car policy no. Is 3001/hi[protected]/00/boo the cars registration no. Is mp28ca0239, on getting the car accident i took the car to the dealer abhishek hyundai chhindwara, car surveyed by your company's surveyor mr. Raajveer saral i have written a complete description of the accident in the claim form but surveyor who come to survey the car, says that this incident is not of the same time, surveyor only talked about processing of front main glass, while bomber's support frame cover & right side mirror are also damaged, whose reason and whole events i wrote in the claim form while giving a car dealer, what is the reason for not supplying the claim of a mirror and front bomber's support frame cover by the surveyor, can not all these parts break at the same time? Can the surveyors stand in the dealers workshop and make an accurate estimate of the damage done in the car, is the wrong statement that i wrote the details of the incident form? If the surveyor has some kind of doubt on the incident, so surveyor is free to survey the spot, after this the surveyor will give me the signature of his analysis written report, i am a consumer because of this i want all this for satisfaction.

                                        I had a personal loan from icici bank, which is already closed from my side. Now from last more than one month i am requesting to lombord team to close all insurance policy against this loan and return my amount, which is committed by lombard team itself. The reference no icicilom:[protected].

                                        The custumer care mail conversation subject line is "icicilom:[protected] regarding withdraw the insurance amount against preclouser of personal loan lpgur[protected]"

                                        Complain description - major concern is the customer care team is playing an unprofessional role, in end of the april 19 month i had request them to close my insurance policy and return my remaining amount of this insurance. They had request me to provide noc certificate against this loan, while it noc was pending from loan department side. So just i had send them the f&f statement with duly stamp of icici bank branch whether i had done the foreclose of my loan. But these guys was not accepting the f&f statement while both team is belongs to icici only. Both are belongs to same parent company. At the time of provide the loan both had same team, but now when as a customer i have required the mutual understanding of both team they they dont want to support me.

                                        Anyway after multiple follow up loan team had provide me the noc certificate in previous week and i have send it on mail to the lombard team, but lombord customer care team is giving me excuse they are not able to receive my attachment, and writing in mail attachment is missing.

                                        I have send it to them three time, but any time these guys answering me they are unable to receive my attachment, while surprise thing is rest other documents they are able to receive. While i had request them to call back to me but they are not giving me any call to conclude it. As well i had escalate this case to his service head, but still no any revert from head also.

                                        It is really a very challenging concern and it's become a complain of harassment to customer against the icici lombard. I am attaching here the snapshots of mail which is replying by lombard team, as well attaching here snapshot whether is will prove that i have send them the required document multiple time. But lombard team is not taking any necessary action and harrased me.

                                        Please look into it and help to take a needful actio against icici lombord and provide my pending amount which should be approx 13k as per commited my them in previous conversation.
