Rs 29.50 was deducted four times from icici bank account, it was written posdec chg, i don't what it is. Icici bank deducting my money unfairly. I need explanations for this. This is totally disappointment. As this is not the right way to handle the customers account, as you are deducting an amount unfairly which is totally nonsense, i need explanation.

    I hold i hold a motor insurance policy with icici lombard for my ertiga car number mh 02 cw 6600.
    The policy no. Is 3001/[protected]/00/000, for the period feb 24, 2019 to feb 23, 2020.
    While buying this policy, as a first-time motor insurance buyer, i filled details as i understood and asked for online.
    Recently, in september i lodged a request for claim for a small repair.
    The company, on its part, informed me that the claim cannot be approved as i had while buying the policy mentioned that i had made no claim with my earlier insurer, but in actaul, i had, and was claim reimbursement as well.
    I agreed to that and asked how to correct my policy, and get my current claim passed.
    I was suggested a solution as to pay additional money, the different between my original insurance policy fees and no claim bonus charges. I made that payment immediately.
    I was assured that my claim will be approved after additional payment.
    However, once the payment was done, i stopped getting feedback from the company.
    Moreover, the company after much followed up turned back from its assurance and declined to approve the claim.
    My point:
    The company could have informed me clearly about discrepancies in the policy at the very first instance and disapproved my claim and should not have asked me to make any additional payment thereon.
    My policy started in february 2019, and ending in the same month next year. According to my understanding, the company asked me to pay the difference for the entire year, and so, it just cannot decline to pay my claim money. If the company wanted to disapprove my claim, it could have asked me to pay the difference amount only for correction in my policy for the remaining period of it.
    The company has not communicated me in official manner about its decision. Its executive, who said her name was nikita, spoke to me over phone, but failed to send any acceptable, official email afterwards.
    Except for auto generated emails, the company never bothered to take official way to inform me. How can such a huge and important financial company can do so?
    My car remained in the service centre for a month just because the company's poor follow up, and wrong assurances.
    What's more, the company in my revised policy has mentioned that it is valid from the date of it was originally issued yet, it declined to approve my claim in september 2019.
    One more horrible thing is it has changed my gstin in the revised policy and i fail to understand how this could be done?
    In ever auto generated email, the company assured action in 24 hours of communication.in reality, that was never never done even once.
    I request you to take stern action against the company, see it it that my claim gets approved, and also the company pays for all the harassment it has done to me.

      I am shocked and surprised on learning claim is rejected on the basis of sum assured for 2 lakhs and one lakh towards floater (Which according to you is for four o[censored]s).
      As informed to you, no such communication (Claim rejected) has been ever shared to me till a short while ago except from you a short while ago. As mentioned to you, please go through all emails & call notes and take the decision on my claim accordingly.

        It's been more than 2 months since i have submitted all my documents for surrender of my agency at icici lombard general insurance but they haven't given me the noc till now. They have even stopped responding to mails. They posted a requirement for an annexure once and after submitting that they have stopped responding.

        Kindly help me and provide me the noc as soon as possible.

          Sub :- refund of my hospital bill amount


          I have already given complaints regarding the above subject but till date i have not received any reply.
          I am requesting you to kindly give the details of my policy agent no. 24777 i wanted the name address and the icici bank mumbai mulund east branch and his contact number is [protected] not working kindly send me new number at the earleast so i can verify.
          Once again i am reminding you that i am holding a health policy of icici lombard since 5 to 6 years, i was lot of complaint about the policy as last 2012 -13 when i have claimed about opd also your company have not provided the amount till date. But now in the month of march 2018 when i renewed the policy i have told them only you can issue the policy of instead of 5 lakhs to 03 or 04 lakhs whatever premium i will pay, but remaining clauses should be same as per last years policy. But they have miss guided me and they have issued the sub limit or clipping the policy which i may not now about the what is clipping or sub limit in that and they have issued that policy. Unfortunately my wife got sick and i have admitted in the hospital after the six days when discharged then your company have sanction only 25000/= only instead of 84134/=. It was very difficult for me to pay that balance amount. Even this hospital has admitted in the terms of cashless. So i request you to kindly see that and refund the balance amount at the earlieast.
          But i want to say some think regarding the premium, it was that when actually i wanted to renew it that time your team has not contacted me but i have contacted them for renewing, when first time i have called that time miss tanya has spoken with me and i have told her regarding premium, she told me that this time miss priya got the your policy she will contact to you. But then also i have told her that i want only premium should be less not other. But she told that i will tell her.
          When i have to renewed on 21/03/2018. That time she told me that amount near 38000/- but i told her to kindly do one thing instead of 5 lakhs you can give me policy of 3 or 4 lakhs. But what she told me that only 3 or 4 disease that it will not be cover, but she never explained me regarding this clubbing or sub limit. Actually i am not understanding your sub limit what is that? How i can now that?
          I have been miss guided through miss. Priya and miss. Priyanka. Now also i have renewed but i have renewed though direct from your andheri east branch there they have guided me.
          So i request you to kindly see in deep and solve my claim amount at the earleast. Once again i am telling you that your renewal team has miss guided and solve the matter at the earlieast. It has not been solved but you are harassing me as i am heart patient.

          I renewed my old insurance to new on icici on high cost as it's cashless for two wheelers, but agent done fraud as he clicked the pics of bike and told me that he ll upload it soon . As i claimed after 2 months so he hadnt uploaded and i am not able to claim on my bike as it's accidental.
          I got call from ur side, ur telecallr call me and uses of abusive words to me, u here by requested you that take deciplinely action on her for her that kind of behavior.

            My vitarra breeza accident took place at speed breaker. Another vehicle dashed to my vehicle from back side at speed breaker & i lost control of my vehicle due to this. My vehicle dashed from front side to one rickshaw & my front bumper also got damaged along with back of my car. At body shop while survey was done by icici person he passed only back side damage for claim. Front side damage was not considered. I think icici lombard insurance has made fool of my policy. What is the use of taking policy from icici lombard when such things are happening. My policy number is 3001/mi[protected]/00/b00 it is a zero depreciation policy. Premium amount:- 18212. At present my vehicle no. Mh 20 ee 3991 is still at pagariya body shop aurangabad. If my problem is not resolved then there is no other alternative rather than repair my vehicle front buper at my own cost. Please see if any thing can be done in this matter.

              Claim pass nahi hua. Serveyer ko reason pasand nahi. Jo actual reason hai usko serveyer nahi maan raha. Fir ki copy ke bina claim pass nahi hoga.
              98% cases without fir pass hote hai. Sabka reason yahi hota hai ki koi hit karke bhag gya.
              Kya uski fir nahi honi chahiye? But claim pass hota hai lekin mere case main serveyer ko lagta hai ki main jhoot bol raha hoon.
              Ager rod lagne se speedo meter nahi toota sirf glass toota hai to kya yeh meri mistake hai.
              Kya mujhe rod se attack kerne wale ko kahna chahiye tha ki meter nahi toota, ek baar phir se rod maro?
              Very crucial matter.

                My car insurance claim is processing since last more than 6 months but still i didn't get my claim amount. Claim team (Satendra singh & anoop singh) are asking me that claim file has been processed for payment from their side and it's in payment department since last more than 1 month. Whenever i call them, they always keep saying that you'll get your money in next 1-2 days. I have submitted all required documents but still paying my car loan emi.

I have also discussed with icici lombard person but they are asked me your both claim are same but in first claim thare is no mention regarding chetis.                         3. 23. Aug.19 : your customer care told me that they will confirm me within two days whether these documents are suffice or not

                          There was a claim of t/w which lunched was 20/08/2019, no-m0t09089726. The name of customer was mithun roy. At the time of the claim lunching thy told that within 24 hours the vehicles will be inspected. But no reply till 23 august. The behavior of mr soumo is so bad i preventable to inform you.

                            Alok shukla and his floor manager initially agreed to send quotation in pdf and kept on asking for payment. I gave all my details and family details on agreeing that they will email me quotation in pdf format. They never did that. Later, the floor manager started saying they don't entertain purchase of motor policy online and showed that he is doing a favor to me, which i never asked.in a rude way he said better go to a dealer and get the policy.

                            What was my mistake?
                            My mistake was:
                            1. I requested to see the quotation first before making the payment.
                            2. I objected on repeatedly being asked for making the payment. I said i have given all my information and by eod i will make the payment. Before that let me see the quotation.

                            To conclude, alok shukla looked to be inexperienced as he kept on asking for payment without showing the quotation.
                            Floor manager was very rude and found to be disinterested in closing the deal. That was unprofessional. Please check the recording of the last call if it was recorded. There should be 3-4 recordings. Look for last recording.

Till now i didn't get any call or information, i only called them again and asked status.

                              Now they are saying want to inspect car again.
                              How many times you're doing inspection. Do you i think i don't have any work to go here and there?

                              Why you didn't tell all rules and regulations before taking policy?
                              Executive called me many times to renew insurance why same response not there after paid money?

                              I will not come again for inspection because its already done and provided all documents including cheque, aadhar, pan, dl, rc, insurance and claim form.

                              Are you giving any loan or any assets to take these many documents?

                              Anyway i have submitted all of them.

                                      I have raised one complaint against icici lambard regarding my claim and then they just call me for formality and said we will look into this and the they make the status of complaint as resolved but till date no action taken. I have mail all the higher authority of icici lambard but still no action taken. All are same, since 3 years i am buying icici lambard policy but now for sure i will not going for icici and even no one in my circle will go for icici, they are making fraud with customer.
