There was a huge difference between telephone toking and risk assumption letter. They told me that only and only hiv illness is not included in my policy other all illness are included in over policy with in same premium per year upto 80 year. Some deasease are included after 2 years it was not told to me. Mental deasese are not included in there policy. So please refund my amount earliest.

    Refer to claim no.[protected], i am struggling to settle my reimbursement claim for only Rs. 17000/- from Last month 9 5th Dec 19). I continuously receiving queries from you side. first query is admission date is not proper entered by hospital. This mistake is made by hospital and hospital send them clarification. Now after one months still my claim is pending there is some deduction showing for amount of Rs. 3577/- Even this amt is not reflecting in my claim, then where you get this amount?
    insurance companies continuously raising quarries without any reason.

      I requested transfer of car insurance on my name. I sent all related docs over mail and car inspection is done twice, i paid the amount of 1234/- for endorsement and shared all these details to customer care and special team over phone. I called icici lombard customer care several times, they keep on telling today and tomorrw they will resolve, but i was not happening.
      Please help me and sort my issue.

        Dear team,

        I have bought 2 w motor policy online from icici lombard on september 2019 and till now this policy has not been updated in icici lombard online portal.
        As i got to know this from authorised service center and icici lombard insurance service manager associated with 2w claim insurance.
        This is a very big issue it could lead to my 2 w challan and also i'm not able to claim my cover insurance policy due to non-avalibity in icici lombard portal.

        I have already complained iciclombard this isse on 19 dec 2019 and my 2w is still not being addressed and now work has been done as claim file not approve form icici lombard itself.

Ex employee of axis bank where is commit some fraud and axis bank terminated him. Now he is doing some business and approache everyone with his business idea with reference of icici bank and asking for money so he can recover his loan.               I was trying to claim the insurance amount from icici lombard taken as insurance for the home loan. As per their directive submitted all the required documentation as hard copies to hyderabad office. As per their policy the turn around time was supposed to be 14 working days. The policy was supposed to pay for my emi, which is due next month. These guys have been sitting on the case doing nothing. The claim was made in oct 2019 however, there turn around time doesn't seem to end for atleast 1 month. Now how is going to pay for the same.

There at least 20 attempts got failed for the payment and wasted my 5 hours to make the online payment on the portal.. Employees are sending link for payment, i tried 20 times but all time same issue found.. Even finding the solution they are just tried random attempts and harassed on different level

                      I have taken loan from icici that time the ask me to take some insurance policy at the last movement we denied they said its composory so we took 2 policy and that time they said you can cancel these when you'll clear the loan so we didi that now i clear the loan and ask to cancel my policy that time they said instead of tow they made 3 policy and out of that one is already expired so i can't cancel my question is that who gave rites to icici lombardo to isue any policy on their own without asking or given proper information about the policy???
                      Who is responsible for my 25k loss?
                      Not expect these from icici not helpful at all i'll never suggested any icici policy to anyone..

                        The complaint is in respect of surrender of 2 insurance policies which were earlier taken at the time of taking housing loan from icici bank.
                        I repaid the housing loan from the icici bank and accordingly was issued a no objection letter (Noc) from the icici bank dtd. 09.07.2019 that the loan has been repaid by me and there are no further dues outstanding.

                        On 23.07.2019, i officially communicated to icici lombard that as the loan has been repaid in full my 2 insurance policies be surrendered after informing me of the surrender value that i will realize after the surrender of both the policies.

                        After a lot of follow up mr. Mohammad aftab khan, sales manager, banc faridabad office, i finally got the surrender value from him on 07.08.2019 as per details below:

                        Though, the value realized was very less compared to the policy premium paid, but as it was not required, i had no option but to surrender it.

                        Again after a lot of follow up mr. Mohammad aftab khan, sales manager, banc faridabad office, i finally realized the amount on 12.09.2019 amounting to rs.96, 171 in my bank account as against the stipulated amount of rs.1, 63, 490, resulting in short payment receipt of rs.18, 935.
                        Immediately (12.09.2019), i brought the shocking fact to the notice of mr. Mohammad aftab khan, sales manager, banc faridabad office and asked him to expedite the reason of this short payment. He confirmed me that the icici lomabard wants a proof of the short payment received and accordingly on 16.10.2019 i provided him the copy of my bank statement reflecting the amount received.
                        Since then, despite lot of followup, i have not till date able to realize my short payment of rs.18, 935.

                          I bought vehicle and my policy no. Is 3005/[protected]/00/000 for 5 years as it is mentioned in policy cover note. Now after one year i am informed that the given policy is one year od (Own damage) and five years tp (Third party policy).
                          The given od policy is getting expired on[protected] and third party policy is valid till 17-nov-2023. But in the cover there is no mentioned the od policy will be renew.
                          Kindly resolve the matter....

Mr aaksh is a witness to the conference call arraned by him in which both were o the opinion sell the policy any way bu usin all the unfair information.
                          Mr akash one o your aegnt/advisor despite of the fact knowing that i had health policy of my daughter ms nikunj (To whom you have mentioned as mr nikunj and male) which is highly objectionable, worth rs 10l and adon policy o rs 8l.
                          He has sold me policy of rs 10l as stated above.

                              I hold i hold a motor insurance policy with icici lombard for my ertiga car number mh 02 cw 6600.
                              The policy no. Is 3001/[protected]/00/000, for the period feb 24, 2019 to feb 23, 2020.
                              While buying this policy, as a first-time motor insurance buyer, i filled details as i understood and asked for online.
                              Recently, in september i lodged a request for claim for a small repair.
                              The company, on its part, informed me that the claim cannot be approved as i had while buying the policy mentioned that i had made no claim with my earlier insurer, but in actaul, i had, and was claim reimbursement as well.
                              I agreed to that and asked how to correct my policy, and get my current claim passed.
                              I was suggested a solution as to pay additional money, the different between my original insurance policy fees and no claim bonus charges. I made that payment immediately.
                              I was assured that my claim will be approved after additional payment.
                              However, once the payment was done, i stopped getting feedback from the company.
                              Moreover, the company after much followed up turned back from its assurance and declined to approve the claim.
                              My point:
                              The company could have informed me clearly about discrepancies in the policy at the very first instance and disapproved my claim and should not have asked me to make any additional payment thereon.
                              My policy started in february 2019, and ending in the same month next year. According to my understanding, the company asked me to pay the difference for the entire year, and so, it just cannot decline to pay my claim money. If the company wanted to disapprove my claim, it could have asked me to pay the difference amount only for correction in my policy for the remaining period of it.
                              The company has not communicated me in official manner about its decision. Its executive, who said her name was nikita, spoke to me over phone, but failed to send any acceptable, official email afterwards.
                              Except for auto generated emails, the company never bothered to take official way to inform me. How can such a huge and important financial company can do so?
                              My car remained in the service centre for a month just because the company's poor follow up, and wrong assurances.
                              What's more, the company in my revised policy has mentioned that it is valid from the date of it was originally issued yet, it declined to approve my claim in september 2019.
                              One more horrible thing is it has changed my gstin in the revised policy and i fail to understand how this could be done?
                              In ever auto generated email, the company assured action in 24 hours of communication.in reality, that was never never done even once.
                              I request you to take stern action against the company, see it it that my claim gets approved, and also the company pays for all the harassment it has done to me.
                              Looking forward for justice.

                                    I have already given complaints regarding the above subject but till date i have not received any reply.
                                    I am requesting you to kindly give the details of my policy agent no. 24777 i wanted the name address and the icici bank mumbai mulund east branch and his contact number is [protected] not working kindly send me new number at the earleast so i can verify.
                                    Once again i am reminding you that i am holding a health policy of icici lombard since 5 to 6 years, i was lot of complaint about the policy as last 2012 -13 when i have claimed about opd also your company have not provided the amount till date. But now in the month of march 2018 when i renewed the policy i have told them only you can issue the policy of instead of 5 lakhs to 03 or 04 lakhs whatever premium i will pay, but remaining clauses should be same as per last years policy. But they have miss guided me and they have issued the sub limit or clipping the policy which i may not now about the what is clipping or sub limit in that and they have issued that policy. Unfortunately my wife got sick and i have admitted in the hospital after the six days when discharged then your company have sanction only 25000/= only instead of 84134/=. It was very difficult for me to pay that balance amount. Even this hospital has admitted in the terms of cashless. So i request you to kindly see that and refund the balance amount at the earlieast.
                                    But i want to say some think regarding the premium, it was that when actually i wanted to renew it that time your team has not contacted me but i have contacted them for renewing, when first time i have called that time miss tanya has spoken with me and i have told her regarding premium, she told me that this time miss priya got the your policy she will contact to you. But then also i have told her that i want only premium should be less not other. But she told that i will tell her.
                                    When i have to renewed on 21/03/2018. That time she told me that amount near 38000/- but i told her to kindly do one thing instead of 5 lakhs you can give me policy of 3 or 4 lakhs. But what she told me that only 3 or 4 disease that it will not be cover, but she never explained me regarding this clubbing or sub limit. Actually i am not understanding your sub limit what is that? How i can now that?
                                    I have been miss guided through miss. Priya and miss. Priyanka. Now also i have renewed but i have renewed though direct from your andheri east branch there they have guided me.
                                    So i request you to kindly see in deep and solve my claim amount at the earleast. Once again i am telling you that your renewal team has miss guided and solve the matter at the earlieast. It has not been solved but you are harassing me as i am heart patient.

                                      My vitarra breeza accident took place at speed breaker. Another vehicle dashed to my vehicle from back side at speed breaker & i lost control of my vehicle due to this. My vehicle dashed from front side to one rickshaw & my front bumper also got damaged along with back of my car. At body shop while survey was done by icici person he passed only back side damage for claim. Front side damage was not considered. I think icici lombard insurance has made fool of my policy. What is the use of taking policy from icici lombard when such things are happening. My policy number is 3001/mi[protected]/00/b00 it is a zero depreciation policy. Premium amount:- 18212. At present my vehicle no. Mh 20 ee 3991 is still at pagariya body shop aurangabad. If my problem is not resolved then there is no other alternative rather than repair my vehicle front buper at my own cost. Please see if any thing can be done in this matter.
