Honestly telling that you people are not acting faster after providing all doc's sent through mail and hardcopy's and too many calls. I have applied on july 23rd onwards and till zero improvement. This looks your concern fit for nothing. You people are very clear to get premium but reimbursement looks opposite. Dear Sir/ Madam, Refer to my canceled policy 4065/ICICILL/[protected]/00/000. I have been waiting for an eligible refund since 10 Jul 2020. However, every time I had been given some reference number and transaction ID but no refund comes. It is requested to kindly refund a sum of Rs. 888.00 at an early basis against transaction ID [protected] dated 13 Aug 2020.

I am writing this complaint on befhalf of my brother for the reimbursement of accidental claim amount.
This is ridiculously have been frustrating experience with icici lombard in getting the reimbursement amount of worth rupee 120007/- (Twelve thousand seven rupees only) which now seems a dream to me which is never going to happen....

Dear sir i have purchase a harley street 750 bike (A month ago). And had done insurance through icici lomabard. Now unfortunaly someone hitted my bike and it got damaged. From last two days i am continously trying to contect lombard custmer care but its show busy always.

As per the instruction i have downloaded your so called il take care app & made complaint through this. For one week it was noticed that when i am tracking my claim it was appearing that inspection completed and repair approval given - yes. (I am attaching a screen shot of this for ready reference). Th to my surprise when i have checked the app today morning it is noticed that there is no active claim....

I purchased a credit card from ICICI bank and they made it mandatory for me to purchase a health insurance policy of icici lombard, and 6009 Rs was deducted from my credit card balance.I dont want to avail this policy .
