[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — activating services and deducting balance without my knowledge

After a long time, again they started
Deducting balance and telling its for activating or downloading but actually I dnt even download anything ...yesterday I got this msg

Dear Customer,
thank you for downloading SPORTS_PACK_2 from NDTV.
You have been charged Rs. 20
Your balance is Rs. 2.42

I mean why are they doing so...it happend with me many times...i had complaint about it many times..and now again they started...i want refund or else I will change the network from idea to other

As per our recent communication, we request you to send a SMS as STOP to 593350 to stop the flash SMS or else you can refer the below given steps to stop the flash service manually from your handset Refer to the below given steps to deactivate the Flash SMS:-- Go to your handset SIM Toolkit-Click on Idea Flash option - Tap on Activation - Click on Deactivate.

I have done the recharge on idea phone via free charge and received successful recharge message from both idea and freecharge but still when someone calls on that number, it gives error as "service is on hold". Very irritating this is. Unable to receive call on this number.

My idea sim is 4g but it's internet is like 2g.it have a totally network problems in calling and using with internet.everyday I have to do important work on my phone but this issues distract, irritate me.if you not be able to help me then I will take my decision to change the network (sim)
