I have post paid idea connection on dated
04/06/2019 i change my post paid idea connection to pre paid idea connection. I have pay all due on that date but my security deposit is not refund till dated 04/02/2020
I have gone many time in idea office but they reply your refund is in progress pl wait l am unable to go many time in idea office pl refund my security deposit

Idea cellular is the worst network and lots of call drops no network.. and the worst services at all. Unnecessary they have charged me WAP download charges. Each and every call gets drop. Idea should be thrown out of India.

For sim replacement idea authorized service center in palakollu, West Godavari dist is charging 200.Actual cost 25 for other network operators.
Please take necessary action if they are looting people by collecting more money.

I tried to port my idea number [protected] .sent sms to 1900.. but getting message that-UPC cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured. Please contact your service provider for further assistance... lodged complaint with customer care by phone.. sent mail too..
