I have taken a loan on a amazon voucher from idfc capital first bank and the account no is 25294676 but i dont get the amazon voucher from the bank and the emi of that loan will be continued so we gave a request to cancel the loan but he did not cancel it and every month the bank deduct the amount of emi so we are requesting again to cancel the loan and refund our emi amount if not then gave us the amazon voucher
IDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We have deposited 2 cheques for credit of our account through your cheque collection agent for credit of our account No. [protected].

We have niot received the realisation of theses 2 cheques and preferred a complaint and the same is acknowledge by your complaint no. 137419.

We are yet to get our greivance rectified.
As of my IDFC instacred is actively working I'm unable to purchase a product under cardless emi, as i entered the mobile no linked to instacred it is showing that I'm not eligible for this option. I would like to into issue and fix this as soon as possible coz I'm desperate to buy a phone.

    fastag recharge not working online

    My car has fasatq and has credit rs 500 appi need to recharge. I have been attempting this for over a month the account gets locked or already locked. The password is so difficult to obtain and mention. Worse than a bank transaction.
    Call centre not helpful
    Immediately i have to recharge. We are senior citizens. Recharging should be made simple...

    I'm from chennai and got a tag from a dealer at the local toll plaza, i wanted paytm but he told idfc tags are good. He told me to download boss app and do the verification and gave me the tag. After verification in boss app still the idfc tag shows blacklisted. I contacted the dealer he keeps on telling that it is in process. I tried calling idfc bank customer care multiple times, still they gave no response. They never pick up any calls.

    I bought a fastag through highway delite app, which is linked to IDF Bank.and IDFC bank deducted extra amount from my account, , I called the Helpline number and even mailed them but did not get any response from Helpline..

        fastag showing blacklisted

        I have sufficient balance in the fast tag account. I have got the below message from the bank saying my fastag account has been black listed.

        Tag 3XXX3160 for vehicle no. WDC2539036L018431 has been blacklisted/blocked. Call Helpline No: [protected]

        Trying the helpline but no response even after holding for 30 minutes....

        I got my Fastag from IDFC Bank, it was registered by the Maruti Nexa Car Dealer, Akshardham, Delhi
        I recharged my Fastag with Rs. 500 and current balance showing as Rs. 600. When I used it first time on Eastern Peripheral Expressway, it showed me as Blacklisted and it can not be used.

        I tried to contact Customer Care but nobody respond.
        Not Happy with the service of IDFC Bank.

I have provided the required documents and also waited for a customer service call for 35minutes. This certainly looks like a online SCAM.           I have regularised my emi and from last 3 to 4 months i am paying my emi

            I have running a personal loan with idfc bank and my loan no is 9980838 due to some fund issue i unable to pay my emi in december 19 collection agent mr. Jitender (Mobile no - [protected], [protected]) calls me for pending emi pay now i had told him i will pay emi by 20th december. Colletions agent said to me please pay some part payment as like 3000/- rs and reaming balance pay after some days i will submit 3000 rs now. Now collection agent not receiving my calls and he does not submit 3000 rs in my loan account. Till date i calls him but he can't response my call. Please take an action against him. Otherwise i can't pay emi.

              I have been in conversation with you since 5th january 2020 and have spoken to your call centres as the emis were not debited on 2nd january 2020 eventhough i had sufficient balance in my account to pay off the emis. I have shared the bank statement for the same. But due to your system gliche the emis were not debited. I have paid the emis on all the 3 loan accounts online through your payment portal yesterday ie.16/01/2020. As discussed earlier, kindly remove the bouncing charges from all my 3 accounts and provide noc for the consumer loan accounts. I do not want my cibil score to be hampered.
              Loan account numbers are 23349168, 23315301 and 18436031.

Also I have called idfc customer care and provide request for cancel the loan still my loan is not cancel and amount is not credited to my idfc emi card . I called customer care they are not helping at all

                  harassment from idfc bank personal loan offering calls

                  I fell too much harassment from idfc bank for personal loan offring and mainly they call between 1 to 4 pm. If i didnt received call than they continuously calling again and again in every 1 hour. I already have opt for dnd still they call me from [protected]. I am not interested in any personal loan and even i have told local office also to dont call me for this than too they continuously harnessing me for marketing calls and offers....

                  Loan refund I have bymistake ordered one watch but I cancelled it and company did refund long back on 6th Jan 2020.

                  But I don't get the refund in my instacred emi card.

                  Pls do it now as it has been refunded long back by the company to my emi card. Pls cal me and do it fast.

                  Service should be fast.

                  And it should get auto credited. I don't have to write this complaint

I received a message regarding debit of amount of rs. 90/- on 05.01.2020 at 12.25 pm at dahar toll plaza, panipat, haryana whereas i did not move of my vehicle from that toll plaza. I was at panchkula, haryana at that time. So an amount of rs. 90/- has been debited fraudly from me. Kindly sort out the problem and please credit rs. 90/- in my account after due verification.                           I am holding a fasttag with idfc and currently it is in deactivate state as i have not recharged it from 1 months. I get in touch with customer care for activation of same. I am trying to call customer care from last 1 month but no one is picking up my call.

                            I took a voucher in Flipkart associated with Instacred IDFC Capital First bank. Every month emi of Rupees 2364 is getting deducted from my loan account number 23982397. My emi of four months is already been deducted from this loan account number. I've complained many times but my loan is still not cancel and also I am not getting any voucher from Flipkart. So I want to cancel this loan from this loan account number and refund me the money back

                              My name is laxman I am having loan account number 25409559.i have requested for the cancellation of this loan on October 22 2019 however it is not cancelled and from my account 1 EMI amount for deducted and cheque got bounced.
                              I request you to kindly cancel the loan on priority basis.

                                We had registered for fastag with idfc first bank (Wheelseye app) agent at surathkal toll mangalore for our company vehicle tata ace. As per toll authority idfc first bank is blacklisted & this fastag cannot be used.
                                We tried to contact idfc toll free number [protected] and sent mail to [protected]@idfcfirstbank.com but both are not responding. We cant opt for other app without cancellation of this app.

                                My top up lone not completed every month calling you're costamar person.
                                This is to inform you that i am purchased 20k voucher date of 22/8/19 validity for my voucher is 21/2/2020 now I want to use my voucher but not Abel to redeem my vouchers... Please help me for the same...

                                Hi i have taken fastag through blackbuck and provided by idfc bank. So i want to tell that my fastag got damaged and i want to replace it but the problem is it has blacklisted and i was not be able to replace the tag. I have contacted black buck to plz tell idfc bank to whitelist it but no any response from idfc bank i have told them before 24, 25 days but still now it has not whitelisted why? I dont have a private car i have a truck so how can i be able to pay the emi monthly if the fastag will not whitelist.
                                So, please idfc bank please whitelist my fastag if you will not whitelist it i can take legal action towards you.

                                I took corporate account with idfc and added my vehicles with idfc fastag further there is lot of issues with idfc, I asked a executive Mr.shiva prasad from idfc he suggested to use pool account to do recharge which will be helpful to all the fleet which got added in pool account. And there after also I received several problems and idfc never lift their customers care number. Even after maintaining balance with pool account my vehicle bus no TS12UA4021 went to Blacklist, i as my personal opinion not to recommend IDFC FASTAG
