Writing this complaint to draw your attention about the problem of breakage and leakage of the pipes in the underground areas of our near by company premises.
We have already informed the municipal authority about this matter previously, but we have not gotten any response till today. The water is leaking continuously for more than one and half month causing various damages on road. Due to the rainwater additionally making the place covered by the dirty water for so many days. The problem is getting worst . The dirty water is making the place very unhealthy and covered with a foul smell all the time.
As this is a very serious issue, and we cannot afford to delay further, we are requesting you to give us a long-lasting solution by repairing the underground pipes.
Kindly take this matter seriously and help us as soon as possible.
