I am one of the customer in the indian bank thiruverumbur branch. I have a saving bank account here. My account number is[protected]. I have been given a debit cum atm card from this bank and the same has been lost when i was atm centre for thiruverumbur branch dated on[protected]. I have only account number. I hereby request you to block my debit card immediately to prevent misuse of the same by some others. Also i request you to give me an new debit card as early as possible. Thanks for understanding my situation.

The refund for the orders has been already issued 5 February 2019 and 9 February 2019.

    Sir i have brought the party wear saree from AMAZON India mobile app, on Dt:26/jan/2019 through Indian bank debit card and due to damaged product i received, so i returned the product to amazon on Dt :4/feb /2109, thus amount of 999 Rs was not credited in my INDIAN bank Account. as discussed by amazon customer care they suggested me to contact the Bank, hense i contacted the bank customer care service, but they said that no transaction from Amazon has found. so do the needful for me

      Hello
      I have placed an order from swiggy. Due to technical issues they cancelled my order. The amount has been debited from my account. They refunded my amount but still i didn't got refund amount. They have given refund reference number which is p[protected]. Pls check my refund amount status and pls credit into my account as soon as possible.

      On 11th February I transferred money which is 4200.But still it was not credited to receiver and also not credited to me also.pls check and let me know when it should be credited to the receiver.Amount is already debited from my account.The transaction ID is P1902112155335753080391

        Indian bank sowripalayam branch gives very low value to customers. Especially people sitting in cabin 3... When there is huge queue of people waiting were there are old people standing for long hrs.. It's their duty to support them rather than to go inside for chit chatting with managers... A manager calling person just to look into system can be done clearing the queue of people standing... Even when we reach them after standing in that queue for hours in just one word they reply come tomorrow... Just now an old lady came to me and said... She came 2 hrs back to take money... But she dnt know d amount credited or not so she stood in queue for entry and now she is going back home saying i shall come tomorrow to take money since once again she should stand in that queue and it will delay her and pathetic part is the queue has less than 25 people only... They are just redirecting people from one queue to another just to know information alone. The people working are dead slow and doesn't value the customers for their age.

              Dear sir,

              Greetings from mesco,

              Sub: complaints with regard to the staff behavior and non cooperation – reg.

              Ref: s/b accounts no’s[protected],[protected] &[protected].

              Being associated with your branch for more than a decade, we are facing some worst experiences in the day to day functioning at darulshifa, branch hyderabad.

              The main purpose of opening an account with your branch was to facilitate meeting immediate banking transaction and also opening salary account of one of our project.

              Need not to elaborate the ongoing issues related in the field of banking sectors, there are several options open for us and well reputed have already extended their best in class services and want us to be associated with them.

              Few of my ongoing problems i would like to bring to your kind notice are as follows:

              1). Every month on an average we are disbursing around 35 in numbers the financial aid to the deserving students through cheque payments and the same have to be neft / rtgs and the service charges are also included and whenever these are presented in the bank the staff advise us to utilize the net banking instead of submitting in the bank.

              Even for posting the monthly salaries to the beneficiaries, they insist that we do it ourselves online, and there are two staff who are totally indisplined and just passing time the one is mr. Goud and the other staff is mr. Balraj they always give excuses that it is taking a long time for them to post the salaries etc.

              2). We are presently continuing the facility of our staff salaries through your bank and at the time of opening it was made very clear that we need zero balance but our staff members are facing difficulties and they have been asked to maintain a minimum balance of rs.1000/- and if due to any reason they are not in a position to maintain the said balance, they have been penalized.

              3). Over and above it is very sad that the present branch manager seems merely a rubber stamp and has no respect to our complaints, he openly says to close the account in your branch and go for an alternate.

              4). It is also to inform that many of our staff members when doing banking transaction are not getting the sms on their registered phone but in the bank statement the sms charges are deducted abruptly.

              I appreciate if you take immediate steps and depute any staff or the bank officer to take our requests and resolve the ongoing issues it will be of great help and also improve the working conditions at the said branch.

                atm card failure transaction

                I have used my atm card for purchasing. But the amount for debited twice from my bank account. It was purchased on 31/01/19. Please credit the money as soon as possible.
                I have attached a screenshot image in which money was deducted twice from my account.

                I didn't have any atm id or transaction number, so please make necessary action and refund the money....

                  Rs.10000.00 withdrawn at ATM ID:CUB01088, TT MALAI BUSSTP KARUR on 11/02/19 09:38 from Ac:XXX965918. Bal:131783.68 CR. Always use INDIAN BANK ATM to avoid charges - Indian Bank..
                  There was error msg displayed on the ATM, saying temporarily error. Try after some time. But, I got debit advice, without cash disbursement. Please give re-credit for the same.

                  I ordered an order on the amazon website and canceled the order and asked for my refund.Money was sent from amazon website, but no more money was paid to my account. So you pray to help me. I have the details of the attachment given to me from the amazon website.

                    My complaint reference number is ibe088225. I have made the complaint on 10-january but still i didn't got any response from bank side, and i contacted the customer care frequently and they provide the same answer as"you complaint status is pending"and also saying we cant do any think more than that please contact the branch. Its very bad response from such a big bank who cant hellp the customer with their problem.

                      I have current account name "miss u" in indian bank pallavaram.in september 2018 i tried to withdraw 9000 in tmb atm pallavaram but it is failed due to less cash in atm but my cash deducted from my account...

                      Next day i gave a letter to indian bank staff name bhavani regarding this issue but she never mailed it for a week... Then again i dropped in to indian bank then i told the other staff to forward my mail...

                      Now hardly 6 months over but indian bank is telling me to go and ask tmb... I went morw than 30 times to tmb they are showing me there is no such issue so you go and ask indian bank... If i go indian bank they are telling me go do what you want...

                      I feel so bad it's my hard earned money... Indian bank cheating and looting my money...

                      Please sort out my problem

                        My name is vishal aggarwal and i had ordered a gas stove of rs.2909.60 (Sunflame pride 3 gt) in amazon on 10th january 2019 and after one day i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 17th of january 2019 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money.                             I had purchased a product on amazon. That is concise inorganic chemistry by jd lee which i had returned due to some printing issues.                               As i have ordered a product from amazon and have returned it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on 31) 01/2019 and the reference no is:[protected] but amount has not been credited in my account till late and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them as lodged complain on spgrs andref no: ibcwe[protected] its still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Then again yest i registered ibcwe[protected]. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

                                  Refund amount not credited after payment gateway error while transferring money to flipkart while using net banking. Please refund with next 12hrs since i don't have enough amount to order my desired product again within the limited time period of its offer. Last time i got my money refunded after 1 week due to gateway error while paying to irctc. So please make the refund fast.
