No Refund for Cancelled e-Ticket

Address: Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra

I had booked eticket on[protected] being Transaction ID No.[protected] and PNR No.[protected] for which total fare of Rs.1080/- were paid through debit card of Bank of Baroda, Mulund (West) Branch, Mumbai.

I cancelled the said eticket on[protected] which shows that said eticket has been cancelled and an amount of Rs.990/- shall be refunded to said account within short time, but till date no refund has been made without any reason...

Unable to open calendar to select date of Journey

irctc - railway booking online account suspended

I get the error message "Booking is not allowed as your account is suspended".

My account ID was re-created on 29/December/2008 and I still have that email showing a succesfull entry, thereafter I booked tickets on 01/March/2010 (email exists) and after that no more bookings till date. My mobile number is the same for the past 8 years.

INABILITY TO UPDATE MY PROFILE

Dear Sir,

I have an IRCTC log in Account by the name vijayrao51 Tel No: [protected]. When I logged in to my Account and tried to buy a train ticket I received the message " Booking is not allowed as your Account has been suspended". IRCTC.CO.IN not opening in morning 8am to 8.30am

Anybody wonders what technology irctc.co.in uses…as today I could not open the site from 8 am to 8.30 am at all. Even with 2mbps connection the site failed to do anything.

Sometimes even when the page loaded to fill the form for train inquiry, calendar did not load and u cannot enter the date manually, forcing to relogin.

Other sites like facebook, gmail etc has millions o[censored]sers logged in simultaneously and...

Lower berths are not alloted

I have booked 3 tickets at IRCTC for Garib Rath - 2909 from Mumbai to Delhi, whereby I have opted for Lower berth since two passenger are above 50 and will be able to manage only at Lower berth. But inspite of having 165 (approx) seats available during booking, birth criteria is ignored and given 2UB and 1MB. And also the series are not continuous. Couldn't edit booked ticket in IRCTC
