Sir,
I booked two tickets from Bhubaneswar to Howrah in Shatabdi Express scheduled on 20/8/23 against PNR no. [protected]. But the train was cancelled . The booking amount was 2546.10. I have not got my booking money back till date.
Again Sir, I booked two tickets through a travel agent namely Blue Star Air travels Services (I) Pvt. Ltd. whose RSP Id is WBLUEST01025 in 12704 Falaknuma Express against PNR No. [protected]. the date of journey was 20/8/23. This train was also cancelled after Brahamapur. Booking charge was 2226.70. It, s booking money also I have not received.
please do the needful, so that I can get back my money.

      I had booked the 4 tickets from SEG to NGP, journey date 25 Aug 2023, but the train was continuously late for more than 4 hours. I filed the TDR on the same day 25 Aug 2023 17:43 HRS. The status of TDR shows CR Repudiate. I was waiting for the train but the train got late, so I filled the TDR. Please help me with this ASAP. As per the rule, the total amount of tickets should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.           I had booked a Tatkal ticket from CLT to NDLS today. I made the payment through UPI Paytm, but suddenly after the payment the interface changed into showing payment requested, I didn't get my ticket nor the payment refund.

            Dear sir / madam I had booked a ticket from hjp to udn journey date 04 Aug 2023 but train got late from more than 8 hours So I have filled the TDR on the same day at 04 August 2023 16:06 hours the status of TDR showing TDR request Repudiated. I am waiting for the train but train got late from more than 8 hours So much so I have filled the TDR please help me on this matter. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if train got late from more than 3 hours and passenger not travelled.

                    Hello Team,
                    I used my UPI ID to recharge R Wallet on UTS mobile app for seasonal booking. Money was debited from my bank account twice but is not credited in R Wallet for both transactions. UTS app registered mobile number [protected].

                      I booked a train from Delhi to Jammu Tawi on 10th August 2023 scheduled for departure on 12 August 2023 at 9.45 PM but the train was running late I checked with the inquiry counter they told it running late by 5 hours and if you don't want to travel late you can file TDR as its only option because I booked ticket in tatkal so he helped me to file TDR that same time. But my TDR status is showing CR Repudiate after 5 days and when I called customer care they told you need to file a complaint after my train goes from the station but the counter person didn't tell me this.
                      I have refund rules and it showed I can file TDR Before train departure also if It's running late by more than 3 Hours and is I will not travel.

                      6. Train Running More than Three hours Late and passenger not travelled: -
                      No cancellation charge or clerk shall be levied and full fare shall be refunded to all passengers
                      holding reserved, RAC and wait-listed tickets, if the journey is not undertaken due to late running of
                      the train by more than three hours of the scheduled departure of the train from the station
                      commencing journey subject to the condition that
                      (a) In case of e-ticket, the TDR is filed online before the actual departure of the train for availing full
                      refund.

                      Request you to accept my TDR request and Refund ASAP

                              The journey details are as under:
                              SC R SF EXPRESS (12771) PNR: [protected] SECUNDERABAD JN (SC)RAIPUR JN (R) Journey Date: 5 Apr 2023 Class
                              3AC STATUS: No Gaurd certificate was issued. TDR filled on 06/04/2023 but till date refund has not been received. Gaurd certificate not issued. However, issuance of Gaurd certificate was requested. TTE intimated that for tickets booked online no Gaurd certificate shall be issued, the refund shall be done online on auto. It was the duty of TTE to Issue of Gaurd certificate, while the same was not issued. The date of Journey was 05/04/2023 and even after lapse of approx. more than 120 days I am still struggling for the refund.
                              It is regretfully requested to look into the matter and do the needful to resolve the issue.

                                Please provide a train Stop for GT and Dakshin train at Narkher Junction Maharashtra, as there is no direct train transport available from Narkher to Hinganghat or Wardha(Maharashtra) Earlier before Corona both the trains used to stop at Narkher. It's a kind request please give halt for atleast 2min for GT and Dakshin at Narkher Junction(Maharashtra).

                                  No reason is mentioned for the above status
                                  As mentioned, Train was delayed for more than 5 hours kindly return my money as i didnt travel.

                                    Hi Sir/Madam,

                                    My name is Dheerendra Pratap Singh and I live in Kanpur -208007.
                                    I booked a train ticket on train 12313 Rajdhani Express with PNR number - [protected], in coach B4 seat Number 42 in AC Tier 3 to travel to New Delhi from Kanpur on Sunday 5th March 2023. When I reached Kanpur station on 5th March 2023, the train was running late for 2+ hours and I had to catch a flight from New Delhi on the same day in the afternoon which I would miss if the train got delayed further as it was coming from a long route. So, I immediately filed for TDR for this train ticket with Ref Number [protected] and booked another train ticket on 82501 Tejas Express departing from Kanpur at 07:25 am with PNR number [protected] in Coach C4 Seat 16. At the time when I left Kanpur with Tejas Express, the Rajdhani Express was still late by 3 hours 13 minutes. So, I left with Tejas and assumed that the TDR process will take months to process. Today when I checked the TDR status. I see it repudiated stating the passenger has traveled with Rajdhani Express.

                                    I was shocked to see that when I traveled to New Delhi via Tejas Express. How can I travel again on the same route from Rajdhani Express? This was incorrectly updated by the travel inspector. I am hereby attaching all proofs to highlight the same.

                                    I am attaching both tickets, the TDR Submission screenshot, and the TDR Refund status screenshot for your reference.

                                      I booked a ticket through IRCTC on[protected] Transaction id : [protected] of rs. 908.4 and cancelled the ticket on[protected] at 6:01 pm . Refund Amount is 770.56 IRCTC refunded the Amount of 770.56 . But the Amount is not credited to my account till date . Kindly do the needfull as soon as possible . PNR number : [protected]

                                        I got or received 5 items (bundle) but not 1 item (iron Cot) received yet.

                                        I attached the billty copy herewith please open this attachment & understand my problem.

                                        Kindly look in to this matter & do the needful to enable me to get luggage (Iron Cot) at the earliest and without any further delay. I would very much thankful for your kind co-operation
