These two are valid TDRs which was repudiated for no reason. Please look into this matter.

Seat occupied by someone

They are asking me to adjust, I have a reservation with PNR: [protected]. Why I need booking they are occupying our seats? Very much dissatisfied....

Regarding failed transaction in IRCTC e wallet

I was depositing 1100 in my IRCTC ewallet which failed but amount deducted from bank but unable reflect in e wallet deposit history need refund immediately....

I was filed a TDR of PNR No [protected] for Train was delayed more than 5 hours and passengers was not traveled. But Status is showing "CR REPUDIATE" and the amount is not refunded. So I request to do needful from your end....

Complaint against irctc agent

Address:JAIN GIFT HOUSE, NEAR SUGANDH SWEETS, KANTH ROAD, MORADABAD

Dear Team,

It has been observed by us that Mr ABHISHEAK KUMAR (user Loginid - WSGLDPL18737) is violating IRCTC agent policy by doing fraudulent activities.

As per the policy, the address of any agent issued in the digital certificate should not be changed under any circumstances.

Dear sir/madam,
I was booked the train ticket with PNR [protected] from BPQ to SC through IRCTC official app,
On 07 July, 2023 for 22738 train to travel on 11 July, 2023.

Unfortunately the train has been diverted to another route, So that i have applied for TDR with a complaint of "Train diverted and passenger not travelled" with ref. no. of [protected] on 11 July, 2023.

Tatkal Ip blocking loading time

Retiring room and washroom very dirty

I have booked a retiring room in Belur station.
My booking is on today 13/07/2023 @20:00 hours.But the services are very poor. They didn't even changed the bedsheets. The bathroom amenities are also very dirty. When asked for help they just simply said this is not their duty. The staff in duty is not available till next morning. PLEASE HELP..

Unable to verify my user account

I have an account in irctc.co.in (user name is CJ13).
I was asked to verify my account via email verification OTP and mobile verification OTP for further usage of services.
I already got the mobile verification password by an SMS & my phone no. is verified But, I can't get email verification password.

Please send the email verification password in to my mail ([protected]@gmail.com) urgently or suggest another way...

Not receiving email otp message from IRCTC for verifying my Account

Today I had another worst experience while trying to book the ticket. I tried to generate the OTP for mobile number it was working fine but while trying to generate the OTP for Email Address Verification. It is not sending any email address OTP. I tried changing to different email address. There is no mail received even after waiting for 5 minutes. TDR Repudiate for journey not travelled

I have booked Tatal tickets for 3 persons (Family) to travel from Kalyan to Solapur on 09.06.2023 and got confirmed tickets PNR No [protected] coach no. B5 seat nos. 10, 13, 12 by 3rd AC.

Hi support team,
I have booked a tatkal ticket from PCOI to PPTA for LTT SPJ SF SPL (01043) on 5th March, 2023 and date of journey was 6th March, 2023.
For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
Status was turned to cr registered, but the Amount was not refunded yet.
I am not sure what else i might be missing to...

TDR Request Repudiate and no amount refunded.

I had booked three tickets from BPL to UJN journey date 29th June 2023, but the train got late from more than 4 hours.
