I had filed an TDR for a ticket in which i and my wife were supposed to travel. Following are the details:
Details of the Journey:
TRAIN NUMBER : 22943
PNR : [protected]
TRANSACTION ID: [protected]
DATE OF JOURNEY : 17 SEPTEMBER 2023
BOARDING : VADODARA, TO : INDORE
PASSENGER NAMES : PRANAY JOHARI, KARISHMA NAGAR
The reason for raising the TDR is delayed departure of train from the boarding location. It was expected to depart on "17 Sept 2023" at "00:35" but it actually started in the morning near about "09:00 " which did not serve the purpose of our travelling and we did not travel.
And as per the IRCTC TDR refund policy, If the train is running late by more than 3 hours and the passenger has not travelled, a TDR has to be filed before the actual departure of the train for availing full refund.
We had filed TDR online before its actual departure and also got a letter signed from on duty TC for the same from the railway station.
We have shared all the details in mail to "[protected]@irctc.co.in" but till date did not receive any update and refund for the tickets.
Please help me to get my refund .

Updated by komal nag We are not satisfied with the reply we have received. We have not travelled and the proof we have already submitted but still they are telling that we have travelled. We want our money back.
