I cancelled my train ticket 48 hours and more before the departure but i have not been provided with refunded.

    Dear sir,
    Subject- STATUS: CR REPUDIATE (TDR filled, Rejected/No refund received)
    My train 22404 was scheduled for 31 jul 2023, dep. 04:38 from VGLB to BPL, NDLS PDY SF EXP (22404), PNR: [protected]. About 04:16 am, I came to know through IRCTC text message (Train late by 03:16 hrs) and through online mediums also that train was running late more than 3 hrs. So I decided to not to opt this train journey as I may got so late and could not reach my destination within time. And I filled TDR on 04:51 am with reason "Train delayed more than three hours and all passengers not travelled" . After few days I came to know my TDR status "STATUS: CR REPUDIATE" .
    It seems I will get no refunds, I want to know, why. Even with valid reasons, even after getting disturbed and getting financial and either losses due to this train delay, I am unable to get refund also. Its really bad.
    Please help me out, At least PROVIDE REFUND

      No refund for 3hrs late train, tdr filed, status: cr repudiate

      Dear sir,
      Subject - status: cr repudiate (Tdr filled, rejected/no refund received)

      I'm Priyanshu Kumar student at Central university of jharkhand.I'm from Bettiah, West Champaran, Bihar.
      I would like to request to indian railways to start a train connecting bettiah(bth) to ranchi junction(rnc).Because the only train which we can take to reach ranchi is MAURYA EXPRESS(15028) from Muzaffarpur junction(mfp) @ 14:10 hour, and to take this train we have to take SAPTKRANTI SF EXPRESS (12558) from bth to mfp and also have to wait for around 1.5 to 2 hrs at mfp railway station.(Sometime wait hour crosses 2+hrs when MAURYA EXPRESS is late). It's too hectic and time taking.
      Secondly we didn't get confirm reservation seat as the load on this train is very high, everyday within a week this train have waiting tickets, how can we travel ? In last 2 years I manage to get confirm ticket from GORAUL(grl) station but nowadays can't get from there also.
      Thirdly, during the festivals, my god, we can't travel rather we have our confirm reservation seat. This much crowd comes during festivals.
      It's high time to start a direct train between Champaran to ranchi.
      Although deciding route is work of Indian Railways, but, my suggestion is to start a train from source narkatiaganj junction(nke) to end at ranchi junction(rnc) or hatia(hte) starting from nke in mid day and reach Ranchi in morning next day.
      Kindly have a look over this problem and consider my request.

        Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket from Katpadi Junction KPD to KSR Bengaluru Railway station journey date 07th Sept 2023, but the train got late from more than 12 hours. I had filed the TDR on the same day at07- September 2023 at 15:47 HRS. The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate. I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so I have filled the TDR little late. Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.           I booked a ticket through IRCTC Rail Connect Mobile APP On 12/09/2023.Booking From Shoranur to Coimbatore Jn dated 22/09/2023 got cancelled but Ticket Charge Deducted from My Google Pay Account. I need my money back because booking got cancelled by IRCTC.

            My pnr number is [protected].

            Train was clearly 5 hrs delayed and i could not travel but irctc is failing to refund the amount and tdr shows cr repudiated.
            This is pathetic on part of irctc.

            Need help to escalate this issue.

              I Anjana Booked a seat on JAT express AC 3 Tier worth ₹528.60 Via IRCTC Online for 26 August 2023, Train was supposed to to depart from Pathankot at 11:05 AM but Train itself was late my more than 3hrs & I could not travel because of it being too late.

              The Train was Booked via IRCTC registered Account [protected]@gmail.com

              (1) Train was late by more than 3hrs
              (2) Our Ticket was in Waiting List till train Departed from Pathankot

              When I filed TDR they refused to refund & in your refund Rules list it is clearly mentioned that even after PNR chart is prepared tickets in waiting List shall be dropped off & a refund shall be issued.

              This is my first time traveling through IRCTC & it is a horrible experience indeed.

                I booked a retiring room at GAYA station, the money was deducted but it shows not booked in the booking status. I contacted every number possible, but nothing happened. They told me to book again, but when I enter the details it says, booking already exists.

                    We did not travelled in the train 16032 with the PNR number [protected] due the train running late for more than 3 hours. We were supposed to board from New Guntur to Chennai on 27th August 9:45pm. But the train was already running late for more than 3 hours. It came to new Guntur the next day morning around 6am. I filed a TDR for this with the reason as Train late for more than 3 hours and Passenger not travelled. But IRCTC has rejected TDR with the reason as Invalid TDR Timestamp: Delay.

                    Please refund the full money for this ticket booking.

                        Hi Support team, I have booked two tickets from kanpur central to anand vihar trm for Lichchvi express on 17th August, 2023 and Date of Journey was 17th Aug, 2023. For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and the passengers have not traveled, I filled the TDR for the same in IRCTC against our tickets and the status was turned to CR Registered, but the amount was not refunded yet. I am not sure what else I might be missing to get amount refunded.                               I booked two tickets from Bhubaneswar to Howrah in Shatabdi Express scheduled on 20/8/23 against PNR no. [protected]. But the train was cancelled . The booking amount was 2546.10. I have not got my booking money back till date.
                              Again Sir, I booked two tickets through a travel agent namely Blue Star Air travels Services (I) Pvt. Ltd. whose RSP Id is WBLUEST01025 in 12704 Falaknuma Express against PNR No. [protected]. the date of journey was 20/8/23. This train was also cancelled after Brahamapur. Booking charge was 2226.70. It, s booking money also I have not received.
                              please do the needful, so that I can get back my money.

                                  I had booked the 4 tickets from SEG to NGP, journey date 25 Aug 2023, but the train was continuously late for more than 4 hours.                                       I had booked a Tatkal ticket from CLT to NDLS today. I made the payment through UPI Paytm, but suddenly after the payment the interface changed into showing payment requested, I didn't get my ticket nor the payment refund.
