Dear Sir,

With reference to the above PNR, I have booked a ticket from Ranchi to Dumka on 20/09/2023 with WL3, Train No.-18619.

I have received a message from Indian Railway regarding cancellation of train just before 4 hours of departure (screenshot attached) (Time- 17:33). Actual departure time is 21:30 hrs. Chart was not prepared till time.

After that I have done an alternate mode of travel for my journey.

Now just 25 minutes before departure (Time- 21:06 hrs), I received message regarding chart preparation (Screenshot attached) and restoration of train No.- 18619 (screenshot attached).

I was either unable to cancel my ticket or file TDR.

You are requested to refund my amount regarding this issue.

    HI Team,

    I had a ticket on 3rd Oct from Nagpur to Pune. Please refer below PNR No and Train Number: AZAD HIND EXP (12130)PNR: [protected] .

    Train was late by 12 hrs and I had Raised TDR on 3 Oct 2023 | 02:08PM And Train actual arrival time was 3:55PM and i raised TDR before that and planned not to travel by train as train was late.

    Now TDR STatus is showing CR REPUDIATE and didn't get any refund. pls look into this

      Dear Sir,

      I had filed an TDR for a ticket in which i and my wife were supposed to travel. Following are the details:
      Details of the Journey:
      TRAIN NUMBER : 22943
      PNR : [protected]
      TRANSACTION ID: [protected]
      DATE OF JOURNEY : 17 SEPTEMBER 2023
      BOARDING : VADODARA, TO : INDORE
      PASSENGER NAMES : PRANAY JOHARI, KARISHMA NAGAR

      The reason for raising the TDR is delayed departure of train from the boarding location. It was expected to depart on "17 Sept 2023" at "00:35" but it actually started in the morning near about "09:00 " which did not serve the purpose of our travelling and we did not travel.

      And as per the IRCTC TDR refund policy, If the train is running late by more than 3 hours and the passenger has not travelled, a TDR has to be filed before the actual departure of the train for availing full refund.

      We had filed TDR online before its actual departure and also got a letter signed from on duty TC for the same from the railway station.

      We have shared all the details in mail to "[protected]@irctc.co.in" but till date did not receive any update and refund for the tickets.

      Please help me to get my refund .

      We are not satisfied with the reply we have received. We have not travelled and the proof we have already submitted but still they are telling that we have travelled. We want our money back.

        I had booked a two-way ticket from IRCTC and while selecting my berth preference, I had opted for a lower berth. However, I was not allocated a lower berth and this has left me feeling quite disappointed. To add to my concerns, my mother is traveling with me and she is over 50 years old and has health issues. It would have been very helpful if IRCTC had given us the lower berth as per our preference. What is the point of choosing the berth, when the same cannot be entertained?

        It seems like booking a lower berth ticket from IRCTC is impossible.

            Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket from LKO to HW journey date 04-Oct-2023, but the train got late from more than 38 hours.I had filed the TDR on 05-Oct-2023 08:53 HRS.The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate. I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so I have filled the TDR afte talking with IRCTC customer support 139 as passenger not travelled. They have ensured that I will get the full refund. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours & passenger not travelled. Please help me on this asap.

              I recently received a notification stating that my TDR filed against PNR Number [protected], for the train on 2nd October 2023, was repudiated due to an "Invalid TDR Timestamp: DELAY." However, I would like to clarify a few points regarding my TDR submission:

              The train on 2nd October 2023 was delayed by approximately 10 hours, preventing me from travelling.

                  Hi Sir/Madam,

                  I got a mail from IRCTC saying that My TDR request Repudiated through EDR/ECRS. I should get the refund, but I got repudiated mail. I have added the mail screenshot below. Please check it.

                  I have filed TDR against PNR Number [protected] with reason Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled. We haven't travelled in train as it was delay by more than 4.5hours. But we didn't get any refund even though we didn't travelled in train and filed TDR.

                  Booking Confirmation on IRCTC, Train: 12251, 01-Sep-2023, SL, YPR - DHNE

                  I have updated all the information, Please check the issue and give me the refund as we filed TDR and didn't travelled on train.

                  So Please do the refund.

                    Dear sir,
                    I have received tran cancelled massege train no 12156, and after two days received restored massege.
                    When I filled TDR before 4 hour, he gave error message "TDR file 30 minutes before departure", and than I filled TDR, 30 minut before than he shown error msg " TDR file before 4 hours.
                    I also many times complaint e-tickets & care mail id in IRCTC but he not provide any solution/ refund

                      So this is Rajdhani Express
                      Reaches the Delhi Station 2.45 minutes late from the time given.

                      Tdr files goes rejected.

                      Whole live of traveling Seems so vague in this.
                      If Luxury has a price and saving time and reaching to hostel and college has a price. we have paid.
                      But wat if the train is delayed.
                      The first ac ticket for 4 hours journey will go waste.

                      As the train was running late
                      I called customer care.
                      They said don't worry.
                      It will cover.
                      I stayed silent
                      That yes it might
                      But dang.
                      4 calls
                      3 mails
                      And 1 tdr everything is jst into the waste

                        I have filled TDR with PNR number "[protected]" against train is late by 3 hour and passenger did not travel but TDR is rejected, as I received message from rail that "train is running late by 09:09 hr. from the last destination" and station manager was also confirm that train are running late but why my TDR has been rejected and to whom should I concern regarding my refund, and proof should I present regarding my refund, and who is responsible for my refund.                           I was traveling in train no 01026 from Bhusaval to Dadar on date 22/09/23 and train is late by almost 7 hours and train is cancel from thane to Dadar
                          and I have to travel by local train form thane to Dadar and TTE file penalty again us. train no 01026 is special fare train which ticket is almost 30% more

                            Ticket booked for 2 passengers on Train No. 09628 with following details -

                            Train No. 09628 (SUR ALL SF SPL)
                            Journey Date : 15. 09.2023
                            Passengers : Rajat Kar & Pratap Raj Kumar
                            Boarding time : 7.50 AM
                            Boarding Station : Nagda JN
                            Destination : Kota JN

                            Train was delayed by 7.30 hrs on the said date and TDR filed at 06.42AM for refund claim.
                            TDR status shows : CR REPUDIATE

                            Please refund my money, as the laid down procedure for TDR filing was deligently followed.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I am writing to complain about the repudiation of my TDR for PNR [protected], dated 05-Aug-2023.

                              I had booked a ticket in ixigo app from SMVB to PER on 05-Aug-2023, but the train got late from more than 3 hours. I had filed the TDR on the same day at 09:19 hrs. However, the status of my TDR is showing as "Case Repudiate" with the reason "NO EDR HAS BEEN FED AGAINST THE PARTICULAR PNR AS PARTY HAS TRAVELLED".

                              I am unable to understand why my TDR has been repudiated. I did not travel on the train. and I attached the ticket of that, and another train travelled.

                              I request you to kindly investigate this matter and process my TDR refund at the earliest. I have incurred a financial loss due to the repudiation of my TDR.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                My PNR: [protected] for train journey was planned on 8th September 2023 23:25PM from SMVT Bengaluru to MAS Chennai.

                                But unfortunately I received a message from irctc stating my train is delayed and scheduled to departure by 09.09.2023 07:00AM from SMVT Bengaluru.

                                So, I initiated a TDR filing on 8th September 20:07:47 PM stating the exact reason of "Train late more then three hour and passenger not travelled".

                                But my TDR is rejected for reason: Invalid TDR Timestmap : DELAY and also upon checking the refund details there is a data mismatch for what I have filed and refund details provided in the web portal.

                                I am attaching the screenshots of my TDR filling and refund details provided by IRCTC and also the delay message sent by IRCTC.

                                I am entitled for a full refund due to delay more then 3hrs and kindly help on resolving this issue.

                                  Booked 3AC in Avadh assam 15909 for 11th sept to travel to Bathinda junction from New Delhi.The actual departure of train was 4:25 pm but it was late by more than 3 hrs due which i filed TDR before the actual departure of train mentioning the reason train was late by more than 3 hrs and passengers didnot travel.But the current status of TDR says CR Repudiate .As i followed all rules to file tdr kindly initiate my refund process as soon as possible.Details are attached
