Dear Sir,
It is a matter of great harassment of AKKALKOT citizens, It seems that the booking of Tatkal tickets on Akkalkot stations rae reserved for agents only. At 08 am many agents give their bunch of slips to the booking clerk. The booking clerk is accepting those slips without bothering the people standing in Q. He should take first reservation slips from the peoples standing in Q . But it is not happening so. No use of tatkal booking for common public at above booking station. There may be internal adjustment with booking clerk & station manager. Ultimately, it is boosting the currption. Pl take necessary action to improve the system in the interest of common public.

Indian Railway — Tatkal booking

1.Tatkal booking suppose to be one day earlier the journey day where as Indian railway is booking 5 days ahead . it is a n organise black of tickit by indian railway. this should be stopped.
2. While try to book tickit though etickit on tatkal tickit, i find, the moment I login exactly at 0810hrs am, all the tickits are wait list tickit.I could not enter before 0810 hrs because the log in promt is always prompting that it is not 0800 hrs. where as the actual time is 0810 hrs. What is the mystry?
Yes i agree...i found the same issues with IRCTC website while booking tickets on Tatkal basis.

I think its black marketing and nothing else.

I tried booking the tickets thrice at 8.10 AM but it just got canceled at the moment i entered my credit card details.
Very true. From 8:00AM IRCTC site gets so slow that most of the times Out Of Service msg is displayed. The site becomes accesible only after all tickets are over and wait-list starts. I think they should stop issuing confirmed tatkal ticket through this site as its of no use.

Indian Railway — tatkal ticket problem

why r u stop tatkal booking of railway agents on computer ? The computer ticket start railway time not before the railway . This is very big problem commen man has not receive the tatkal by booking counter or not the railway agents.

tatkal ticket jabse computer agent se band hua hai tabse railway window par ticket ki blackmailing bahut bad gayee hai aur hum jo pahle computer agent se kaam lete the wo bhi ab assure nahi hote ticket dene se.

So please ya to ticket ki black marketing band karaye yaa computer agent ko wapas tatkal ticket banane ke time ko START kareye .

pahle ham agent se aasani se tatkal ticket le lete the lekin ab window par jaate hai to ticket nahi milta ya dalal se lene par 500 ya 1000 rupee extra maangte hai.me aapse ek sawal puchhta hu ki ek aam public to ab ghar jaane ke liye kiya 500 ya 1000 rupee pay karega.qki jab ham tatkal ticket lene counter par jaate hai to agent raat se hi line me lage rahte hai so please is kanoon ko band kijiye aur e ticket fir se start kijiye taaki ham agent se assani se ticket le sake ek baat aur kahna chahta hu ki aapne jo personal side he start rakha hai kiya aap jaante hai ki aam publicj jinhe computer kiya hai ye bhi nahi pata wo bechare kiya karenge yahi na ki apni kamai ki punji agent ki jholi me daalenge.

    Does anybody care about these complains ever?Not the touts,the railway ministry is also duping passengers everyday.Why is the railways charging for bed rolls on GARIB RATH and DURONTO trains?That too varies from train to train,for example :- charge for bedrolls on bhubaneshwar-Hatia Garib Rath is Rs.25/bedroll,whereas the Howrah-Puri Garib Rath has a bedroll charge of Rs.50.Why is this bias?Is there anybody who cares to take action against these complains?

      Respected sir,
      With due respect i wish to bring to your notice that i booked my motorcycle from Kathgodam(UTTARAKHAND) railway station to Hajipur on 31/05/10.
      The bike was even boarded on the same day in BAGH EXPRESS for the aforesaid purpose.

      The next day however at Hajipur jn, the luggage van was so loaded that my bike was not visible and the local parcel office authority refused to remove the luggage loaded in front to take out my bike.
      Everything said and done, i was told that the bike will go on to HOWRAH Jn which is the last stop for the train and will be sent back the next day with the same train.

      However the next day,the van was sparsely loaded yet my bike was not sent.
      Sir, it has now been 8 days and i am yet to receive any information about the status of my bike.
      I am a doctor and stay in patna where i have joined Patna Medical College where i have to go 2-3 times a day from my home.
      So without my bike i am having problems with regard to transportation and unable to go there on a short notice.
      My receipt no. is 036380 and the bike was booked in my name only.
      I hope sir that you will kindly look into the matter and take necessary action.

      Indian Railway — Delay in Arrival at Pune

      Dear Sir,

      My wife and daugther left Howrah via 0830 Howrah Pune Super Express on 21st June 2009. The train was going smoothly till Jharsugada. Then it started moving late, initially by half an hour, which later on increased to one hour at Manmad. However, thereafter the railway personnel converted the superfast train into a bullock cart express since even after 8 hours, it has failed to reach Pune. The railway site says that it has reached Pune at 2.30AM (schduled arrival time is 00.30AM), but it was stationed at Daund Junction at that time. Railway Minister owes us an explanation why public money is being wasted by the railway site by providing wrong and misleading information. They should also explain the proper reason for which it took more than 8 hours for a superfast train to reach from Manmad o Pune. Please deduct one day's salary of all the concerned employees (including the DRM) as a mark of punitive damages and credit the same to Prime Minister's Relief Fund. .

      I fully agreed with you. Today railway employees are thinking that "No body can take action against with us". Seriously, 1 day salary should be deducted for that day. You are doing good job and always we have to do this but ye bahanch... nahi sudh renge. I am with you, man, Prashant Sharma

      Indian Railways — Delay in delivery of Luggage

      Sir,
      I had booked my excess luggage via railways while travelling from AMRITSAR to TRICHUR on 22 July 2009. At the time of booking an additional Rs 50/- also paid to the the booking clerk as per his demand for loading charges. Now my luggage is not reached TRICHUR till today (04 Aug 2009). On enquiring at TRICHUR railway station, always getting very cold response. Even after much requests any responsible person was found to take necessary action to find out the reason behind it. Since I want to go for my duties to other places, it become a matter of tension for my old aged parents at home. Therefore You are requested to help me in getting the luggage as quickly as possible please.

      I have booked hero honda motorcycle receipt no. 037787 on 7th Aug 2009 from Bhubaneswar to Katni Murwara, requesting them to send in 8507 Hirakund express as I was traveling in that train. But it was sent in 8477 Utkal Exp. As per their statement. To my utter surprise it was not deliver at Katni and no body give a satisfactory reply. As per train schedule it would be reached on 8th at Katni. Kindly look into the matter.

      Indian Railways — DELAY OF LUGGAGE PARCEL

      I HAVE BOOKED MY LUGGAE ON 25/12/2010 FROM MATHURA TO CHENNAI VIDE PWB NO. : P D 143057 WHICH INCLUDES 8 PARCELS OF 292 KGS OF HARDWARE ITEMS.
      BUT TILL DATE AS ON 10/01/2011 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PARCEL OR ANY CORRESPONDENCE FROM RAILWAY AUTHORITIES.
      PLZ LET ME KNOW ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY LUGGAGE.

      Indian Railways — Delay in transport of material

      Dear Sir,
      I am an Army officer and was moving on duty to Pune from Abu Road. My luggage comprising one motorcycle and six cartons was booked for carriage on 21 Apr 2011. I myself was to move on 22 Apr 2011. On 22 Apr 2011, I ensured the loading of six cartons in the luggage van of Train No 16209 Ajmer Mysore Exp, there being no space for the motorcycle. However, on arrival in Pune on 23 Apr 2011 at 0400h, due to overloading of the luggage van, the door was jammed and could not be opened. Therefore, the train moved on to Mysore with my luggage.
      I approached the officials concerned the same day where they advised me to wait till the train reached the final station from where the luggage would be dispatched forthwith. However, it has been about a week and there has been no word regarding my luggage, in spite of spending nearly four hours each day at the Parcel Office and consulting with various officials. I will be unable to continue to approach them as I commence my duties, but am facing serious difficulties due to most of my luggage being on that train.
      Furthermore, my motorcycle was finally loaded on 26 Apr 2011 on Jodhpur Pune Exp, but on 27 Apr 2011 when I approached the officials concerned for collecting my motorcycle, I was informed that the luggage van had been moved to the yard without unloading and was asked to return on 28 Apr 2011.
      This is causing undue harassment to me and is severely hampering the performance of my duties. I kindly request if this problem may be addressed so that I maybe in receipt of my luggage at the earliest

      Parcel Thru Indian Railways — Delay on Delivery

      Hi,

      I have booked a parcel 6 Pacckets thru railways parcel service on 26th April 2011. (Bill number [protected]) at New Delhi Railway station. It was to send from New Delhi to Cutack.

      At the time of booking external agencies were asking for extra money to sent that on the same day. But I denied saying that I would pay only the money which is determined by railway. I booked the parcel and I was told that it will be sent in next two days.

      Still today on 5th May 2011 the said Parcel is not Received ,While I was booked another parcel through external agencies(Bill number-[protected]) received on 30th april 2011.

      This is clearly shows how Indian Railways is shrinking by corruption.

      Could you please check the status?

        I am Radhika, who has booked for Kerala Express.We booked our ticket on 90days before depature (ie for the month of may 16.05.11)and i started booking by 8.10am, Even by that time it comes to waiting list 37 around.Even after 3 month and it is very well understand by eacn and eavery citizen of Indian, ie is vacation leave--Indian railway has not added any extra compartments and till last momoent it shoun as waiting list, which is very worst part of Indian Railway.Also only one ticket was confirmed to RAC, Sharing between 2 people.

        Do really Indian railway don't understand the Distance between Delhi to Kerala.Will these same ministers or VIP accept sharing of single seat by 2 people.

        What should people do?Till people don't open their mouth-- Indian ministers will not understand ..

        R we need to bring other revolution against these politician.Will Indian railway refund half the amonut, as this was shared by 2 people??????????

        When will we get real freedom??????????

        Another freedom fight should start against these evils.

          Hi

          This is Abhishek from Mumbai. I was supposed to book tatkal ticket online for 10th June from Rourkela to Howrah . So I just logged in into IRCTC on 8th June at around 7:30 am morning. At the same time I was looking for availabiltiy of tatkal seats in Indianrail.gov.in .The time was 7:48am.To my surprise I found that the Tatkal seats were already in 'Waiting List'.

          I just want to know how can this be possible when the Tatkal for 10th is supposed to be open at 8:00am but the seats gone before the time .
          Are these railway people just faking around or is railway in urgent need of money.

            I’ve bought 2 tickets (non reserve)-1 return for me and one single for my sister (sheoraphuli to Barddhaman) for Barddhaman from sheoraphuli station at around 3.45p.m.the schedule train time was 3.55 p.m, and it was come at 4 pm...But when it was reached at bandel at around 4.40pm , I came to know that it was declared that this train went up to memari station not bharddhaman station from howrah station and also came to know that there is some electrical problem near debipur/palsit station.
            I came back to shaeoraphuly from bandel at 6.30pm as it was too let to go Barddhaman for my purpose. Then I went to sheoraphuli ticket booking counter for refund. After lot of discussion they told me that they can’t refund anything.

            No my question is that
            1. Why it was not announced at sheoraphuli station?
            2. Why they not returned any thing?

              Dear Ms.Railway Minister,

              I am a permanent resident of Kerala and working in Chennai. I have to make frequent visits to kerala, say once a month and sometimes more than that incase o[censored]navoidable circumstances. Reserving tickets to kerala has become one of the worst nightmare for me. I cannot make emergency plans because all the time tickets will be already reserved on everyday regardless of weekends in the case of other cities. I really dont believe how so many travel back and forth on everyday of the week and it has become very difficult to book a ticket for my travel. Though thousands of people travelling everyday, the ministry is allowed only two main trains to Kerala. Here comes the agents who take advantage o[censored]s to book tickets charging double the fare. One more difficulty is, only two days prior we can book tatkal. It again creates problem since there is no guarantee that we will get tickets and we cannot make any advanced plans as two days is very less. I kindly request the ministry to reconsider the tatkal booking period and make it back to 5 days so that we can plan our trip in advance (atleast before 5 days). I lost so much money and am sure am helping indian railways to earn lakhs in this way.

              About the IRCTC website. To save the commission to agents, I try myself to book tatkal online. Heck, the website throws error "Service unavailable" from 8AM till afternoon which spoils all my plans and then no time to contact an agent for booking tickets. Within minutes the tatkal tickets get over. More than earning money from Keralites, you people should come forward to help the common man. Anyway you are earning crores from the ticket fares. Why you let agents come and play in between this? Why cant you let one special train on fridays and sundays? I do not know whether this complaint will reach the railway department and if at all reached, they are going to take any proper action. Despite many attempts from the Kerala ministers for special trains, nothing really worked out. I am writing this complaint after failing to book tickets to kerala for attending an important function on thursday. I am not that rich to fly every week to kerala spending thousands. Let us see how the railways be helpful for a common citizen like me.

                I am Hari Krishnan.A.Nadar R/o: V.M.K.Chinnapalam Nadar Dall Mills,Nehru Gunj, Gulbarga (Karnataka) Cell No. [protected] was travelling from Guntakal (Andhra Pradesh)to Hindupur (Andhra Pradesh)as I had a urgent business meet at Hindupur, my ticket was not conformed. Hence I took a open ticket and asked the T.C for any birth availability he asked me to sit at S3, 56 & 72 after some time he came, gave a receipt of Rs.1060/- vide Receipt No.398485 Dated:01.06.10 and collected Rs 1800/- from me. He was highly corrupted (He even collected Rs.20/- from a beggar). He abused and insulted me a lot and I was forced to pay 1800/-.I was having a small brief case he also charged me Rs.120/- for that details given below in the photo copy.

                  Material booked thru parcel service.

                  Hi,

                  I have booked a parcel through railways parcel service on 28th May 2010. (PWBILL NO.A 2371857 & PRR No.[protected] at Howrah Railway station. It was to send from Howrah to Ahmedabad.

                  There is no answer with the local railway authority (ahmedabad) about material status. Before this material i used to booked parcel service and if i take late delivery from railway station they charged damrage to us for late picked up delivery.

                    To the concerned person,
                    I am a resident of malad and would like to here by inform you that the public bridge at malad station is in its worst condition.The steps are all broken.It is highly difficult to walk down that bridge which helps people to go from east to west or vice versa.People are likely to slip very easily from there.
                    I request you to look into the matter soon before that bridge puts peoples life in more bigger danger.

                      I do agree regarding the point.

                      The Agent are selling the ticket in higher prices & the normal man are unable to booked the ticket in IRCTC for takal.

                      Kindly stop this practices of the agent as the same was done few month back when the Star News had shown a stink operation report regarding the Takla booking server down from 8am to 9am.

                        Thanks for your help.
                        Our Suggetion :
                        If the train 1RD start from Delhi By 03:30 instead of 03:45 and run as scheduled time smoothly, I think this tarin should be reach at rewari by 06:00, before only 1 express train Pooja( Rewari time 06:13, always running late ) to overtake. Passenger have 15 minuts to change platform / Ticket. Journey ticket can take direct ( for Loharu, Sadulpur etc. ) from starting station.

                        493 Can't be delay, because of no crossing at all and by chance if 493 get delayed (5-10 minuts ), then MG train should be wait for 5-10 minuts, passengers can catch easily this train.

                        You are correct. Several passengers travel by 1RD and want to catch 493 from Rewari. Scheduled time of 1RD for arrival at Rewari is 6:10 am and scheduled departire time of 493 from Rewari is 6:15 am. There is hardly any time left for purchase of journey ticket and for elder people to reach platform No. 1. Quite often 1RD fail to reach Rewari station on time and passengers who want to travel by 493 have to suffer, because there is no other train till 6:50 pm. Often 1RD runs on its scheduled time, but in order to allow some express train to overtake, this train gets delayed. Obviously, several passengers have to suffer.

                        Further, 493 train is scheduled to reach Loharu station at 8:15 am and another MG train is scheduled to leave Loharu for Jaipur at 8:30 am. If 493 get delayed, passengers can not catch this train.

                        Railway administration should address this problem of the passengers in the new time table coming into force from July 2010. Also, a few more trains should be introduced between Rewari-Sadulpur and Sadulpur-Delhi Sarai Rohilla Express train should run on 6 days-a-week, as announced in Railway Minister's Railway Budget.

                          I am trying to book ticket in tatkal kota but in peak season there is no option to book ticket between 8.00 AM to 8.15 AM. Always shown server down.
                          If there is no option to book in tatkal kota in peak hour then railway need to inform that threr is no facility available for peak hour .
                          There is one other thing in this time all trains have in waiting list but if you ask to any travel agent for ticket then you can easly find the confirm ticket for any train to pay only extra Rs 300 to Rs 1000 per person.
                          How is possible if there is no ticket is available.

                            Myself, Satyanand Rai boarded a train (Swaraj Express, 2471) on 20.05.2010 from Surat. As my intial e-ticket was on wait list, somehow i managed to get a ticket vide tatkal scheme (PNR[protected], coach- S3, berth no. 32). As i was in surat & the tatkal ticket was prepared from counter somewhere else, i had taken with myself the copy of that ticket.

                            When the same was shown to the TTE of coach S3 he denied to accept the same as he wanted the original one. I expalined him the situation & also showed my identity proof, but he refused to accept & started to behave with me in a very rude manner. In such cases of tatkal , a copy of ticket & id proof was there with me still , the TTE didn't allowed me to take that berth & wrote in chart as- passenger not travelled.

                            Please look into the matter & take necessary cation & also would request for my refund of money.- copy of tatkal ticket attached

                              I, my wife, and my son was a victim of the rail accident which took place near Jhargram at Jnaneswari express on 28.05.10. I and my wife was injured and treated in the Kharagpur Railway Hospital. After we were released from the hospital, we were told by the Kharagpur station master to board any train and go back to Howrah. At that time we found that the down Coromondal Express was at the platform. We boarded the train in AC 2 tier. Since we were injured we were not able to walk properly and boarded on the nearest coach.
                              As soon as the train left Kharagpur station, the TTE came and started to charge us why we have we boarded on this coach. We showed him our tags of the hospital, and told him everything about the accident. But the TTE still kept on misbehaving and arguing with me. At that time I was not in a mental condition to argue with him since I was in a mental trauma. Then finally he went away. But it was a added mental pressure on me.

                              Railway — misbehaviour of TTE

                              Sir,
                              I am a regular commuter in night trains, most of the TTEs are drunk and this causes discomfort and a hindrance in our journey and misbehaviour to ladies is also witnessed .

                              Action should be initiated against such staff and thus make the journey comfortable to all.

                                My mother had to urgently travel from Bangalore to Kolkata for some urgent work on 31st May 2010. Since it was a last minute plan we decided to book the ticket on tatkal.

                                On 29th May when I logged to IRCTC at 8 am to book the ticket, the system hanged. I tried couple of times but didn't allowed me to go beyond login page. Similar issue happened with my brother when he tried to book the ticket on 28th May.

                                on 26th May,Aajtak flashed the news of how the railway officials intentionally block the online system to make big bucks for themselve and let the commuter suffer.

                                It is shame that a country does not have the capability to provide basic amenities to its citizen.

                                Indian Railways — Touts at Rail Reservation Centre in Greater Noida

                                Railway Reservation Clerks at Greater Noida are supporting mismanagement created by Touts at the reservation Cent. No RPF is available to organise the que.
                                Should be investigated and railway staff should take some action.
                                i am cent percent agreed from that complaint.

                                infact i have tried three consucative day to book ticket, but every day i get the same error.
                                then i tried to book the ticket from ticket counter, when i reach there to collect the reservation form for tomorrow so that i can go there befor 2- 3 hour and get my reservatation done, there i find 4 to 6 people all ready in line for tomorrow's booking, when i conform from the local vender there, they said, people use to start coming from 3 pm to take there place in queue for next day.
                                It's simply horrible. finaly i get to go through airways.

                                No Seat Avaibility, No Platform Ticket ( In delhi), Never on Time ( Every route, every where, every train), Poor Service, Worst Employee ( in term of behaviour) .

                                I am trying to make online reservation in tatkal since last one week, but the moment reservation starts (8:00 AM), the irctc.co.in website shows "Service unavailable".
                                This is how our government websites work. I would recommend to privatize the railways like telecom had been done.
                                The system is confusing and dangerous as well. I read in a Tamil daily that Ticket Examiners on the train are asking for the people travelling with E ticket for ID cards, how about the other passengers? I have not seen that they are not worried as long as you have ticket bought from the Railways counter.
                                There must be a regulation and co operation from the passengers as well. I have also seen some good Ticket examiners asking people to get down from the train without proper documents. Kindly take E tickets only with confirmation otherwise it is useless. There is a long way to go...

                                I am purchase a reservation ticket from Howrah to Allahabad for dt. 17/4/2011 and system allotted me a berth in 3rd AC B2/7 and my PNR no. is[protected], when I reached to my berth I saw there are no any berth in B2/7 & 8 in 12175 Chambal Express, so I suggest to railways take a necessary action immediately and remove above said berths immediately.

                                  I am a daily commuter on the Mumbai-Pune route.I have been travelling by the Indrayani express for years.However,ever since the train has been extended to Solapur,we the daily travellers have been facing bad days.People without ticket board the train and sit on pass holders seats.Some of them buy ordinary tickets and travel.We have to constantly argue and fight with these ignorant people to no avail.What concerns me is that TC's do not come to check tickets.What is the railways doing?How many complaints do we have to submit.For every MST seat there are 2 pass holders and if ordinary people sit then where do we go?Are we supposed to stand everyday?
                                  Something needs to be done.I don't know what railway minister and authorities are doing.Travelling like animals is not the way.There were hardly 2-3 trains for Mumbai Pune,now that has also gone.Railways should understand that quality and not quantity is important.
                                  Some rules need to be followed.Otherwise make travelling free for everyone.Why should I pay for a monthly season ticket while someone else traavels free and gets a seat.
                                  All you useless railway officials and ministers,I suggest you do something or else give others an oppurtunity to ensure results.

                                  Only whem it comes to corruption, Indian Ministers are prompt. Ministers are killing this country. Why we waste our money in elections, and Tax. No jobs no trains. Its easy to get a ticket through agent than booking through railway counters. So we can imagine the level of corruption. No law is in place. People who can no take care of themselves are given position to take care of the country. They need support to walk, How they would support our nation. Railways boost about there numbers, what about the suffering that passengers have to go through. Atleast respect the position that u hold and atleast keep 50% of your promises. You all have killed this nation. May god have mercy on our nation. I support your blog. Wish anything could be done about this.

                                    I had booked two 2AC tickets from Sealdah to New Jalpaiguri a whole 2 months prior to date of journey. The reservation status at the time of booking was WL-1 and WL-2. Right upto the date of journey, the status did not move up EVEN BY ONE PLACE, which led to me getting concerned if there was some foul play in the system. This fear of mine was vindicated when on the date of journey I checked the PNR status of my booking after chart preparation. Both the seats were now showing up as RA1-43 which is supposed to indicate that I had been alloted a seat (albeit on sharing basis). However, when I reached the station, my name was not there on the charts, and when I checked my PNR status again, the status had again been relegated to WL-1 and 2. I wonder HOW this is possible.

                                    When I asked the TT at the station why our names were missing from the list while others at WL numbers of more than 20 had been confirmed. He said that this was due to IRCTC bookings not transferring the money to the railways account. Of course, this is not how it works and is utter hogwash. This is the same balderdash that one gets in this situation from any TT across the country. I wonder to what lengths the railways authorities have gone to propagate such myths among its officers, OR IS IT A WAY OF TAKING PEOPLE FOR GRANTED and dealing with such sticky situations with utter nonsense.

                                      1. No water will be there when train starts from anand vihar,
                                      2. No regular pantry car service.
                                      3. Always delays in timing.
                                      4. No maintenance in the coach..

                                        Yesterday (May 24, 2010), I was seeing off my wife and kids at the Jaipur railway station. They were traveling by Ajmer-Sealdah Superfast (2988) to Durgapur (vide PNR # [protected]). It was an A/C 3 Tier coach. To our surprise we found two persons already occupying our seats. They had no valid reservation. The ticket checker had no qualms about their unauthorised entry into the coach. They traveled from all the way from Ajmer to Mugal Sarai. The space under the seats were packed with their luggage, leaving no space for the valid passengers.
                                        The husband and wife duo with a small kid caused quite a congestion in the limited space. In the night The lady with her kid conveniently slept on floor between two berths and the husband loitered around. That was simply a nuisance. They hardly left any space for valid berth holders to get down without trampling on the lady and the kid.
                                        Unauthorised entry in A/C coaches seems have become norms than exceptions and a nice way of earning some extra buck for the ticket checkers. Railways appear to be unable to get rid of this nuisance. The malpractices in the lower classes have crept in to even in the higher classes now. You never sure to experience a convenient and comfortable journey even after paying a premium amount
                                        It's no surprise the railways are slowly losing their premium class clientele to the air industry. The trains run late. The staff are rude and corrupt. There are thousands of other problems with their services.
                                        I have promised myself now not book any railway ticket for my wife and kids when they are traveling unaccompanied by any male member of the family. It's worth paying for the flight ticket. It saves time and uncalled for regular harassment.

                                        please take in to consideration to my complaint, so that you can aviod disaster in railways
                                        the TRIVANDRAM GOWGATI EXPRESS, WHICH I TRAVELLED 20/2/2011. allowing more than 300 hundred unreserved workers in to each coach all the passenger who travelled with reserved ticket suffered like anything, 1. ladies unable to sleep
                                        2. unable to go to bath room, 3.astma patient suffred too much to breath senior citezen, I do not know how much they sufferd. as usual no one botherd i went and complained each and every station no one took any response. I do not know what todo as a citizen of my country. i am well of i can aviod travelling in that train, suffering is only to poor and mid class people. workers who is building bridge and roads for us, they are treated like a animal dumped in a train i feel so bad see that, please please help them by giving separate trian to the workers for oneday in a week or do not allow any resreved ticket from kerala to gowhati do something immediat actin please
