Indian Railways — Improper coach allotted and misbehavior by tte | |||
I am a lady continuing a journey on 21-may-2017 pnr no. Is [protected] from rnq to ludhiana (Punjab) on tata muri exp. Train no. 18101. I had a 2ac ticket, but was allotted a berth in 3ac coach. I am traveling with my father who is physically handicap and mother. As we boarded from rnq station firstly the tte name not known (Not wearing his name badge) takes 1 hr to tell us exactly which berth we r allotted as it was very difficult for me as i am a lady to settle down with my handicap father and mother. As he tell us the berth he run away and as we reach to the allotted seat there is already people have occupied the seat and they take almost 1hr to understand that the seat in which they are sleeping is allotted to us and according to them the tte before reaching to rnq station allotted to them with slip. Which is very terrific situation, as i told him please cut a slip to fare difference so that i could file a tdr he refuses to cut and told me to contact other tte who will board. As i am a educated lady i told him that i know that as i boarded the boarding station the present tte will cut a slip for the fare difference to apply for the tdr. As the time is running the time was 4am of 22.05.17 we adjusted to the specified/allotted berth/seat. Then to unauthorized person have kept there luggage under out seat which was again a huddle to travel with handicapped passenger and mother till upto ludhiana. As train reaches allahabad station again new face tte boarded up and again i had a conversation with him. That tte misbehave with me and refuses to provide me the slip as he told it was the duty of tte who is present when u were boarded. I am on a continuing journey right now and there is no any rpf who could help me up. I would request to indian railways to clarify that whether r. P. F. Appointed to protect railway property and rail passengers or to just listen only what duty officer/t. T. E. Informed them as what he thought. There were so many passengers were travelling wait listed in the compartment with the adjustment under the watch by t. T. E. Was it any different rule decided by the railway authority and used by t. T. E. During train journey? Kindly explain the things mentioned above to satisfaction and if you cannot reply please give me the address of particular department or any officer who will take an action against t. T. E. Drear sir, Prayer to you that extention 36085 masagram local at Shaktigarh stn.or 360835 howrah burdwan local continue stopage after masagram stn.because no train within two hour from 17:08 to 19:09. So I request you take needfull step.

I have book a ticket from akola to thane dated 22/03/17 train 18030 pnr ([protected])& dt 23/03/17 thane to madhgaon train no 10103 pnr ([protected]) we cancelled ticket dated 20/3/17 at akola tc office and send to chief commercial mannager (refunds) mumbai till we do not received any amount or reply
