I am a daily passenger of the train. Due to some bed elements every passenger suffers a lot of problems. They don't carry the ticket of pass. They have a lot of goods. They sit on the doors, so evey one having the problems in comming & going. They are spacilly sit in the ladies compartments floor. This is the story of every passenger train. I am uploding the photo. Train no 64472 emu (panipat to ghaziabad)

The train 12609 is delayed today by 1h 40minutes for reason not known. It's high time that if not the delay, such harassment to travellers can be avoided by sending an SMS to them about the delay, so that they can.manage their arrival time at station accordingly.
