Sir. I am book online food on travelkhana site vide confirm order no 940491 and delivery at barauni jn. But not delivered. Whenever three times call at barauni jn. And agent asked don't worry delivered ho jayao ga. I waiting but not delivered. As you behavior of company consumer was not taken meals for full day. And facevery hard problem. This site is approved byyour site. So take action according to rule and put on fine of above company. Otherwise my self take another action.

    I'm Yashasavi Asati, student of BE and I had to travel from Ambala to Bhopal on 28th May 2017 but my train was delayed by 16 hrs and since I couldn't wait for 16 hrs due to some urgent reasons, so I had to make sudden decision to travel from another train due to which I had no time to cancel the ticket of my previous train on the Ambala station itself . Kindly refund my ticket.

      I travelled in sultanpur express and ahmedabad -varanasi express there was no cleaning of coaches. There was dust all over the seats and below the seats. The windows were not clean and toilet was also not cleaned.
      I expect that proper actions will be taken by government. I would like if there will be proper cleanliness as train is lifeline of country.

        When visiting india in feb., 2017 i booked ticket at international tourist bureau new delhi railway station on 21.2.17 for jayanagar (Bihar) to go to janakpur on 23.2.17. As international tourist vide pn[protected] and number 83734594 on lhs of ticket. I made the payment of inr 2115 by
        Debit card

        As the train departure became late for more than 10 hours (This i came to learn after reaching on plaform only). So i cancelled the ticket at international tourist bureau new delhi railway station on 23.2.17 at 22.30 hours. Refund was made to my debit card at the same time.

        As no payment came into my account even after 8 days, i revisited international tourist bureau on 3.3.17 who directed me to assistant commercial manager located at the station complex. I complained and submitted the same to him.

        I could not follow up further and returned to uk. Even today i have not received the payment into account.

        Please refund my due. My debit card.

          My father & sister is travelling from gwalior to hazart nizzamuddin delhi dated 3/6/2017 in swarn jayatee train having train no. 12803.

          My sister has got reservation from above source to destination in coach s5 seat no 21 and my father could not get reservation due to some reason and took ticket for general boggy,
          In midway my father went to visit my sisters seat just for the safety and security reason, is everything is fine (As we are aware of that many incidents are happening with passengers while travelling for example recently incident happened with my bhabhi ji, luggage including mobile and some ornaments cost of rs. 30-35 thousand looted by someone while travelling in indian railways).
          So, my father went and checked, everything is fine, in mean while tte visited there and ask my father to produce the ticket for reservation boggy and then my father conveyed complete story to the tte and made sure, he will go back to his seat but tte didnt listen and forcibly charged penalty of rs. 350/- from my father.

          Please let me know
          1. Visting to a reservation boggy for checking purpose, is everything is fine with family members is wrong, really he has done some mistakes, really he is guilty, where this kind of penalty is mentioned in any rule book or in any indian railway documents.

          2. I checked the status of train, if seats are available and lying vacant then why difference was not made and charged.

          3. After charging rs. 350/- why particular seat was not allotted
          4. My father is senior citizen, he was charged and misbehaved by tte why?
          5. As government is announcing facilities to the senior citizen and also announcing rate cut in tickets but i am socked, what kind of treatment is being given to the senior citizen passengers in indian railways

          Therefore, you are kindly requested to look into the matter and my amount may please be refunded
          And strong action may please be taken against the tte belongs to coach s5 train no 12803 swarn jayanti or i would say he must be terminated immediately from his services

            I forgot my plastic folder with some office papers within in reading basket at berth 4 (Ub) of a1 coach of ;duronto, 12298 of 1st june, arrived at ahmedabad on 2-6-2017, morning at 6:30 am.               I am on my journey from ajmer to bhubaneswar by train number-18422. My mobile got theft near ahmedabad station about 3 am in the morning.I searched about coach guard and found that he was sleeping and not confirmed but seems to be in drunken condition and got answer from guard that go and complain. shame.

                Hi i had booked ticket oners pune 01324 special train was planned to depart on friday june 2 from ers. But the train was delayed till june 3 morning (Announced to depart at 5 am in pirtal) and i m waiting for the train i n station from morning 5.                   With great respect i am writing a letter to you with the hope that i will get help from you. My brother was coming from lumding to dimapur by special train, when the train arrives my brother was just getting down and one fellow was rushing into train even though people were saying not to get into before all the passengers get down. But the fellow start beating my brother infront of all the crowd and there was not even a singe railway police was there to help my brother. I know all the railway station has camera and i want the footage of the incident. It happened around 6:30 pm 2nd june 2017. Sir, it is my kind request to take action on this. The guy was wearing white shirt. I have never though that dimapur raiway police staff will be on sleeping mode. I want a strong action on this. As my brother could not able to take the pic of that fellow. I called to mr. Lalthara (Chief secretary of nagaland railway board) and i was explaining im about the incident, he was laughing on the call and he disconnected the call. How a railway authority can show this kind of behaviour to the citizen where he is public servant. Please find the camera footage and catch that fellow and take strong action on this.

                        If i buy 1 half ticket for my 6 year old son, no # was allotted to him. But when i buy 2 half tickets for my 6 year old son and 7 year old daughter, then also i have got no seat for them. This is absurd.

                        Since i had paid full amount of 1 seat, i should get 1 separate seat for my children.

                        Even if any one buy single half ticket for an 11 year old boy/girl, then also they got no seat.

                        What the railway think. How do they travel with no seat.

                        Do railway really analysis the decision they are going to make.

                        I don't think so.

                          There was more than 80 rs. Both time.

                          Why online recharge facility for smart card.
                          Because railway counter every & each counter there is no smart card recharge facility. facing this problem all the time. when go to counter for recharges . counter Clark says your smart card expires.

                              My name is rakesh i want to send my bike amritsar to dehli mr. Avinash kumar call one boy and and he said him pack a bike for sending. Avinash kumar change rs. 800 for only packing and start filling form after fill form he is again charge me rs. 900. He told me rs.300 more charge in dehli when you want open the packing of bike when i asked him why you change extra he told me packing part is not a railways. I said him can you show me written statement which is give to you railways if you change extra for packing he don't have any answers than i was go to ticket counter for cancel my ticket she also didn't cancel my ticket today i am very harassment from railways staff all staff behaviour is very rudely. I want to please take very static action of them because next time any passenger will not seafaring this problem my cont no.[protected]

                                  Respected sir/madam
                                  I am doctor in bhilai. I had emergency in my home town. I have done a reservation in chattisgarh express from ghodadongri to durg on[protected]. But my reservation not cleared. So i take a general ticket but i am not able go in the compartment due to heavy rush.
                                  Therefore i catch a sleeper coach. Your ticket collector has arrived, and he asked to pay the fine. I told him my situation and i agreed as it was my mistake and asked him for a favour if he can arrange me just some place to sit. He started abussing me by saying bohot dekhe tere jaise doctor fine bhar koi seat nahi dunga. Zyada bola toh police ko de dunga fine leke, apni aukat me reh.
                                  When i asked him the about fine charges, he doesnt know how fine is calculated and started abusing jake pta kar le bohot bada doctor hai na tu, main jitna bol rha hu utna paisa de chup chap. And said jake jisse shikayat karna hai kar de tere jaise chutiye bohot dekhe.

                                  Are these are the manners to talk to a customer. I am ready to give fine i just asked for favour. He can politely refuse me by saying theres no berth available but instead he starts abusing and doesnot know any thing about fine charges and ticket charges.

                                  I dont know he told his name correct or not he told his name was abdul majid and said ukhad le jo ukhadna hai.

                                  Is this the railway giving us the services. If a doctor cant get respect how could a common man get. How are they behaving with the general public.

                                  Do something for this

                                    I am currently travelling on amritsar mail (13005) and my purse was stolen early in the morning today near lucknow. Belongings include mobile phone, passport, pan card, keys, glasses and some cash. Its a brown color leather ladies hand purse. I boarded the train on may 30, 2017 from howrah station at 5:30 in the morning. The theft took place between 3 -5 am in the morning near lucknow station. I am travelling by ac 2 tier. Please help.

                                    Train is not visited at chandigarh but they display status visited at perfect time. They stop without any reason between ambala and chandigarh. It take more than 2 hours to visit at chandigarh.
                                    Is there any reservation of General Seating car(GS) for army quota?

                                    I am travelling from Pune Junction to Kolhapur (CSMT)and there is no seat available due to Army reservation.

                                    Just want to know if there is any such reservation provided railway or not

                                      I am in train no 12488, travelling from gajiyabad to katihar, my ticket is on rac, some seats are vacant but tte cant show me the chart. She told all passenger has come, but she gives seat to another person for some sorts of money. I told her please conform rac first afterthat any one, because rac has first right for conformation of seats.
