A flight no 6e 528 booked on 06 may 2019 for travel from delhi to lucknow on 11 may 2019. But at the time of journey it was told to me that you are late for boarding.in actual flight not came at delhi. At that time same flight is travelling from bengaluru to pune. Due to critical situation i booked another ticket from delhi to lucknow, and waiting whole night in airport lobby. Such type of fraud is going in indigo airlines.

We understand missing a flight could be upsetting. As checked, the flight has departed at the scheduled departure. Please know that your late reporting was the only reason our staff could not accept for the same flight. Further, our staff offered the next available flight which was accepted by you.
Our endeavour has always been to assist the passengers in the best possible way. Even if the passenger is late, we try and accommodate them on the same flight if time permits. Hope you would understand the need for the policy.

They changed 1st 1100 then. Again the charge for job.

    Hello, I am sujith from Kerala. I got one mail from the [protected]@goindigo.in was regarding my offer letter for the job networking engineer. Also I paid lot of money for this. Pls give me a reply. I paid lot of money for this job. But for the courier they were again asked me a lot. But I didn't have the enough money to pay that. So they said the joining letter will not send to me. If the job lost, For the refund they again asking 18percent of total paid money. Pls make sure is it a genuine one or not . Because at last I was forced to sell my mom's wedding chain

    I booked flight Delhi to BBSR on 9th May 2019, I want to reschedule the flight to next day due to delay in connecting flight, I contacted to indigo for reschedule through email, chat and my wife called for reschedule, but no response from indigo airlines, I paid two tickets travel from Delhi to BBSR.       I'm receiving many mails form HR department.
      For job. Till date I have paid 51000/- Rs for Uniform(12500) / Medical Insurance(25000) /Opening bank account (15550) / Joining letter (8750) & today again asking for term insurance(44400). If I'm not able to pay this 44400/- amount. Thier are not refound my paid amount.

        I had booked a flight from mumbai to nagpur dated 13/05/2019. As a responsible customer i checked the arriving terminal online that rightfully showed t1 and thus was my planned arrival. But to my disappointment the facts were changed on the same day and terminal shifted to t2.
        It is very easy for the airlines to excuse this as an internal adjustment, but for flyers who rightfully reach an hour before the scheduled departure this comes as a shock as all their schedule has collapsed.
        It took me my breath and sweat to rush to the other terminal. Please be mindful and a little more considerate towards your customers.

        How does this make any difference to the inconvenience caused to me. I had to rush to book a cab and he charged me whooping 500 bucks for nothing, I was never supposed to be the bearer of the cost as I was well planned at my end. I know this sounds a negligible amount to you but does make a difference to me!!

        II was sent an email from indigo saying they are hiring and for the interview they will charge a refundable amount of 9600 plus gst and they gave me a PDF document with indigo watermark.
        So he took the amount of 11328 and also by mistake I send him initially 9600 so he told me he will revert.

          Dear sir/madam,

          I am writing to inform & notify you that i had booked 5 tickets of indigo airlines
          For 4 adults and 1 infant from bangalore to ahmedabad. The pnr details of this booking are pnr - nn37me.
          Due to unavoidable circumstances, we had to cancel the booking and i had cancelled the same as per policy (Almost 9 hours prior to the departure of flight). I have the cancellation advice from indigo where the refund amount of inr 3046/- was to be credited back to my bank since it was an online booking.

          It is indeed surprising and shocking to note that its almost a month today, that i don't have the refund amount credited to my bank account. May i know reason for this unnecessary delay and harrasment.

          I urge once gain to look into this matter on priority and ensure to refund back the amount of inr 3046/- immediately to my bank account.

          Expecting a prompt and immediate response in this matter.

            I got a call by a woman named nidhi sharma (Number: [protected]) an hr of indigo airlines providing me a job offer from saying that i got selected for a job at air ticketing department therefore i have to pay 2200 rs for the telephonic interview. Then i was asked to pay 7900 rs as a security deposit which would be refunded at the time of training. Now im asked to pay 13900 rs for the uniform. The email id of the person is [protected]@aol.com

            It was in the late evening when i went through other people's experiences online regarding airport job calls that i realized im being trapped. I've transferred a total amount of 2200 + 7900 rs after which i realised this is a fraud.

            The pictures below depict the email id and whatsapp number of the person from hr department regarding transfer of money and other ways of contacting.

            I'm looking forward to an affirmitive answer from your side.

              Sir/Mam,
              I had a connecting flight from Chennai to Jabalpur via Hyderabad. After reaching jabalpur we were told that our luggage had been dropped at Hyderabad itself. Since I am not resident of jabalpur I am now facing a huge discomfort as I don't have anything to manage with till my luggage comes in which ever way possible.

                I have booked direct indigo flight for 5 adults and 2 children from bangalore to portblair, due to operational reasons the flight schedule is changed via chennai, this is effecting my entire summer vacation plan which includes ferry charges, cab charges etc. Currently indigo is ok to refund but return is from goair which you cannot help it, i am bound to get penalized by goair on cancellation charges.

                  My connecting flight is delayed, contacted to indigo airlines through email and chat to rescedule my flight to next day, but Airlines not responded to me to [protected]@indigo.in email then did chat but no proper response again contacted to wife to call to indigo airlines customer care to reschedule to next day, but not proper response from airlines All the calls and chat done before 8 hours of flight feparature .

                  Once reaching st Delhi airport asked for reschedule airline told me that not possible buy a new ticket brought another ticket pnr
                  EH44SW, so I paid two tickets for one travel . Please refund my 1 st travel PG86GZ ticket 4000 rupees approx .

                    I just got off 6e 244, from delhi to chennai, pnr fkjug. I had pre book d my seat 13f. The gentleman sitting is 13e was over 300kgs. He split over onto my seat for the whole plane. He was so fat the hand rest wouldn't fully go down because of his stomach rolls. The whole 2 hours flight was extremely uncomfortable, i brought this to the attention of the in flight crew. They said nothing can be done and ground crew said nothing can be done as well.
                    This is unacceptable, the airline needs to have some sort of policy saying ppl like him need to purchase two seats instead of inconveniencing other people around him..
                    I paid extra 800 for my seat, and this was worse than sitting in the last row next to the toilets. Something needs to be done about this. I want a refund of my 800 i paid got one of the worst flights i have ever taken!
                    Usually indigo customer service is the worst with no action being taken. Please look into this at the earliest.

                        Flight no 6e 547, pnr lmzirx. 07.05.19 checked in at the counter. I have shown copy of the aadhar card of my daughter shreya thiagarajan at the counter. The lady at the counter refused to accept the aadhar copy and i requested her to note that this will not be accepted. She called another lady and another supervisor also came. But no body given me in noting that the copy of the aadhar card will be accepted as identity proof. I had to open my checked in bag and shown them the colour print out. Then only they accepted. The way of reply was not in a good way. I am not happy with the hospitality of the staff. I am traveling by air for about 10 years. First time i am seeing such a bad hospitality.

                        I travelled today in Indigo flight 6E 436 from delhi to Indore. At indore airport, baggage was received in total damaged condition. No one from ground staff available to lodge a complaint. I had to leave as I had some urgent work. absolutely bad expereice

                          Sir/ mam, i am kennu rina. I hereby request you to draw your attention towards my problem. I was travelling today i. E on 6 may 2019 from guwahati to delhi connecting flight from amritsar. I have lost my earring from airport while checking in the bag. The box was kept at the outlet compartment of the bag. My flight 6e-2895 bearing pnr no. Cgpemw and seat no. 11 a. Kindly help me with this issue. I totally blame the carelessness of airlines. The jewellery box has been kept emptied and earring has been taken out while checkin. Hoping for a necessary action.

                            My name is jikendra i am from calicut (Kerala)... My family had a flight from kannur to hubli since calicut airport doesn't have a flight to hubli my family took flight from kannur so travelled from calicut to kannur and then they reached airport. While showing i'd proof near the entry gate my mom realised that she forgot her n my younger brothers i'd at home... My dad first requested the staff they said first show us i'd at least in mail or whatsapp... My dad called me n i did that. Later after showing the print out copy of my mom's n brothers id the manager said we can't take this copy as i'd n my dad request him to pls help at least we showed u the copy we have come from calicut he said we won't take the risk... Can u tell me what on earth does my family look risky to u people... They are 50+ in age n my younger brother is abnormal as his left side of the body is weak... They didn't see my family condition there, they didn't see how far they have come from, they didnt show any sympathy how can u be so rude to such people... I need a answer for this...

                              My daughter payal lamba was flying from delhi to mumbai in your airline no. 6e 171 at 4.50 a. M on 2nd may, 2019. She reached at t 2 airport at 4.05 a. M and she has e - web check boarding pass but she was not allowed to enter without photocopy of boarding pass. She repeatedly requested to the person to listen her but they ignored her. She has a urgent meeting there but nobody is listening her. Due to anxiety and stress, she fell down. When she fall down on floor, a lady in the ticket counter call me and told me that your daughter is not well and i am coming out with your daughter. Then they admitted her in vedanta hospital at airport. I have requested a lady sitting in ticket counter to contact me the manager of your airline so that i may request him to consider the request of my daughter but she (Ticket counter) lady was so careless. She has no cutesy, no humanity, a very blunt lady has not responded me. Due to these circumstance, duty manager has asked to book another flight for my daughter and charged additional rs. 1500/- for the flight. Sir, i don't know where is my fault. Your person deputing on ticket counter have no cutesy. If any big thing will happen then who will be responsible for that. My request is that please take action against the lady who was in the counter on that day and reimburse my money which as charged without any default.

                              Ref :No. YBVT9V Dated 5/5/19 & 6/5/19 I travelled with my family from Amritsar to Delhi and Delhi to Chennai. After reaching Chennai and picking up the luggage from airport and reaching residence, when we had opened the baggage it was noticed that trolley suitcase pull handle was malfunctioning. Trolley Suitcase is of brand “American Tourister”.

                                Baggage and flight details of the passenger:

                                My bag has got lost in transit and there is no one from the indigo office to solve our problem. All our immediate stuff are in the bag. This is not expected from a reputed airlines like indigo. It is 24 hours now and there is news about the baggage. This is very irresponsible of the airline official. Hoping to see some quick action after this complaint.

                                  I have been approached via an email having fake letterheads of indigo airlines and they asked me to come for the interview on 29th of may, 19.
                                  I just recognised that they are fake by the letter-heads used.
                                  I would like the indigo airlines to atleast post a sample call email or interview call letter so that people can recognise which is which, if they get such call letters in near future.
                                  Please find the mentioned email id's in the photos provided below which are used by fraudsters acting as one of your company employees.

                                    Hi team,

                                    I travelled from pune to bangalore on may 2nd at 11am flight. Since my luggage weight was exceeding by 1kg i had to pay 400rs.
                                    The staff told me initial transaction was unsuccessfull and made me pay again. But my money got deducted twice.

                                    I showed the details to the staff and they told me that it will get refunded in 24hrs. Till now i didnt get any refund. I raised a complaint through your customercare portal but no response yet.

                                    Please consider this on priority and kindly do refund

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      Dated 22nd april, i had received a message in which a link was provided to open a pdf.in that pdf, it was given that i am shortlisted for indigo airlines. Also, written that need to pay the refundable fees 9600+gst=11, 328 for further interview process which is held in the prescribed location. The account number from syndicate bank was [protected], ifsc code:- synb0008971. I was receiving all the mails from [protected]@hrgoindigo.in

                                      The application id no. Provided was tml/ig/22. The name of hr given was amit varma ([protected]). I contacted him, and he told the process for the interview. After some days, i received again call and asked for telephonic interview. I had given that interview and from there side it was told that i m selected for the it executive post.

                                      Continuously, i was receiving mails about sending various documentation and validation. I replied to every mail accordingly. Then, for security bond for 2 years, i was told to pay 35, 000 rupees on there same account number (). After payment, i was told that i will receive the joining letter and gate pass by courier within 2 days and told to carry all the original documents on 6th may for further process. But i haven't received any courier from there side and now the phone number which was provided is also switched off. It was a fraud call and i became the victim.

                                      It's a kind request from my side that please help me regarding above mentioned issue. I am attaching the pdf, money transfer slip and screenshots of received mails with this complaint.
