Dear sir/madam, I booked my flight ticket on 15-nov-18 from chennai to trichy by flight no. 6e 7149. My pnr no. Jkkw3u. But till now, i did not receive ticket to this e-mail id or sms. Regarding this, i have given complaint. No reply on that for more than 24 hrs. My bank transaction ref. No. Psbi[protected]igaesvcmr7 of rs.4078/-. Please check and reply immediately.
