Indigo flight no 894 (Guwahati to kolkata) need to be takeoff at 3:45pm ist and still i am waiting for final boarding. Got info from airlines staff that it got delayed and will be at 4:20pm. Again the time crossed and delayed time announced at 4:50pm. Now it's 5:00pm but still no status for final boarding. Even there is no go and now the airlines staffs are also not sure what will be the next tentative time for final boarding.

I am having a important meeting at 7:00pm. Need to be reach office at 5:20pm anyhow. Now who will be taking responsibility for that? Will indigo is going to resolve my issue?? It's just a harassment to customer.

      I had booked round trip tickets from hyderabad to cochin on 13th august 2019, and return tickets on 18th august 2019 with indigo.

      Given the current flood situation in kerala, i need to cancel my flights as there is no way to travel anywhere, it is dangerous too because of floods, landslides.

      Out of 13 thousand, they are only refunding 2 thousand back if i cancel.in other words, they are compelling the customers to travel, no matter what the circumstances are.

      Please ask them to issue full refunds to customers till 13th august for cochin trips.

      They are still repeating the same thing, that they will not issue full refund. I am now compelled to travel to Kerala even though it is risky to do so.

        I had booked tickets of the goa - kolkata indigo flight dated 16th september, 2019 (Flight number 6e 633 and pnr ucwtpy). Due to some unavoidable reasons i had to cancel my ticket. Although i cancelled my tickets much early than my boarding date i have been charged high cancellation price on my ticket cancellation amount. This was going to be my first flight with indigo but unfortunately the experience i got is very bad about your cancellation policy.

          I tried reaching indigo 3-4 times regarding my concerns. Each time the executive informed me to email, and on emails there has been no response.
          I had booked a flight from dimapur to surat and had purchased indigo promise and also insurance.
          Since more than a week i am emailing and calling them regarding how do i get the claim for both, but there is no response from indigo's end.
          Also, i need certain documents which i need to submit to the insurance company which i need to procure from indigo.

            I was supposed to fly with my family in indigo airlines from bagdogra airport to bengaluru airport on 17 july 2019 and the flight was scheduled at 9.05 am initially. However, the flight was cancelled and the notice of the same was intimated just 3 hours before the departure through sms, by when we had already reached the airport. As per the previous schedule we were to reach bengaluru by 12.10 pm, wherein we boarded the flight to kolkatta only at 12.20pm from bagdogra and reached bengaluru by around 4.45 pm after a layover of 40 minutes at kolkatta airport. I am highly disappointed by such behaviour from the airlines and would like a response from your end for such irresponsible action. Please understand time has a very important place in everyone's life which was least considered by your airline.

              Called bangalore indigo office today and they told to come to airport to check the same

              Representative kept the phone without any solution or proper reply

              I did not expect this kind of response from international airline staff

              Govt has given you license to fly international

              Kindly note no international airline behaves this way

              It looks like other indian airlines following the jet airways attitude

                  I travelled on indigo flights 6e-958 and 6e-433 last year with pnr numbers jhjrxk and kewehd from mumbai to bagdogra and back in may 2018.

                  You will see that both the pnrs are for a consolidated list of 10 people. I needtravel certificates that 4 passengers from my family travelled on both flights. Since it was a booking through makemytrip.com i am not able to get travel certificate for :
                  1. Only 4 passengers
                  2. My own email address andrew. [protected]@live.com (Default address of [protected]@makemytrip.com is usable.

                  The 4 passengers are:

                  1. Sanya ravindra kedar
                  2. Andrew charles simoes
                  3. Marie fleur simoes
                  4. Charles francis simoes.

                  Please help me with the above travel certificates for both sectors.

                  I tried reaching your customer experience head but received no response.

                    I just got a text message in which they have sent me a link to download my interview letter. They have asked me to pay 9600rs that is refundable. I think this is a fake one. They also said that they will send me flight tickets for the interview and will provide accommodation facilities. So i request you to take some action on these kind of stuff. I am also adding photos of that interview letter.

                      The flight was scheduled to depart at 8:30pm from ranchi and land delhi at 10:30pm. However, it is 12:30 am of the next day and we are stuck at lucknow airport. Even when there wasn't any planned layover. There is sheer wasting of time by the crew instead of answering our queries.
                      This is utter irresponsibility from indigo. The passengers include old people and kids who have slept crying of hunger. Does indigo even care for it's passengers anymore? Extremely disappointed in the service.
                      No compensations have been promised. Even when there's a delay of approximately 3 hours, just the method has been altered. Some of the passengers have emergencies and this is simple negligence. There should be refund to compensate the loss of our time and the inconveniences caused.

                        The air hostess was racist against me. When she reached me carrying food and when i asked her food, she told me they are going row wise even though she could have given me food. She was giving food to the people of other rows. I m sure she was racist against me as i m from bihar. Why u employ such racist air hostesses? She looked to me with a sense of hatred.

                          I was booked on indigo flight 407 for the 1st of aug 2019
                          Pnr no - njdhnd
                          6e-407-leaving pune at 11:00 am arriving bangalore at 12:30noon
                          I had a connecting flight from banglore to allahabad
                          At 1330 arriving allahabad at 4:10 1st aug 2019
                          I was on time-the flight left on time-the flight arrived on time.
                          However your incompetent indigo staff instead of taking me directly fro my flight which had landed on time to my connecting flight that was there when i arrived. Took me though the whole process of security check causing me to miss my important flight.
                          I at the age of 63 had to run to gate no 31 only to be cooly informed by your lady indigo staff that i — i had missed my flight. And i would have to wait 24 hours?? Where???
                          When i broke down as i was in a state of total shock and despair.
                          And my son made a call threatening to sue indigo, for their lack of communication in getting a passenger from one indigo flight to another.
                          One gentleman got me a connecting flight to ahmadabad - varanasi
                          I arrived in varanasi not knowing a soul there. I was shaking.
                          I was disturbed mentally, physically and emotionally.
                          My relatives from allahabad arranged a car from allahabad to varanasi along with two people to pick me up as i have stranded thanks to indigo.
                          I had an additional expense for this part of my journey
                          And i arrived in allahabad at 1 am on the morning of the 2nd of aug 2019
                          My family across the world were terrified.
                          I was terrified, i had to travel by road - all dark and empty in the middle of the night. All due to the incompetence of the indigo staff.
                          To reach my destination - which i was supposed to reach by 4 in the evening
                          What are you going to do about this?
                          Please do not just say you are sorry for this experience and you apologize.
                          That is not going to be sufficient for the ordeal you put me and my family though.

                            We have taken indigo airlines flight DELHI to CHENNAI on 04/08/2019 check-in for 4 baggage at Delihi airport. When we reached chennai, we found that one of our baggage (Out of 4) hadn't reached chennai and was still at Delhi. Airport official at Delhi taken an complaint on this and assured that my baggage would reach with in 10 hrs to my residential address. Next day airlines and asked to wait for a day. When i check the baggage status next day, the indigo airlines officer informed me that the baggage didn't reach CHENNAI said that they were tracing the bag. After 3 days of waiting the airlines The baggage contained all the cloths ofmine for 3 day all the shopping items I purchased .

                            so logically and practically . I had sent multiple mails to all levels of airlines officers, but they didn't accepted my claim.

                            Will all doors closed, The indigo airlines still haven't completed the settlement.

                            It's more than 2 3 days since i lost my baggage and still indigo airlines delaying my baggage

                            now and want legal justice on the all the physiologically and financially troubles i have faced due to indigo airlines.

                            We have already raised PIR in Chennai airport on 04/08/19 the PIR no TK No.LGTZ5I. Indigo person acknowledgement ID is 30446 for your reference

                                Three days ago i got an e-mail from an address stating that i have been shortlisted for an interview which is going to be conducted on 19th of august 2019.in the letter, i was sent, there mentioned an hr named ajay pratap which includes his phone number '[protected]' along with the postal address as indigo office which is located in richmond street banglore. I called him to confirm the authenticity, he told me to pay the caution deposit as mentioned in the letter which was rs9600+ gst to register your application. I was told that this was to confirm my appearance for the interview. As a deceived person i had to send 9600rs. After confirming the payment he called me to notify about my successful profile generation.in the call, i was told to do a fresh payment of rs 11, 328 which includes gst as the previous one wasn't paid along with gst. And at the same time, i was told that my previous transacted fund will be retrieved within a few hours. Later i got an email from mail id with an application letter and the information about receiving of payment. Since that email as i couldn't reach him through the phone. I doubted and submitted my resume directly on the indigo website in which i got a reply from different mail id. As a result, i am complaining about this fraud and please do take necessary action so that it cannot be repeated. The details of the bank that were shared with me were

                                  Missed flight - ordeal faced
                                  To whom it may concern.
                                  This is regarding my flight-indigo 407
                                  Confirmation no - njdhnd
                                  For the 1st of august 2019
                                  Pune bangalore
                                  Bangalore - allahabad flight 5989
                                  Leaving pune at 11 am arriving at bangalore at 12:30
                                  I was on time at pune-the flight left on time for bangalore
                                  It arrived on time in bangalore, 12:30
                                  But your indigo staff - directed me to security again instead of rushing me to my connecting flight - despite my telling them i had to rush and catch the flight.
                                  So much so although i ran to gate no 31 at the age of 63
                                  My heart was pounding
                                  The girl there casually tells me that my flight was on the runway.
                                  When i questioned her why the staff of indigo did not get me straight to the fight
                                  Why did they not call me
                                  Why didn't they wait for ten minutes knowing i had arrived by an indigo flight
                                  Total mismanagement - lack of coordination and sheer harassment to the customer.
                                  Then cooly she tells me i will have to wait 24 hours???
                                  Finally when i broke down crying with my hands shaking
                                  And my son made a call saying he would sue indigo
                                  One indigo staff who saw my condition finally made a ticket for me
                                  Bangalore to varanasi via ahmedabad.
                                  There to was a delay by an hour and we just about caught the connecting flight.
                                  Now because i had relatives in allahabad who had the means, and they arranged a car with a driver an additional person to pick me up at varanasi and take me to allahabad. Or else i would have had to pay a lot of more additional money to reach my destination.
                                  They drove non stop to varanasi and back again to allahabad
                                  I arrived at 1 a. M on the 2nd totally shaken.
                                  My family were all very stressed out and concerned about me.
                                  Indigo caused me extreemental, physical and emotional havoc, and stress not only to me but to my entire family.
                                  Never in my life have i faced such a terrible situation.
                                  I have traveled the world but never missed a flight nor a connecting flight.
                                  What if i was traveling for a funeral or to visit a dying relative in hospital then???
                                  For your lack of coordination and irresponsible directions, i would have missed the purpose of my going there.
                                  Indigo shows itsel[censored]p in very poor light.
                                  I want to ask you.. What action are you going to take about all this harassment caused to me personally and to my family,
                                  I could have collapsed - or got a heart attack or worse.. Then what would you do.
                                  Please don't send me any stupid reply and apologize, i want some proper action taken.

                                    On 4th august 2019 i reached hyderabad airport to catch my flight indigo flight number being 6e 683 whose departure time was 1030 am. I have got the seat 16a and my spouse and got the seats 11f and 21c. While we were standing in front of the check in counter we could see a coloured lean guy wearing tie apparently in his early fifties positioned behind the boy in the check in counter near the belt obviously overseeing the handling of the baggages meant to load in the flight. He was heard saying “ where is lashkar? “. This was a slur expected to assess somebody. The boy in the counter who was putting the stickers on our baggage leaned on our baggage to turn his face back to give an appreciating wider smile to the guy who used that slur against one of your staff members. Then that the supervisor increased his voice pitch calling the name “ sameer “. There i saw a bespectacled young boy responded to his call. This kind of contemptuous behaviour from your staff is deplorable. Sameer did not apparently hear the slur as he was busy with his work
                                    Kindly take measures to preempt recurrence of such misdeeds

                                      Today my flight from mumbai to baroda had been cancelled. Booking was done from kolkata to baroda via mumbai. After request for 2 three times indigo personals arranged for tickets to ahmedabad, but the flight was delayed and in this juncture i had already had the booking of bus worth rs.250 and hotel worth rs. 1900 excluding tax.

                                      Total monetary loss. Who shall compensate this

                                        Passenger gihith syras station trv /6e38 date 30/july/2019. Passenger baggage got damaged and messed up.. Passenger had reported it to the customer executive and head of department to take a step aftr a long conversation thy are ready to get ready by baggage and thy assure thy will provide to my home in 2weeks..
