Air hostess name : kasturi

Flight details: indigo 6e-7121

Heavily disappointed by the behaviour of the air hostess in flight who behaved very rudely with every passenger in the flight.
She is ordering to collect someones garbage in the flight.
After questioning for that she behaved very rudely with screaming and shouting with my wife.
Its the trash left by the previous passenger. The duty of them is to check thoroughly and board the passengers. After ignoring her message by not removing that she screamed n shouted.
Need a serious action against her

The food sold on board is inedible. Please improve the quality to match your performance. Least you can serve sandwiches with fresh vegetables. The instant upama, Biryani, Noodles are stinking. Please drop these products from your menu.

    We did not receive our luggage at delhi international airport on arriving from istanbul with indigo airlines on 8th september. We did not get any information from indigo in spite of repeatedly calling and mailing them.
    We then contacted istanbul airport and turkish airlines to get information about our bags. They told us that our bags were at istanbul airport and were given new tag numbers with rushed delivery. Turkish airlines gave us the new tag numbers which we communicated with indigo. But indigo has been most unhelpful and uncommunicative. They have not responded and not done anything to retrieve our luggage.

      He most respected sir / madam,

      This is mrs. Porkodi mohanavel d/o. Mr. Mohanavel ponnambalam and mrs. Manimozhi mohanavel. Actually today (12/09/2019) we had a scheduled booking connecting flight from chennai to mumbai and mumbai to doha (Pnr - yk1k9q) with a return ticket on october 12th, 2019 from doha to chennai for my parents about 59 and 57 aged. We had a big issue while on departure in mumbai emigration especially with my mother's passport has mentioned emigration check required, so they stopped her and made a return ticket to chennai for both of my parents. Ok fine, this was there duty i am accepted. But you should answer,
      Why you had provided the boarding passes for them for chennai to mumbai and mumbai to doha without checking the passport of my mother. Then for just providing boarding passes why they should sit and checking the passports.in chennai airport itself they must alert the passengers if any issues were seen. Because of their carelessness our total family got in to mental anxiety especially my mother and father who were faced the problems directly. Who will pay for all our losses and health issues?!!!.
      Problems faced:
      1. We are depressed by you with mental stress
      2. We lost our money without no use (Traveled money from chennai to mumbai and mumbai to chennai)
      3. Our total works were collapsed
      To resolve the above kindly refund the money of our expenses what we had lost or book the tickets for my parents as same from chennai to doha as per your required documents ll be submitted. The way of carelessness in chennai airport leads our life in ruin with mental stress. Please consider the above and let us know as soon as possible. Must looking forward to hear from you.
      Please note i need the best solution from you. Hope you can.

          I was a passenger of flight 6e 433 (Seat no 11c) from guwahati to mumbai on 7 th spet, 2019. I had cpml coupon. On board, none of the crews came to me n served meal though entitled. I didn't argue since i don't like to argue for a food item. Also i have seen same on board my fellow passengers 11 a when he asked food then only have served food to him.
          I have typical mentality of crew member, they are doing some fraud.

          I would like bring the matter to the notice of the authority and wish that no passengers arecheated in future

          After online exam I got msg and in this msg they are tell me that I m selected in be next plant location interview and that is a amount of 9600RS is a security amount to be giving me back on my last interview day. Then I call in HR contact number and talk to him with this case he tell me that it is genuine.

            Hi,

            I booked a flight ticket on 27-aug-19 from hyderabad to brussels from indigo airlines through makemytrip portal. The flight was hyderabad to mumbai (Indigo airlines) and from mumbai to istanbul (Indigo but operated by turkish lines) and from istanbul to brussels also same indigo but operated by turkish lines.

            The ticket was booked and also i got status ticket confirmed as well in the ticket status. The flight was at 10:30 pm from hyderabad till mumbai. I went to indigo airlines (Hyd airport) to check-in my luggage and they gave me the boarding pass till mumbai only when i asked why the boarding is still mumbai, i should i get the boarding pass till brussels, they said there is some system at our end you can collect the boarding till brussels at mumbai airport when you reach when i ask ed about my luggage dont worry it will be check-in luggage and you can collect it at the destination (Brussels). So when i boarded the flight and landed at mumbai airport. As the flight from mumbai to istanbul was operated by turkish airlines i went to turkish airlines counter to collect my boarding pass, when the operated checked the status he said your ticket is confirmed at our side and told me to check indigo customer care. I contacted the indigo customer care (Available at the mumbai airport) about the issue and they check at system and told me that the system is showing is ticket is confirmed from our side, let us go and check with turkish airlines customer care. So again we went to turkish airlines count and enquired about the ticket, they said though the ticket is booked and confirmed at your end, but in our system the ticket is not booked. Which means though the ticket is confirmed from indigo airlines due to some techincal error the ticket is not confirmed at turkish side. So indigo team instead of booking a new ticket they forced to book a ticket with different airlines.
            Due to technical system error from turkish and miscommunication from indigo and turkish, i missed the flight and had book a new ticket with different airlines which costed my almost 80, 000.

            I want some one to look into this issue and compensate me for the loss and mental stress which i faced.

              I recived a message saying the amount has been deducted but ticket has not been issued.
              When i called indigo they said call the bank.
              Bank tells me to check with indigo
              Please look into this as i have lost around 12000 rs (Booking two times)
              I received a mail saying if deducted will be refunded, but when i called indigo they tell me they haven't received any payment.
              What do i do?

                airlines - passengers not allowed to board

                I'm writing on behalf of my parents who reached airport 5 min after the allowed check-in time for the obvious reason - bangalore traffic and the people standing outside for getting into the airport. When they reached the checkin counter it was 9am and the airline staff didnt even tried to accomodate them. They were asked to wait till 2pm for the next flight and charged rs 3000. How can the staff be so irresponsible...

                Yesterday i was travelling with indigo from lucknwo to indore with a morning via delhi flight of indigo

                In delhi indigo staff taken my bag with them even i said no it’s mine

                When i reached to indore & complaint at arrival they have asked me to complain on toll free no
                My very much valuable things was there in baggage including cash, gold & casio watch,
                Also there were all my personal belongings like clothes shoes perfume due hair dryer face wash face cream saving gel saving kit of traveller & many other things
                Also there were few of my very imp documents including my keynote diary where very confidential informations are there
                Now no one is supporting me on this & i am left with only one option to file police complaint against indigo management & publish over social media including press

                  I have handed over my vip hummer baggage to lagguage check in counter while boarding my flight. It was in perfect good condition and after landing my flight i collected my baggage from the lagguage receiving counter. When i received my baggage it was found damaged at one of the corner over the wheel joint.
                  I request you reimburse the amount for damages caused to my baggage.

                    I was travelling from chennai to ahmedabad and my departure time was 4.10 so i headed toward gate. There i asked indigo employee about my flight so she said its delayed by 1 hr and i told her that you didnt informed me then she tells me that "its silent airport so we dont make any announcement please check the screen" i had already checked the screen so i told her that its displaying "bording" on the screen but she didnt bilived me so i just went to the screen and took a photo and showed it to her so she is like "aww" and called somebody to change the time and thats it she didnt even care to give me an answer
                    I had booked my further trasporationof 4 person at 7.30pm and i didnt even got the bus so my 2500 rs got wasted because of the delay i had booked the bus befor 10 minitues of departure if they informed us then we might not book the bus.

                    Today 7th Sept I travelled in indigo 6e 918 from Kolkata to delhi.where I checked my trolley bag ..after reaching Delhi when I get my trolley back then one wheel of my trolley was broken ...now it's no o[censored]se...so careless handling by indigo staffs

Sadly, you had reported at 1630 hrs for the scheduled to depart at 1650 hrs. Hence we were unable to allow you onboard.
                      For your convenience, our airport team accommodated you on the next available flight, at the cost of only the fare difference and change fee which was accepted by you. We hope that you would understand the need for our policy.

                        I have made booking by using indigo airlines app but unfortunately my money was deducted from bank and there was no generation of pnr from indigo airlines and then i got only this transaction id - mjvxfsrjqem5ofsaazra4g. When i contacted indigo services they are not accepting this transaction id which they prompted on their own app when the transaction was done.

                            Hi,

                            I have booked 2 tickets (My mother & my wife) from pune to new delhi on flight no.6e 148 date 12th sept 2019 which was under partial cancellation. However, due to some family emergency (Which is really unavoidable) both the passengers are unable to travel on the booked ticket. I checked online about the cancellation charges & got to know that if i cancel the ticket then i wont get any refund. There is no possibility that even any of the passenger can travel on the said ticket. On cancellation, i am not getting any refund which again will be a complete loss for me which i can't bear because of my financial situation.
                            I have written an email to the airline as well regarding & they have straight away declined the request.
                            Its my request you to kindly look into the matter & help me get the appropriate refund for this ticket. Had there been no emergency, i would not have bothered to write to you.

                            Kindly consider my request.

                            I am attaching the cancellation charges which shows 0 refund for your reference alongwith the booked ticket.

                              Dear team, my name is tamanna khanna kacker, i live in bani park jaipur. I m here to complaint about the aviation careers, they told me tht they recruit fr airlines in all over india. Firstly they told me to clear the aptitude test & i cleared the same, thn they told me to pay 6500/- fr 2nd round, which i paid aftr asking everything from them. Thn i cleared my 2nd round. Today they told me to clear the amount of medical chckup fr joining i. E. 15000. Yesterday they told me tht aftr aying 6500 i wont hv to pay anything aftr tht & today they are saying me to pay 15000 fr medical. I want to knkw tht whether this is fraudulent company who is doing business on the name of indigo or is it genuine which is hiring for arlines industry. Pls resolve my issue as soon as possible, i m in vry big problm. I m sending their nmbrs from whom they called me & conduct everything.

                                After opening the link they are providing a page containing of 1500 rs of service charge for joining as already known that indigo does not charge of single rupees for joining.

                                  Flight 6e 129 landed in mumbai but we had to sit inside the aircraft for 2 hours due to unavailability of ground handling staff we are told. After arriving at terminal building we waited for 1more hour but passenger luggage did not arrive till 11 pm on 4 sep 19. Post discussion with baggage department we were informed that luggage can be collected afterwards by showing the ticket details and baggage tag. We were given 2 mobile numbers of indigo baggage claim dept. These numbers are switched off now. We would request airline to deliver the baggage by courier instead of making passengers collect the same in person.

                                    I have booked my flight via indigo from indore to delhi with departure time 21.20 on 4.9.2019. It is 00.42 on 5.9.2019 but i am compelled to wait for the flight at indore only without even a glass of water. Who is going to take the responsibility of this inconvenience caused to me by the airline. The staff deployed by indigo at airport is neither co-operating nor even provided a glass of water. It is 00.48 when the passengers started shouting they have served the loose water in paper glasses and tea. Neither any food nor even the snacks is given despite demand. Will indigo fix the responsibility of its staff and compensate me suitably for the plight. Failing suitable compensation by indigo i shall be constrained to take it to the court of law.
