    I have asked for travel certificates for 2 of my PNR ::

    Since, it’s been more than 18 months, I have been asked By customer care to pay 400 per passenger at Indigo counter at airport against the dummy PNR generated by Indigo customer Care (CR4LQM; BNQC2F) Post which I will be able to get it on travel certificate link in 20-25 minutes . When I again connected back, it was told that in next 24 hours. Every time I have been told for next 24 hours . Today on 12th Oct at 11 AM, it’s been confirmed that it will be done in next 3 hours . Now it been 6 days . But still have not got the travel certificate . Have already paid 3200 rs . But it’s mental harassment now . Can these guys will be able to provide solution . Every time I have been asked to wait for 30-40 minutes on call
    But no solution is coming

      My Flight Got cancelled before 30 minutes the departure of flight time and we have also checked in and waiting at Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport and the Company have not provided any Accommodation and given the day after tomorrow from Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport - Indira Gandhi International Airport - Surat International Airport.

      Company has provided next day flight and we are on road of leh on that day, we are not having any accommodation we need do that our selfs their is no transfer availability and also we get to spend 20k rupees extra. Company has not given any kind of help.

        I had pre booked my flight seat in INDIGO, PNR No.WWPCNI and paid on both the sectors.
        22/09/2023--Mumbai to Istanbul
        30/09/2023--Istanbul to Mumbai.
        While returning from Istanbul they changed my allotted seat without my consent.
        refunded amount of INR3500 is initiated but it will be paid only to agent T C TOURS LTD who issued the ticket, who are not agreeing that they will get the refund as i have paid from my card for seat.
        it will be really kind of you to share the proof & details of transfer of refund amount which will help me in claiming the refund from T C TOURS LTD.

          I had a Panick attack 2 hrs before the flight, instead of helping me they misbehaved with me . Then they brought the doctor, the doctor said I was not fit for the travel . I want my full refund for my flight . My PNR : T2VLMX.

              I tried booking a ticket from bengalore to udaipur on 22 sep 2023. Amount of 6962 was deducted from my account but ticket was not confirmed. They said it would be refunded in 7 days but it has almost been 15 days.

              Hi I paid amount for booking ticket Ktm to Delhi for my mother, but no ticket issued, looks like indigo is fraud, I paid from Australia, I bought ticket from indigo website, pls rectify my problem, or else allow me to put case in international court, looking forward to hear asap

                I have booked ticket from Calicut to Srinagar (oct 2, 4:08 PM IST) and vice versa from Indigo Website. Amount has been deducted but no itinerary. After payment it redirected to home page and nothing. First time booking in Indigo, and this is what happened. Please fix this or refund money

                  I am Aurpita Mondal from Kolkata. Apparently, this same situation is happening with me currently as i am also looking for job henceforth I uploaded my CV on website and after few hours I received a call from Indigo airlines calming that they are urgently haring candidates for ground stuff and ticketing but in order to do so you first need to submit Id proof, highest marksheet and one passport size photo. Once it's done you need to pay RS 2100 in order to register ourself and to be eligible to sit for interview...but a sudden news report hit my head calming standard companies doesn't demand for any money from interviews therefore I searched through internet to check whether IndiGo Airlines demands money for interviews or not and to my satisfaction once I searched a clear cut and stead Forword came that IndiGo Airlines doesn't demand for any money for interviews and documentation for ground staffs jobs.

                  I deeply grief for what happened to "Hiljul" but at the same time I thanks you to share your experience on this platform as today it really helped me from get frauded from them. Thank you really very much for your this really saved me and at the same time I also urge IndiGo Airlines to take action against them...Luckily, I have audio recording (of that person calming they are from Indigo Airlines and giving all the info) as well as the message I received from them.                     My wife and kid was traveling through Indigo from Mumbai to Hyderabad today, and this flight has been delayed by 2 hours where my wife has a return flight just after an hour she lands, but now that flight has also gone for toss.
                    So as an average passenger, my wife approached this specific flight attendant named Jyoti, where she started swearing on my wife in front of all the passengers, she was super loudly shouting and yelling at her and also told to never book any Indigo flight from the next time and “you can leave right now I will open the doors for you”
                    I mean is this how Indigo has trained their staff to help with the approaching helpless passengers?
                    This is just too sad to hear.
                    Plz take an action 🙏🏻

                      Hi, I booked ticket from Singapore to chennai and back . I booked on 24 Sept at 8.25pm. My amount is deducted from bank. But till now I didn't receive the Ticket. Am so disappointed. My bank transaction is showing amount is transferred to IndiGo. When I called indigo, they replying they didn't receive the amount. What should I do? How will book indigo flight in future?

                        I have applied for job in Indigo airlines services in nursing department and I got call about interview to attend but before that I need to pay money 1550 for interview and after interview i got selected for that I have paid 8500 for the processing fee than they asked me about certificates verification 11500 more and they said it is completely refundable but when I asked him to proceed with verification he said I have problem with verification and need to pay 19500 .now i asked him to repay my money that I don't want to continue further and they we're saying it will take 14 days to refund please do something about it

                          I was traveling in indigo 6E 283 (18:00 Hrs) from HYD to CCU (PNR LRVT6G) on 24th September 2023 in Seat no 30A Windo side. I have kept my Headphone in the front seat pocket. I have forgottem to take while unboarding due to my personal reason I was very tensed.

                            On Saturday, 23rd Sept, I used the GoIndigo.In Website for booking flights from Pune to Jaipur (20nd Dec - 22nd Dec) for 4 adults. The total amount was charged to my credit card ending with *** *333. Subsequent to submission, I did not get any PNR number nor any communication regarding the confirmation of the charge / ticket itinerary.

                            After 30 mins, I recd an email stating that the 'booking is not complete'. Hence I thought that the credit card will not be charged. I have checked my emails - inbox and spam and do not see any emails from Indigo.

                            However, today on checking my credit card transactions, I see the charge on my credit card . As of writing this email, I have seen NO communication for charge nor any itinerary from Indigo. So, I would urge you to revert the TOTAL amount back to my card.

                            Meanwhile I completed my booking via MMT for the same itinerary.

                            Hence the amount charged by Indigo to my credit card must be reversed

                              I had a spare phone in my cabin luggage, which I had placed in the overnead compartment. only opened the bag twice, once at the beginning of the flight and once when it landed. It is possible it fell out during this time too. My seat number was 24a, I would request you to look into this and revert.

                                I booked a one-way flight from Delhi to Kolkata, for the date 19/9/23 from IndiGo Airlines. They sent me an email with my transaction ID which said that I'll receive a booking confirmation within 20 minutes. I paid through UPI, and the ticket fair has been deducted. I've waited for an hour, but when I open the link I've been sent via mail to check my payment status, it is blank. No updates via mail or phone number as of now. The transaction ID I was provided: JPAY62ade7a39c9710325. Adding necessary screenshots of all e-mails and payment confirmation from my bank.

                                I had called the customer care, and was sent a booking confirmation about letting the helpline staff know about my problem. Even though reaching the customer care representative through the automated calling system proves to be arduous.

                                  I have an international flight and wanted to book additional 45 KGs of prepaid baggage from indigo. they allowed me to book an additional bag and 30 kgs in 1 go but now when I am trying to add another 15 kgs, they are not allowing me to do the same. customer care told me its there policy to allow only 30 kgs and charge for the remaining at airport rate. I did not see any such notice or policy details at the time of booking. this to me is an unfair trade practise,

                                    I would like to write and let all of you know a dispute with Indigo Airlines.
                                    On 10th April 2022, Indigo airline has not allowed us to board the flight even all the documents were as required and later same has been accepted by indigo airline. After lots of complaint and investigation Indigo Airline has accepted their fault and regretted to us and offered the cash back to us with condition that we will not lodge the complaint and will not take any legal action in Indian court or customer court/forum. Because of the Indigo request and assurance not to repeat similar distrust act, we decided not to take any legal action in India with customer court/forum but also we decided not to take cash back and take vouchers so that indigo airline do not require to pay us back the money which we already have spent for flight ticket. Only we requested to issues the vouchers which will not expire in certain time limit (Normally Indigo airline is issuing voucher with six month validity only and if you do not use it, it will expire and you lose the money). Indigo airline has issued vouchers worth Rs. 70000 with six month validity and in written email they have assured to reissue the vouchers, if expired, till those are used to buy flight ticket. We TRUSTED indigo airlines.
                                    Because of the circumstances, and unfortunately, we were not able to use those vouchers till now. So TRUSTING indigo airlines, we requested them to reissue the vouchers, but they denied to reissue the vouchers. Also they stopped reply to the email I am sending and requesting to reissue the vouchers. Now I lost TRUST on the indigo airlines. The case is related to PNRs XSVMRX/ZRN5JN.

                                      I would like to complain about baggage delays (certificate attached) and baggage damage (baggage photo and baggage handover attached) on a Mumbai to Jakarta flight using Indigo (Boarding pass attached). I arrived at CGK (Jakarta) on Sep 5, 2023, at 4:30 PM and did not find one of my baggage until 8 pm. A lost & found staff made a lost baggage report. The next day, 6 Sep 2023 at 5 pm, I have been informed that that my baggage has arrived at CGK. I went back to CGK to pick up my baggage. The contents of the baggage are all there and safe, but my baggage was damaged. I ask for compensation for baggage delays and luggage damage. Please be responsible for this matter.
