My wife and son was travelling to Kolkata from Bengaluru through Indigo airlines on 9 dec 2016(booking ref: CH29GE). They checked in proper time, but reached boarding gate little late compare to boarding time mentioned in the boarding pass but well ahead of the flight departure. They reached boarding gate 6:40 am, flight departure time 6:55am. In stead of one woman travelling with son they denied boarding. Then they charged additional Rs 13000 to avail flight that is also via Bhubaneswar.

This happened to other 8 passengers as well along with my wife. This is totally ridiculous.There was no announcement and wake up call from the airlines. Is this a passenger friendly airlines?

    Dear Sir/ma'am

    IndiGo just proved it is the worst airlines with worst customer service ! On our flight (6E 626) on 22nd November from Ahmedabad to Delhi, 3 of our luggages were manhandled by their porters and broken ! We lodged a complaint with their executive at the airport and she gave us a receipt (complaint number: 031) and wrote a phone number (+91 [protected]) at its back assuring that we will get a call within 24 hours. I had to call them after waiting for a day and when finally they decided to answer the call after numerous attempts, Kamal assured me that they will pay for the damages (Rs. 4200) and asked me to mail them the PAN card details and account details. Now after 15 days, 2 reminder mails and numerous unsuccessful attempts to talk to them on the phone (yes they don't ever answer the calls!), They seem least bothered to even reply !
    Kindly suggest the way forward. TIA.

      Pnr no - v8yh8c flight from vizag to chennai on 29th dec2016 changed timing to land at 4.40pm. Next fight from chennai to coimbatore take of 5p. M. Pnr vgyzgx - how can my daughter dr. Grce chrisilda catch the flight within 20 mts. I talked twice with your customer care [protected] now from 6- 7.30p. M they are unable to help and they cannot understand simple english - i talked in chennai airport they said it can be changed without charging by customer care only to next day morning 6.30 flight - your executives cannot understand my problem

        I travelled from indigo flight 6e211 from delhi to bhubaneswar on 06-dec-2016 & pnr is igzdmx .But my luggage was missing at bhubaneswar airport there we contact indigo team & then they told send us mail on del.[protected]@goindigo.in & [protected]@goindigo.in . And we will check & ask team to deliver as soon as possible. That time i think it is ok & now even they also cannot do anything at there end.. & left airport. As coming to hotel, i firstly replied on this above 2 mail with some documents like id proof, ticket... But till now no conformation received from anyone. After contacting from customer care but no response i received.

          I've booked a ticket from Jaipur to Mumbai. And my payment also successful the air fare was debitted from my bank account. But within a few minutes from payment i got a message from indigo airlines that my ticket was cancelled but i didn't cancelled they have automatically cancelled my ticket. If i try to contact indigo customer care no any response. I've spent around 3 hours in indigo customer care but no any response. I've mailed to indigo customer care also in mail also there is no response. i got only the automatic reply mail only.

            My name is Rozina Mithani. I have lost my baggage in flight 6E157 of indigo airlines, yesterday when i travelling from delhi to ahmedabad. My booking reference number is H7S83P. yet i haven't received any update on it. it has been almost 12 hours. yet no updates. really frustrated with this. please revert soon.
            There is no proper answer from any of the authority as to where my baggage is. in spite of so many calls.
            Same has happened to me in Flight 6E211 from delhi to Bhubaneswar on 06-dec-2016... Any update received then plz mail me also...anshul.[protected]@gmail.com
            My Flight ticket From Mumbai to Delhi in flight 6E 968 and Booking reference MHR24B is cancelled. But i cannot book alternate flight as link for booking alternate flight stops working as I select a new flight and proceed, and error page is displayed.

            No customer no. is reachable. Please help. I have to attend wedding on 4th Dec in gwalior

              I've booked a ticket from mumbai to trivandrum. And my payment also successful the air fare was debitted from my bank account. But within a few minutes from payment i got a mail from indigo airlines that my ticket was cancelled but i didn't cancelled they have automatically cancelled my ticket. If i try to contact indigo customer care no any response. I've spent around 150 mins in indigo customer care but no any response. I've mailed to indigo customer care also in mail also there is no response. i got only the automatic reply mail only. I tried through facebook also to contact indigo. In that also there is no any response. Kindly help in this.

                Hi my flight no Indigo Flight 4376 DEC 6 2016 delay 1 hour 10 min so according that was visit there security check in all things done. when i was reached ticket counter she said madam Give me Another PNR .I already showed tickets to her but she was not responding.after that she said madam next flight only you can travel But You have to pay ticket price... if airlines delay is not a problem why ..we have written proof of security check in. my interview already fix in Bangalore i told her please try to do something but she said no madam . so please process my case i ll attached all documents

                  I have booked flights for my family before 2 months as they were traveling to attend the marriage. Now because of you they couldn't attend the marriage. So now I will tell each and every one that "DO NOT TRAVEL FROM INDIGO." You have ruined some ones marriage bcoz of your last minute cancellation message. I am taking this to the consumer forum. I will not let you go this easy

                      Sir/Ma'am,
                      I booked my ticket from delhi to bhubaneswar on 2 dec, 2016 for 23th jan 2017.
                      I paid through net banking.The amount has been deducted from my account but I had not got any confirmation of my reservation. I dont have the booking reference and no itineary.
                      The mail from indigo says u will be refunded in 4 days if tickets are not booked and its been 4 days .
                      when are u refunding the money?

                      I will be thankfull if you kindly look into it.

                          Complaint: At the time of boarding, I was told that my luggage is not allowed since it contains few dry coconuts. I told them that I shall go and remove all those.But, they told I shall miss this flight and I have take another flight as per availability and pay the difference fee or else give an authorization letter at Delhi airport for Indigo to open my baggage and resent the baggage. But flight left bengaluru by 10.30 PM. I did the same and gave authorization letter on the same day immediately after reaching delhi.They assured me that I shall receive a call from their end. I have not received any call from them.They also gave me one mobile no. to contat i.e.[protected], itried many times but no response. On 5-12-16, by 8.00 PM, I gave a complaint with customer care no.[protected], they told me that they are going to contact me within 24 hours. I have kept few eatables prepared by my mother. If it is not reached in time every thing gets spoiled.

                            I cancelled my domestic flight tickets(PNR - SYHF4Z ) and the refund amount after deducting the cancellation fee sums up to around 6000.
                            After cancellation I received an automated response that specified that the refund will be credited to my account within 5 to 7 days. It has been more than 10 days and I haven't received any communication regarding this.
                            I hope this will be resolved soon.
                            I am complaining about misbehaviour of ground staff and I was 3 minutes late for boarding and they haven't allowed me. I had to book another flight immediately as I was having presentation in Mumbai but the flight delayed and they is no information till. I could have taken another flight. I am very disappointed. Please do the needful.

                                This was the worst trip i ever had in my life...

                                I don't want to travel with indigo anymore. The flight time was at 5:35 am and we reached airport at 4:52 am. They people were not ready to give us the boarding pass and even not listening us. They redirected us to the man who was arranging next flight with high additional charges (8282) + flight charges (9034)=total (17316) amount paid by us. Then the second flight got delayed by three hours and we decided to cancel the ticket. We also requested them to allow to board any one o[censored]s without any luggage but they were not cooperating with us.

                                Indigo people literally cheated us. We are feeling like being looted by indigo.

                                The staff was not helping us to catch the flight they have made their mind to make money from their customers.

                                  I travelled in indigo airlines on 04/12/16 (6e367) from patna to delhi. Subsequently my plan was to travel from delhi to muscat on the same day and the departure time is 15:25. But unfortunately the indigo flight from patna to delhi got delayed than the scheduled time by 3.30 hours. So i missed my oman air flight from delhi to muscat.

                                  The initial scheduled departure time for indigo flight was 11:00am from patna. It got delayed and finally the flight departed after 14:30 and reached delhi at 15:45. As all my family members are travelling together with me i got no other option rather than booking other flight, which eventually i did on jet airways.

                                  Due to the above mentioned issue myself and my whole family struggled a lot. I request you to pay my losses which i spent for purchasing new tickets for my travel from delhi to muscat. The total cost is inr 54000.

                                  Copies of indigo, oman air and jet air ways boarding pass and payment bill attached in photo format for your reference. Final message send by indigo below in red also attached for your reference.

                                    I booked 3 tickets to goa and 3 returning tickets from goa to bangalore with indigo airlines. But i had to cancel all the tickets because the venue of the event in which we were suppose to go, got changed to mumbai. I was suppose to book the tickets to mumbai with the indigo airlines after the cancellation of the tickets but 60% of the money was deducted and only 40% was refunded back to my account. I understand if the cancellation was done few hours prior or few days prior but i cancelled the ticket 3 weeks prior to the date. Isn't 3 weeks an enough time for the cancellation? Is this how they do the business? What services they have provided? There seat will not go empty as there is enough time when people will make the booking.
                                    They charged me rs.10, 666 for the tickets and deducted rs.5878 for the cancellation eventhough the cancelltion was done way prior 3 weeks. These people are simply looting the customers which is unacceptable.

                                        Sir, it is very torturing to see that in spite
                                        Of reaching on airport around 1and 1/2 hour before time and getting boarding card, even cleared security check i was told u r 30 to 40 second late and not permited to enter into flight. Even there was no any warning announcement. I was referred to indigo reservation where he showed his helplessness in arranging other flight and told me to buy new ticket. They just blaming cisf people for delay and free himself from any responsibility to customer. They even denied to refund. I am sending u my ticket and boarding pass photo. Kindly look matter and help us. Today there r lot of other people who were victimised by the same situation.
