To whom it may concern,

Sunday 15th May I was in kochi airport to transit through Oman on my way to the UK. My baggage was not supposed to be checked, but they checked it in anyways, the staff lady checking me in obviously did not know what she was doing, she had to get two other staff members to help her and she didn't give me a tracking number for my bag.

When i arrived in Oman, i could not go through to collect my baggage because i was not fully vaccinated. Each flight i had was self transfer, which is why i needed to go collect my baggage myself.

I was told by airport staff that i would get an email regarding my baggage and it has been more than one week and I am still awaiting instructions as to how to get my luggage back to me. The contents are extremely expensive and it's important for it to be returned to me as soon as possible.

My booking reference for Indigo airlines was[protected] flight number 6e1846

I am disgusted at the complacency of dealing with this issue. 10 days of repeated emails and I've had no response. I was told an email would be sent to me but I have received no emails. I feel disregarded and my issues ignored.

        I had a flight from PAT-DeL-BLR flight departing PAT at 20th May, 2022 21:50, arriving BLR at 21st May, 2022 5:30(PNR No. ZIRQHL). I was supposed to change terminal at DEL (T1 to T3).

        Owing to bad weather in DEL, the flight was redirected to VARANASI Airport and everything got delayed.
        I was offered a rescheduled flight from DEL to BLR on 21st May, 2022 at 9:15 from T1. I enquired at airline counter & at boarding pass counter whether i will get my luggage. I was informed yes, also at the boarding pass counter i was informed my luggage was tagged wrong in nt boarding pass, which she promptly corrected.

        I reached BLR on 21st May, 2022 at 12:00 and did not recieve my check in Baggage. I enquired at baggage services which informed me that my baggage will be loaded onto the next flight supposed to reach BLR at 15:00 and will be delivered to me. The staff was hostile but provided me with PIR and Duty Staff contact number.

        I kept calling on that number with no response, called customer support who had no idea where my baggage was. I was eventually informed after hours of call, and harassment that it will be boarded at 21:00 flight from DEL-BLR and will get delivered only by 22nd May, 2022. I requested then to inform me that i will come and receive it at night. I received nothing.

        I kept calling from 23:00 to 2:00 when i was finally informed that my baggage reached BLR at 23:00. The duty manager had the call waiting but refused to pick up my calls.

        I received my baggage on 22nd May, 2022 at 12:30, 24 hours after i have arrived. I was stranded in a new city with no luggage. My plans got all cancelled and the airline even refused to entertain my ask of my money's return.

        I have no option but to approach DGCA hoping to get some help, otherwise I will accept that customer is garbage for IndiGo and by that effect for DGCA.

        I had asked for a refund of my ticket, this 2000 means nothing as it is your points only. This is very disappointing and not what i asked for. After torturing someone for so long, i expected some remorse and action but certainly not.

          To whomsoever it may concern,

          It’s been more than 72 hours since my luggage was misplaced at the Delhi airport. I have made several calls to try to locate it but to no avail.

          I have very important documents in my suitcase and it’s crucial that I find it. Besides, I’m in the freezing, networkless, inaccessible, region of Leh, having to borrow clothes from practically strangers who I met on this tour. I am out of sorts and frustrated. This is my last request to you to try and locate my luggage ASAP. I am very close to filing a consumer complaint. This is gross negligence on the part of Indigo and I hope you rectify it soon. Kindly get the luggage to the address below by 26th May.

            I was carrying 21 kgs luggage . For this I was charged 3300 rupees at patna Airport.
            But 15 kgs + 7 kgs =22 kgs luggage is allowed for 1 person.
            So, why was I charged at the airport. Kindly solve my issue.

                I booked a AIzawl-Kolkata flight on 17th May, 2022 from a ticket booking website. It was for three passengers and i have cancelled the ticket for one of the passengers on the day I booked the flight as I have typed the wrong name. I received the refund soon enough to use the refund money to book another ticket for the right name. But on the day of the flight, it was raining heavily here at Lengpui Airport, Aizawl. So the flight got bloody CANCELLED!!
                Obviously i opened the website where i booked the flight ticket and opted to cancel the flight tickets of the remaining two passengers. And for reason of cancellation, i selected the option that said the airline cancelled the flight. I was hinted that refund will be processed within 3-7 working days from the day of cancellation. But since I was eager to clarify, I called the "IndiGo Airlines Customer Care" number: [protected] today, i.e., the 21st May, 2022 at 10:55 pm. The automated reply answered with instructions as always and I obliged respectively to inquire about the Refund status and amount for the cancelled flight.
                And then I was connected to this "IndiGo Agent"! Initially he sounded normal, but then instantly after I told him my flight PNR number, he told me, ".. .please hold the line, uhh hold the line please. . .uhh umm hold the line .. . just checking, hold the line. there is some issues with this .. .let me check.. .uhh let me check hold the line..uhh some issues here .I have to put this call on hold. Please hold the line...???" So I held the line, what else could I helplessly ever do from the other end of the line? So I waited and waited and waited.. . The call's on-hold tune played on and on and on... .he made me wait until the line just got cut off! I mean, what was that behaviour?
                I was just desperate for assurance!! I'm so sorry if I was somehow, a pain in the a**!! But I did not expect that kind of gesture from such a prestigious airline telecalling agent, someone i consider a 'Professional'. I wish it never happens to anyone else. I was calm pre-call but now I'm too furious to just let ti pass! I was actually speechless.
                I called again at the same number. This time, it was better, my call was connected to this guy who was much more cordial, patient and polite with me even though he knew I was mad. That was all I needed - Assurance. I really wish I know who the previous guy is. He was definitely not sober, or maybe he was underslept or malnourished haha!

                  We booked 10 tickets 40 days back from Chennai to Kashmir
                  Chennai to Mumbai and Mumbai to Kashmir

                  They simply telling sorry and refund amount,

                  If not get proper solution I should run adds and scrolling about this airlines

                  I scheduled 10 days trip and I paid all for these day's, but now another flight have huge rates, we are middle class family, how can I bear tho and all

                  If not get proper solution, I will run adds and scrolling in my 3 states, where have my digital business

                        I am lady who has to fly from lucknow to dibrugarh with my 11 year old son through Indigo airlines flight nos- 6E2145 and connecting flight 6E934 under the PNR -WHT14L. My first flight will land at Delhi airport Terminal 2 and I have to board my second flight from Terminal 1.
                        On enquiring about the transportation facility from Terminal to Terminal for the customers the Indigo Customer Care Personnel has denied of providing any such facility and have asked me to arrange for my transfer between the terminals on my own.
                        I find it really harassing on part of the Indigo airlines for not providing such facility when then charge heavily for the tickets and additionally charge for reserving seats.
                        It seems the airlines is only meant for milking money and not providing any customer service which they claim

                          I was traveling by flight 6E 2177, Jaipur to Delhi, on May 18, 2022. I lost a ring which I was wearing. It must have dropped around seat 25B where I was sitting or between that and back exit. Can you please check and return the ring ?

                              I was traveling by indigo flight of 1820lt/[protected] from patna to goa (via Delhi)6E 178 / 6E 505.
                              When i reached goa and later opened my check in luggage, i found out that someone had throughly searched my luggage.Money more than 15000 was in the baggage was stolen.
                              Customer care said why didn't I raise this issue in the airport, how can anyone raise the issue when we don't know what's missing? Baggage looked fine from top(who checks baggage in the airport after receiving, this is really insensitive from indigo customer care)
                              Please help.

                                Indigo Airlines Missing of Baggage

                                I travelled to Vijaywada from Delhi today (through flights Indigo 6E 2331 and 6E 7211) for a meeting with the client at 4pm. But my baggae was left back at Hyderabad. where my connecting flight was from. I couldn't attend the meeting with my client since my clothes and everything was in that baggage. When inquired, Indigo staff told me that my baggage wasn't loaded from Hyderabad and they will tell the status of my baggage in the evning....

Due to the fault of Indigo I have to stay for a full extra day at Vijaywada and it costs me hotel charges for full day, one day work loss and a lot of mental stress.

                                Now I want that "Indigo" should refund me the full cost of my ticket plus Rs. 5000/- charged to me for extra luggage weight, Rs. 10000/- for my one day stay at Vijaywada and incidental expenses.

                                  Very disappointed with the Monopolistic behaviour of your staff Mr. Sumith & Mr. Naveen shown at Rajamundry Airport for just excessive luggage of 2kg. We are travelling 3 passengers of which one is 4yrs kid and Total checkin weight was around 47.4. I am eligible for 21 kg cabin baggage, but carrying out only 16kg. Inspite of being a frequent traveller with Indigo if you cannot consider a small request, I think it is fair enough to say you are behaving Monopolistic.Also, Mr. Naveen sent my luggage without FF tagging. The Interest in collecting money is not seen in respecting customer requests.Over & above Mr. Sumit was humiliating saying you should have got 1kg less instead of arguing where we were just requesting for waving off this 2kg excess as a goodwill gesture. Moreover, a passenger before me have not charged for the same excess weight. Why is this difference from single customer travel and 3 customer travel. You can very well check the reality as my booking reference is already share. I demand detailed explanation & compensation for this indecent behaviour.

                                    I had booked a flight from Srinagar to Raipur via Delhi having PNR OKCDVF and WWECSJ and reached airport well before time. Web check in was also done before reaching the airport. Boarding pass was also printed from machine 1hr before. We went to the counter for dropping the baggage and talked to Indigo staff for dropping the baggage for flight to Delhi. He said " Be in que of domestic flight, this is for international. We went in the que which took nearly 20mins and reached the counter 35mins before. The Indigo staff said "I cannot take the luggage as you are late". We told him that we were on time and asked for baggage drop but nobody called for the flight before closing the counter and even after telling them, they asked to be in que. The same could be checked in CCTV and recordings. Then they asked us to contact the Indigo office, we went there with our luggage and then they asked us to board with luggage in the flight and it took 10mins and then we we rushed to 2nd security check and reached the gate 15-20mins before departure but the gate was closed and no airline person and staff was there to help. I again rushed back to security check asked them to call someone from indigo but no one was available. We would have boarded the flight if Indigo staff have cooperated. I also dialed indigo helpline which got disconnected twice after informing the issue and later they said we should talk to airline staff in Srinagar only. It took more than 40 mins to meet the Indigo staff only when the same staff from ground floor came up. They asked us to come back to office and told us to get our flight rescheduled to next flight at 10:40. They called them at 10:30 to board us and got refused by Airline staff due to only 10mins remaining for flight. Finally the flight at 3pm was rescheduled and we reached Raipur at 9 PM and received at call from Indigo after landing that one of our baggage is left at Delhi. We came back without one of our luggage after giving our address to the Airline. They charged us 25k for rescheduling the flight i.e 2500 per passangers for which they themselves are responsible.
                                    Nobody from Airlines announced at the luggage drop site for the closing of counter for particular flight and made us to be in que. Nobody helped for boarding the flight. We haven't received our luggage yet. The issue of Srinagar could be checked with CCTV and other gadgets installed in Airport. The negligency from airline staff end has caused harrasment and loss of money resulting in health issues of one of our passanger.

                                    The baggage has now been received after 3days. Pls refund the amount charged for rescheduling as the staff irresponsible behaviour has resulted in failure to board the flight. Pls check camera which will show no announcement made for closing of counter for the flight in ground floor and putting us in que for dropping the baggage even after informing the Indigo staff and having printed the boarding pass from machine more than a hour before.

                                      I had a booking from Kuala Lumpur to Mumbai (via Chennai) for 16th May. However I got to know that all indigo flights have been suspended until 22nd May. While speaking to their customer service representative, they said they can only offer a full refund (which is INR9000). We have asked them multiple times to reschedule and book us on another airlines flight as per the rule but they refuse to do so. I need them to reschedule at any cost and not just give a refund and get away with it.
