I travelled from Goa to Mumbai on 8th June, via flight 6E 6386. After landing, at baggage belt, i realized they held my check-in luggage coz it had drone and laptop. I was told to submit consent form, which I did. As per customer care executive, they then sent drone and laptop in one flight (6E 6386 on 9th June), and rest of the luggage in another flight - 6E 714 on 9th June. I collected rest of my luggage on 10th June from Mumbai airport, but ground staff said they do not have any information about my drone or laptop.

I have had multiple calls to customer care, but they do not provide adequate confirmation on where my drone and laptop is. My PNR was FWRPGD. Please assist in getting this resolved asap as i cannot work without my laptop.

    I booked air ticket on indigo. I lost my boarding pass and i need to submit it for travel reimbursement.

    I have applied and paid for travel certificate but still haven't got any mail.
    When am trying to retrieve it is saying invalid email address.

      I took a flight with Indigo Airlines from DEL (New Delhi) to MAA (Chennai) (flight # 6E 2115) dated 24-May-2022. PNR : QJ6EKI

      When we arrived in Chennai, I found my check-in bag was badly damaged with 2 damaged wheels and a broken part of the body of my hardshell suitcase. So I reported the damage and filed PIR (Property Irregularity Report) at Indigo, Chennai Arrivals.

      The person at the counter of Indigo Chennai Arrivals took note of the damage, took a few photos and acknowledged the bad damage to my bag. She informed that normally they would give a replacement bag but they had none in stock and given the fact that I was travelling overseas I'm couple days, the indigo personnel told me that I will be eligible for refund @ INR 350 per Kg (My bag was 20 Kgs, so total of INR 7000). They had me fill another form with my bank account details etc and informed me that I will get an email within a week with refund confirmation and transfer details. But I have not heard anything back since.

      For the past several days, I have been trying to call Chennai Arrival customer care @ [protected] - but they have been rude and absolutely not helpful. A few of the times they hung up the phone mid conversation.

      I also called the number[protected] who took all my details and told me that they will call me back, but I have not received a callback since.

        It is requested to provide me the Boarding Pass for the travel with the below details:

        DEPARTED: Bangalore;
        ARRIVED : Doha;

        Missing of Baby stroller and car seat. I have traveled with above flight. Indigo Staff took Baby stroller and car seat and told you will receive in DOHA airport. Staff didn't gave the tag.

        We have reported to QAS team in DOHA has they are the ground team.

          I am frequent customer of yours but from today I will not
          This is my worst pathetic experience with you . I booked ticket from Patna to Indore with PNR no. XNW1YM on 21st May with the Name of Pankaj Arya & Shweta Gaikwad
          On travel day I got message that flight has been delayed by 45 Mins, I can understand it can happens new departure timing was 6.25PM from 5.45PM when reach at airport people's said it will be 6.40PM
          Now till 6.10pm we are waiting for boarding but no proper answer from anyone
          Is this the service of Indigo ❓
          We need to join a function but now how ❓
          Who will be responsible for my losses ❓

          I will go to social media & show your careless & pathetic Service

          Will never use indigo in future for sure

                I am trying to apply for "Kotak IndiGo Ka-ching 6E Rewards XL" card since past two weeks but Indigo’s site is not working properly.
                When I put in my OTP, it says OTP entered is not valid. On rare occasion, when it accepts the OTP, It shows an error on the next step when you fill in your name, DOB, email ID, etc.
                Such a bad and disappointing customer experience.

                  We’ve been struggling since 2. June to get our luggage which is lost. So we are trying calling and e-mailing but unfortunately with no response from your side. Yesterday we got a message of finding the London logo luggage from you and that was our luggage. After that massage we called on 6. June which was a very irresponsible conversation between you and us with no helpful information. Now I’m sending you pictures of the luggages (London logo and Blue bag, both XL) so I hope I’ll get my luggage soon enough, please try to understand me and find them, I need my things in there. I’ll also send the boarding pass of me and my husband so that you have the full information of our flight to track our bags. We are very disappointed at your service, that never happened to us before, this is the first time. I hope you will find them as soon as possible.

                    We had booked a flight for 6 o'clock Sunday morning. We had booked the ticket from Bangalore to Mumbai the same day morning at 3:30a.m. as we had an emergency.
                    We reached the airport around 4:50 and it took us almost 20 mins from reaching the airport to reach the check-in counter.
                    First we were asked to go to the kiosk by IndiGo staff to get the boarding pass for which we had to wait sometime and when they tried to do that it said the check-in will close soon, so we were asked to go to the counter to check-in. It took us approx 10 mins to reach the check-in counter as the airport was crowded. We had missed the check-in time by 5-10 mins. We tried to explain to the lady that it was due to the crowd at the airport and we booked the ticket in the morning at 3:30a.m. due to an emergency and it takes us approx 45 mins to reach the airport. Her response to this was we should have reached the airport atleast 2 hours prior. It was physically impossible for us to reach the airport by 4 like she said. She was not ready to listen to us and we were asked to reschedule our flight.
                    At the info desk the lady made us wait half hour to reschedule our flight, there we're many people there who we're facing the same issue and charged us additional 2500rs per person. I felt the staff at the airport was very rude and not helpful at all. *I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND INDIGO*

                    Please return my money and make sure to close the booking 2 hours before the flight leaves so that nobody else gets scammed like this. This is a very disgusting way to make money by swindling.

                        I was searching for job on Google when I shaw a website shine.com where they offer so many jobs I created my profile in the website and submitted my resume after few days I received a message from shine.com and It says that there are recruitment for freshers and MNC jobs in All India and provided contact details of a person named Aditya Roy who said that you have to don't pay any money before the job confirmation then I received a mail which says that this is the online test I gave the test and give him the screenshot on WhatsApp after few minutes I received two mails one was job confirmation letter which says that I have been posted on Swami Vivekananda International Airport Naya Raipur Chhattisgarh And My post was Air Ticketing and the other mail was the training letter where they said that my training will start from 12th June 2022 and they will provide a kit which contains a laptop a mobile phone and a walkie-talkie, and when I tell them that I got the letter they asked me to pay rupees 2500 for further process so I paid the amount through PAYTM and when I paid the amount they said that I also have to pay a security amount of rupees 8750 (refundable) so I paid the amount. Next day they ask me to give rupees 12000 to open my account in HDFC Bank in which I will receive the money I have been paid to them but I don't have the amount so a person named Aditya Roy says that he will pay rupees 4000 for me and his colleague Prateek Thakur give 2000 rupees and I give 3000 so after that Prateek Thakur said me that the process is completed and I will receive an OTP on my number but I didn't receive any OTP on my number till 3 pm so I call him back but he doesn't reply after few hours I again call him than he picked up the call and when I ask him about the OTP he said that there are technical error that's why I don't receive the OTP when I ask him that tomorrow the OTP will be provided he said that I have to wait till Monday on Monday he will provide me the OTP and my passbook, debit card and my HDFC Bank account details will be provided to me by courier so I don't know that this is a scam or not but I will wait till Monday and if I don't get the OTP I will complain to the cyber security department so that I can get my money back I request you to please investigate if there is such type of job provided by the AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF INDIA (AAI).

                          Sir,
                          My name is Ramees Raj. I have been selected to join indigo airlines on the interview date[protected] which was held at Kozhikode, Kerala.

                          I have recieved a mail regarding my documentation that the PVC provided is not valid.
                          I would like to bring to your notice that as
                          per the new circular issued by the Honorable High court of Kerala on[protected], the police verification certificate (PVC) can only be applied through online and will not include address, tenure of stay, seal and signature of Superintendent of police, instead it has been replaced with QR verification that leads to Kerala police official website.
                          I had already send the circular from high court and other documents required to the HR department but haven't heard any further. I have been trying to contact Mr. Muhammed Abrar and Mr. Gowlikar Krishnakanth who has conducted the interview and documentation.
                          Its almost 3 months since the interview and the HR department is not responding to my queries. I have been left with no other option than to mail you and report the same. Kindly do the needful, Thank You.

                            1. They mentioned missing my bag and asking to collect next day, it’s completely ridiculous.
                            I cannot accept missing bag.
                            2 . Flight delay more than 2 hours from Singapore to bengalore, they further mentioned that subsequent delays in my connecting flight.
                            It’s loss for me and all the arrangements I did in india today spoiling and going to suffer many members from my family.

                              I had made a booking hyd to ixb - hyd for 24th to 29th may, which I had rescheduled to June and subsequently rescheduled back to original date. pnr - JQKJXA/LQWG2K

                              The agent rescheduled the onward but not the return, while assuring me that it had been done.

                              I found one day before travelling bk that the return had not been rescheduled and still showed June. Despite being an agent mistake, the mistake was not rectified and instead I was just given a fresh booking which cost me 19, 000/ Further I was told there was no direct flight and that I was routed through Delhi, which was a 7 hr travel time

                              request refund of fare difference.

                                As we booked the flight for 6 moths ago now we would like to cancel the flight and when we called them then they are charging more than 50% amount.

                                We belongs from middle class family and can't bear the losses of Rs. 60k as we paid Rs. 1, 18, 000/- for 9 tickets.

                                Please take the needful corrective action against our queries.

                                  Sir, we booked 3 tickets for mumbai to srinagar on 7 may 2020 for our travel on 23 may .we planned our 8 day trip to kashmir after booking ticke ts from your airline which included hotel stays and taxi assistance(non refundable)
                                  suddenly on 22 may we got a msg that our flight is cancelled...
                                  we called indigo's customer care..no help was provided except they said we will refund money(Rs.24085/- ).we requested them to make our arrangment in any other flight even if it is connecting or break journey but they said no.
                                  we could not cancel our further multiple bookings so ultimately we booked another flight for 23 may through spicejet, since it was last day booking it cost us Rs 67289/- apoximately 3 times of our indigo booking... who is responsible for this...onus is on indigo. why we had to suffer without any fault of ours.
                                  and the refund which we got for tickets is only Rs 23124/- only there also loss of Rs 961/- .
                                  we want indigo to refund the Rs 44165/- to us .ethically indigo should bear the cost as we did well advanced planning and indigo cancelled it last moment .no body even thought of the fact that connecting bookings were dependent on it.
                                  initially our flight was in afternoon and spicejet flight which we booked last minute was early morning. we had to cancell our first half day's meetings.in mumbai...leave house as early as 3.30 in morning by paying extra money to cab for odd timings...this whole suffering that to at the start of our vacation was really a mesarable experience.

                                    I was travelling from DEL to CCU on 24.5.2022, My PNR No - TLS8WC

                                    FLIGHT NO 6E 6005 DELHI TO KOLKATA DATE OF TRAVEL 24.5.2022

                                    This is to bring to your knowledge that my checked in baggage was damaged and broken by the airlines.

                                    This is not the first time that this has happened with me.

                                    My suitcase is a TUMI brand suitcase which is worth almost above inr 50000/-
                                    the wheel is damaged and that side suitcase is damaged.

                                    I want the full cost of the repair bill which the company will give me after I give it for inspection at the showroom. i don't even know if it can be repaired or not.
                                    when told at the airport, the person told me that only Rs.500/- can be offered.
                                    I have not agreed to that, either you repair and give me my TUMI bag or replace it.

                                    This has happened the second time with me.

                                    Last year my samsonite bag was cut and my lock was also missing, that time they also gave me a voucher which I have never used till date which I am also attaching in this mail along with other pictures.

                                    I was not the only one, there were many others having similar issues.
                                    Your staff is pathetic and rude, the attitude needs to change. the airline needs to take the damn responsibility. Why shall the customer suffer?
                                    Your staff is very ill mannered and have a lot of attitude and need to be polite and not impose and say if you want Rs.500/- take and go, else we can do nothing.

                                    No other airline passengers face such issues.
                                    While going from Kolkata to Delhi on the 20.5.2022, we were a group of 12 people, they also faced the same issue, their entire suitcase wheel and the suitcase had broken.

                                    It has been a very disgusting experience flying with your airlines.

                                    PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER URGENTLY.

                                    The cost of even getting the damaged wheel will be over 10-15k and they have managed to crack the suitcase from the bottom side. my lock seal was also missing.

                                      Dear IndiGo; I am flying from Chandigarh to New Delhi now; 31/05/2022 at 0705
                                      Flight no: 6E 6736
                                      PNR: QUNHUE

                                      I am flying further from New Delhi to London Heathrow and as expected I have baggage allowance of 23 times two kilos to check in for my international flight. Keeping this in mind I tried to book excess baggage as the allowed baggage with my booking with IndiGo, from Chandigarh to New Delhi was 15 kgs; the website said: Not allowed for this leg!
                                      On bags drop I had to pay an extortion charges of Rs9900 for my baggage for. O fault of mine; I did mention and showed the concerned person the picture that I had taken which showed I want allowed to book excess baggage on the IndiGo website
                                      Kindly refund the extortion charges and I should be allowed to pay the regular excess baggage charge

                                      We have to get this checked. Please know you were not able to book excess baggage as it can be booked 6 hrs prior to the journey. Further, for international connecting baggage allowance passengers' international flight should be within 24 hrs of the domestic flight.
