Dear Sir/Madam

I had cancelled Indigo flight booking from BANGALORE - PUNE and back with PNR #KQLKYA on 4th May 2022 on Indigo website. But the amount has not been refunded to my credir card till date. It’s been a week now. I had sent email to them citing the same but didn’t get any response from them. Kindly refund the amount at the earliest....

Denied Boarding

I Was Supposed To Travel From Chennai To Doha On 8th Of March 2022. It Was Not Mandatory To Take RT-PCR For Infants Below 8 Years Of Age And So I Didn't Take One For My Daughter. But Indigo Denied Boarding Stating That It Is Mandatory. I Had To Cancel My Flights And Cancel My Hotel Booking At Qatar. Qatar Policy States That RT-PCR Is Not Mandatory Before Departure For Infant....

Even after paying extra amount for booking a seat my seat number was changed in last moment

Sir i have booked a flight 6E 394 yesterday[protected] pnr VP2ZPW ASHISH GARG from guwahati to jaipur and after paying extra amount I got 29 A But at last moment of my boarding i was being stopped ! And asked to wait than they told your seat number has been changed to 30 C ! and gave me a boarding pass for that ! This is pathetic at indigo & non profesional approach . FW8P6D - Senior Citizen treated badly

Service and condition of the plane

There are 1000000 of cockroaches in flight, ourflight was scheduled at 14:05 but its 15:00 and we are still on ground, the flight attendants are not responding, i have 100 videos of the cockroaches roaming all over the flight, the air conditioner is not working and we are in a closed flight since an hour in 43 degrees out there, i have another floght to cath in few hours and there is no one to respond...

Cash Stolen From Check In Luggage

I took the IndiGo flight number 6E 6827, from Delhi Terminal 1 to Bengaluru, Kempegowda Airport Terminal 1, on 03-05-22. The check-in baggage was a large Safari bag containing my usual stuff, along with a leather bag containing 20, 000 INR in denominations of 500/-.

Even after payment I have received the travel certificate in Indigo flight

Today (30/4/2022) I booked a flight from AUH to Coimbatore on 02/06/2022.

The payment has gone through.

Getting hold of customer service has been very challenging!

I am waiting for the resolution of this issue ASAP....

My ticket cancellation - ZRUPYN

I have called the indigo customer service almost 8 times all because I booked a flight and later was informed by my doctor that I’m pregnant and should not travel in the first 3 months. I spoke to indigo and was told that if I present a doctor’s letter, I can get a full refund or a voucher. I presented a letter which they validated but no assistance after that. I have traveled from Singapore to Chennai today. I just noticed a few mins before after reaching home that my luggage is damaged. This suitcase is shock Protection enabled and still the luggage is damaged means how careless it has been handled....

Money got deducted, but didn't got any PNR number or any flight details

I recently booked the flight today (26/04/2022)
I booked it for april 29th, 2022.
However, after giving all my information, I went for the payment page and paid the money through phone pe. The money got deducted I waited for a while and didn't got any pnr number or any flight details.
Now I don't know what to do... Please help me... I can also share all the transaction messages and the transaction numbers... Please reply...
