Dear sirs, please be aware that with flight 6E137 from Goa to Mumbai scheduled for 6.45 am on 17 june I, KATSIARYNA STARASTSINA, was going through security check at the Goa airport and when my hand luggage was checked, a few items were considered prohibited and i had to leave them behind as per requirements. I don't have a problem with that, but, unfortunately, apart from those things whole bags with clothes, shoes, presents, personal hygiene things, medicines, iPod and etc were kept by your personnel at the security ( two ladies) and they saw me packing my bag and never gave me back my things. Unfortunately, i was running for the flight and didn't check my bag properly. I see this as keeping things away intentionally and ask you to look into the matter as the ladies on top of that were quite insolent and rude. I would also consider raising this issue in social media for other tourists to be aware of the danger. I desperately need those things as i took a trip to Goa to get certain medication which i am in need of. May you need further information please contact me via email. Thanks.

For travel certificates older than 18 months, please contact our 24/7 call center at [protected]. Also, please note that the travel certificate Fee is Rs. 300 per passenger per sector. If the Travel Certificate Fee is not paid then you will be automatically redirected to the Bill Desk payment gateway to make the payment.
