fraud offer letter taking money

I received a call from airline on my phone.in that call there was one guy named raj malhotra explained to me about the recruitment process. He gave me the mail id of indigo hr and told me to submit my documents on that id. Next day i submitted it, after a few hours i received one confirmation mail by indigo stating that your documents are selected for an interview. You have to pay 2500 for the reference id and interview question-answer sheet....

I received an email regarding airport jobs on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com my no - [protected].in that email all the description as well as contact person's phn no. Was given. I called on that number. There was one guy named raj malhotra who picked up the phone and explained me about recruitment process. He gave me the mail id of indigo hr and told me to submit my documents on that id that is hr. [protected]@gmail.com. Next day i submitted it, after few hours i received one confirmation mail by indigo stating that your documents are selected for interview. You have to pay 2500 for the reference id and interview question-answer sheet. I deposited money in the a/c which was given to me by raj malhotra.in the evening one lady from indigo took my telephonic interview.
Next day i received call from verification dept of indigo, guy named vijay tiwari with mail id [protected]@goindigo.in told me to deposit 7500 (Refundable) for the document verification security deposit. I again deposit that money in the same a/c which was given by raj malhotra.in the evening i received offer letter from indigo. Next day vijay tiwari again called me and told to deposit again 12500 rs (Refundable) for the bond agreement for 1year... I already deposited 10000 rs and now also his mobile active & vijay tiwari mobile also active. Yet my process active but now i m not doing 12500rs payment i have a joining letter what can i do now?
I will gives u all details pls help me bcoz i m from poor family. Taken loan for this transaction.

      I was having my bengaluru flight 6e-2131 with indigo airlines on friday 20:40 dated 13th december 2019. The weather was bad due to heavy rains so initially the flight was delayed by 1 hour. It was ok for everyone o[censored]s. After 1 hour, again they messaged us the flight was 1 hour delay. We again said nothing to anyone. We adjusted, we asked the indigo manager named "rajat" about the cause of delay, he said your flight is currently coming from bengaluru itself and due to bad weather it was unable to land at delhi airport, so the pilot diverted and landed that flight to jaipur airport, so after atc clearance your flight will be departed from jaipur to delhi and soon you will be boarded in that flight to bengaluru. We all said ok. No problem. The time was around 00:30 (Night). We asked them for water and refreshments also, they have given us veg thali for free from the airport and also water was there but they were taking around 30-40 mins to bring water to passengers stranded at airport. So if one is thirsty, infant and ladies were also there, they have to wait for 30 mins for water bottles. All passengers are sleeping on the cold and chilled floors of delhi airport terminal-2 in the month of december 2019. (Extreme cold). Anyways we adjusted that also. Now the weather is 100% clear as told by indigo manager, still that flight was not departed from jaipur. We were still waiting till 2:00 am (Extreme cold night). They were again messaging us the delaying information changing again and again the delay time by 30-35 mins. That message came around 7-8 times on every passenger mobile phone. It was around 4:00 am in the morning, rajat told us that we are arranging a different flight for you people, as your flight is still at jaipur airport. So finally we boarded the flight at around 4 am in the morning, and they made us sit in the aircraft for another 1 hour as pilot was not present in the flight, at around 5:00 am, our flight took off from delhi airport and we reached bengaluru at around 7:30 am (14th december). We were about to reach at 23:15 previous day. Delay of approx 9 hours. No arrangements for resting of passengers were there. We were sleeping on that hard surfaced uncomfortable chairs as the floor was extreme cold. They should arrange us a different flight and not have to wait for jaipur flight till 4 am in the morning. I dont why these cheap airlines does not have respect towards the passengers. Why dont they try to sort the things out, passengers are stranded there for the last 9 hours. We have spend so much money on airlines just to ensure we reach delhi-bengaluru quick and comfortably but the airlines thought we passangers are just useless identity.

      Hey listen,

      Dont you fancy people understand english. Bad weather was till 1am. What about from 1 am to 4 am. Why there was delay at that time. You have to arrange the flight for us people. You thiefs dont have any arrangements so that passanger can take rest. Any alternate aircraft should be arranged and you should not wait fir the jaipur flight to land in delhi and then take us stranded passengers to banglore.

        I received a call wherein the person named pankaj is claiming to be working for indigo. He sent me two emails from [protected]@goindigo.in and said that there would be a fee of 2500 if not selected then the money will be refunded. I searched the email address online and found that most of the high officials domain are goindigo.in that's why i made the payment. I also asked abt there office location and i was informed that they are in gurgaon. Please clarify whether this email [protected]@goindigo.in is associated with your company or not. If not then how come someone else is using this domain.

          Indigo planes and pilots have turned ahmedabad airspace into a practice hub. Every 10 mins today, an indigo plane has flown from above my house in ellisbridge causing huge noise pollution issues for elderly in my family. This has been going no and off since last 1 month. And clearly there are no flights every 15 mins from this airport. I have observed from my terrace that these are practice sessions. My father is a heart patient and finds difficult to sleep at night. If anything happens to him, indigo will stand in court to compensate for our loss!!

          We had asked to modify our flight date. We have been offered no cosideration for the fact we planning to just reschedule. We have to forget our paid charge and pay the full charge. We are ready to pay the additional charge with the current fare as on today's.

            I travelled from india to hong kong baggage allowance was 30 kgs... I broke my journey in bangkok & baggage allowance was reduced to 20 kgs... What shall i do??? Throw 10 kgs of my luggage... The ground staff was rude & was not ready to even see the ticket that i had travelled to hong kong or give any explanation and charged excess luggage.. The original allowance should be maintained & considered. Kindly help me to get a refund on excess charged unnecessarily. Thank you

              need proof of boarding pass

              I booked air ticket in indigo. I lost my boarding pass and i need to submit it in office. So i am trying to apply for travel certificate from indigo air lines. So this complaint is about that.

I was asking for the hard copy of that letter the person is telling tat hard copy has been dispatched through corrier, now they are asking for money regarding id card. Is this true or fake....

                Flight from bangalore-jaipur (Direct) was expected to fly on 13th of dec but was cancelled and no announcement was made (Not sms or email). Fortunately i just enquired about the flight status and got to know that flight has been cancelled.
                Then i had called the company about the flight and they diverted it to other flight (Via)

                There is no kind of responsibility to the airline to atleast inform the customers about that

                I had incurred a heavy loss due to it
                And one of the passenger travelling is my wife and she is pregnant for 5months

                And kind of situation it would be to me to handle this that to in urgency

                Not fair to us as a public

                And i occurred a loss of about 15000/- for the delay made

                Example:layover in hyderabad for about 3.5 hours
                And would not reach in time to jaipur
                And had an business loss due to it

                    Date of incident: 30-Oct-2019
                    This is with respect to my flight 6E 7101 on 30-Oct-2019 in which I was flying with my infant child. I had done my luggage check-in and had reached the gate by 6:35pm IST, but upon arrival at the gate I was notified that the gate has been closed already. As a general practice Indigo does a final-call routine which was not performed that day. In fact my husband had received a final-call for boarding on his cell-phone when he traveled with Indigo airlines on the very same flight the previous week. However, despite being a mother travelling alone with an infant, I didn't receive any call on cell-phone or otherwise as well. After this miss also, I was asked to return to the Indigo complaint desk and there, instead of being accommodated on the next flight I was asked to reschedule my current ticket to the next flight at a cost of Rs. 2, 400. As I was helpless, I had no other choice but to go for that option and reschedule to the next flight. I would like you to do the needful to initiate an apology for the inconvenience caused due to the Airport services staff and provide me a refund for the additional amount charged for rescheduling the flight.

                        First one person named bhavna called and said you have been shortlisted for indigo as a ground staff technical, she asked to pay rs 2000 i believed her and deposited that amount to a pnb account and i attended an online the website looked bit creepy next day one person named rajesh choudhry he said to pay rs 7000 for certification from that point i confirmed there doing fraud, i asked her to send a mail from her official mail she didn't respond well, after that i'm calling repeatedly they are not answering my call nor my messages
                        They says that my posting will be in imphal airport

                        I have just got an recruitmenet letter from one o[censored]nknown person stating that they have different positions available with Indigo Aviation company.

                        Can anyone suggest whether it si real or fake?

                        I am confuse now what to do, pls suggest!

                          I booked ticket for my mother who is senior citizen. While her travelled, due to Indigo system down we lost our baggage. After followed up multiple times, we received baggage after 15 days and many times they don't reply over email.
                          Today on 16th day, I got a call for compensation of poor service, they told me that we will allocate 3000 INR to the person only, we can't allocate that to profile from which account ticket was booked. My problem is since she is senior citizen hence she can't travel, so compensation amount should allocate to the profile.
                          I booked the ticket for my mother, I followed up for the baggage, due to lost luggage I extended her ticket. All expenses I have done due to bad service of Indigo, but now Indigo saying that we can allocate travel voucher on her name only.
                          Indigo should deposit travel voucher amount to the booked credit card/debit card or should deposit to profile from where ticket got booked. If you can't do that, then do not cheat the client to create profile for travel benefits.

                            I tried to book a round trip from (Trv-hyd) and (Hyd-trv), both direct flights on 7th decemeber 2019 (Saturday). I called the customer care and enquired if the ticket has been booked as i got a message saying "acct * debited with inr11642.00 on 07-dec-19 and goindigo. [protected]@hdfcbank credited..." the customer care informed me that the ticket is not booked and they cant find any details. When will i get a refund for the amount. I used indigo app for the transaction and the payment method was google pay upi.

                              I have raised request name "charged unnecessary extra charges" but this complaint marked as resolve without resolving it. Why you pretend like you are here to help your customer when you don't want to.
                              People raise their complaint here to get satisfied reply but your don't care about customer.
                              If you are unable to help me out, kindly say no that you cant help so i can find another way to resolve my issue.

                                Hello this is sushma,
                                I received a call regarding jobs at indigo airlines wherein i was told about that they are from some aviation organization and selecting candidate for airport jobs. The person named harpreet kaur from air sky solution claiming that she is from this agency and recruit the candidates for airlines. They asked me to give documents an later said that there will be telephonic interview based on that will give reference numbers. And also asked us to pay 2500rs as a candidate compulsory fee for joining this jobs. I just want t know whether indigo is providing jobs with any such recruiting agency if yes please clarify...
