[Resolved] Ixigo — refund is not given for accepted tdr on irctc train ticket | |
I did not get any refund eventhough TDR accepted on IRCTC website. Ixigo has not refunded my money. Hello.. i had booked irctc train ticket (RS 340) through ixigo whose pnr no. [protected] journey was from ahmedabad to morbi on 14/02/2018., however train was more than three hours late and i had not do my journey and filed TDR on[protected]. TDR accepted on irctc website and status is also positive. TDR result show status like "CR Registered". however money has not been refunded by ixigo. please refund the money. train ticket information is given in photo attached.
