[Resolved] Ixigo — refund of deducted amount | |||
On 10 mar 19, i booked a train ticket from nagpur to bhubaneswar via ixigo thru sbi internet banking. Amount deducted rs 6614.27 thru payment id - 23tirosg4voaqjx5kq from my account no [protected]. But due to server error ticket not materialised/status pending. Once again i booked another ticket which was materialised. Req resolve the issue and refund my deducted amount at the earliest Was this information helpful? | |||
