Sir, i am booking a train online ticket from ixigo whose pnr no is [protected] and due to some my problem i will cancelled it on 12/06/19 before the date of journey that is 13/06/19 the train is from bhubnewsar to nagpur . Sir 1858.16 rupees has been debited from my account but I didn't get ticket or PNR or any thing, check issue and refund my money .I have transaction statement through your app .I wanna my total money .
I booked a tatkal ticket from sagar to bhopal of rajyarani express. But it asked for payment.. I paid through gpay and the money got deducted and after that the booking says that it is pending.. How will I get refund. I want the ticket and the ixigo also did not ask me the irctc password. It just said that try again.. The site is not working
