[Resolved] Ixigo — ticket booking failed but money not refund | |||||
My two tickets booking failed and money not refund as date[protected] and 2nd[protected] but process is very delay. The ixigo is not refund my money and no any kind of reponce about my booking failed process what is the process of my refund money. The amount of my tickets is deducted by my account and not the refund what is the main procees of my money Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Oct 03, 2018 Ixigo Customer Care's response Dear Sir, Greetings from ixigo We understand that your concern is regarding Trip Ids IXITR[protected] and IXITR[protected]. We regret that your tickets could not be issued even when amount was charged. This happens in a highly rare scenario when railway servers don't respond properly and hence, PNR is not generated. However, your full amount for both transactions has been already refunded to your bank and complete transaction details along with refund reference numbers have been shared over e-mail. Please check your inbox for the same. We'd request you to please check your bank statement to see the refund amount as some banks don't notify via sms when refund is credited. I am getting Fare Alerts that Flights from Patna to Jaipur is Reduced but when i go to book it suddenly increases...Why this sort of Joke ??

I made payment but it showing that booking pending payment successful.
But ticket was cancelled and payment shows it
pending
I was not receive a pement or refund back

We wish to inform you that your amount has been already refunded to your bank on 28th Aug, 2018 and the bank ARN (Acquired Reference Number) is 182359823374. We have also shared complete transaction details with you over e-mail. Kindly check your inbox for the same. Please check your bank statement once as some banks don't notify via sms when refund is credited.
