I have recharged my prepaid mobile number for rs. 149.00 on 04/10/18 customer id no [protected], order no. Mr[protected] the amount deducted from my sbi account no. But recharge was unsuccessful. So i have reqested to refund the amount. Please kindly refund the aforsaid amount at earliest in my account.

    I paid in niki for a jio no but after recharge it shows successful in niki but i don't get any recharge in my number... I call to jio they tell me that we don't have any recharge request... But niki tell that your recharge is successful... The recharge done by jri (Just recharge it), i drop a mail to them too.. Kindly get my recharge soon other wise provide my refund to my account.. As soon as possible..

        I had recharged my dishtv account on 3/7/18 at 8:03 pm using justrechargeit.com. I had recharged an amount of rs.
        312/-.
        The transaction id for the recharge was - vr[protected]. The amount was
        Debited from my federal bank account but was not added to my dishtv
        Account.
        I request you to kindly look into the matter and ensure that i get my
        Money
        Back.

          I have used the app on the night of 26th july for recharge my vodafone no. For the three to four times, it was unsuccessful showing some error have occurred.. On the very next time, when i again tried, and the amount of 119 rs (As per my plan which i have entered) deducted from my account and no recharge occur.. After an hour i saw, it got added in my jri account.. Then i try to recharge again with that.. And the recharge successfull notification popup.. Even amount deducted from jri account... And it is almost 32 hours till now, my no. Is still not recharged..
          My order no is mr[protected].. Either recharge my no. Or refund it immediately. I m using the app from 2 years, and it my worst experience till date

              Yesterday i recharged my dish tv with 1003rs on niki. Ai app.
              My money got deducted and on niki app shows recharge success done by jri but dish tv customer care says they didn't received any payment.
              I call two times they told me to ask niki or jri customer support executive but niki is replying on my issue
              I'm totally frustrated, i wanna go for legal action against niki and jri...

But i'm very sad to inform you that from past 3 to 4 times i have come across with fraud activities.                       DR[protected], this my order number .I asked for refund the money on 15 May still now I didn't got Amy reply from Jri, and now it is 7 day, how fraud this just recharge it services, even I didn't got reply from then it's n it a 100 or 200 I paid 1799 rupees, we know the value of money, by evening I want my money in my account .

                        Flow of transaction was -

                        The issue is, tez and ccavenues have confirmed that the trnx is processed from their end. Still awaiting the response from justrechargeit.com.
                        Have contacted justrechargeit.com via email but didn't receive the response.

                        Also, there is no helpline number to talk to justrechargeit.com personally.

                          I paid for new dth connection but the fund was deducted and diverted to recharging dth account of another customer.

                          I need full refund of my money along with apology letter from ceo of this company.

                          This company is fraud which has hardcoded vc number whenever you try to purchase new dth connection from dish tv.

                          This site should be banned to provide any service in india due to this fraud transactions.

                          I would appreciate to have a customer care or helpdesk number from this portal as well as any communication to customer whenever any transaction is completed through its portal.

                                I have recharged my tatasky dish tv for rs. 2189.00 on 20/04/18 customer id no [protected], order no. Dr[protected]. The amount deducted from my pnb bank account but recharge was failed. So i have reqested to refund the amount. Please kindly refund the aforsaid amount at earliest in my account.

                                  My order id is a2e[protected] i have recharge through nikki app they give me this order id. My balance is deducted but recharge of my tatasky id [protected] is not sucees. So please solve this issue ither recharge it aur refund my balance. Just rechrge it is recharge provider of nikki app. So they are fully responsible for this order id. So please contact just rechrge it and nikki app and provide my order id a2e[protected]. And solve my issue. Thanks

                                    Actually i have recharged my reliance jio mobile phone on 02.04.2018 fro rs. 399 through my rupay card account and such amount was also deducted from my saving account but my reliance jio phone had been recharged with such amount yet.                                     I was recharging from dishtv website.. my money got debited but payment was failure. so when will I get my money back.. when I saw transaction details it got justrecharge transaction number so i m writing to you..                                       My icici bank account was debited via transaction id: bil/[protected] via just recharge it payment gateway when i tried making my payment on 1st feb 2018 for my dish tv vc no: [protected]. Its been 4 days, there is no traces of where my money is. Dish tv doesn't have it.

                                      My contact number is [protected]. I need some one to get back to me as this amounts to deficiency of services on your part and since there is no customer care that i can contact, its very frustrating to keep chasing and writing these all complaints and funniest part is your complaint form indicates that if my complaint is shorter in content then its very unlikely to get resolved.

                                      Do it before its late for you and i take help of law to resolve the issue.
