I purchased your chimeny last year the chimney is not having any suction
we are trying to contact your call centre unable to get them since three days
last year we requested for extra filter for my chimney with your chennai dealer and reminded through their service representative mr jayarajan
inspite of our calls nothing is working
please rectify the defect and issue me extra filters on payable basis

Its been 45 days, since i logged complaint with reference :: 90020 with toll Free number, Technician must visited, there is issue with wire.

After 45 days, we are still pending fro the part replacement.
can you please look into this and make this asap.
