on 7th May'15, we cancelled the KSRTC booking, but the refund is still not provided. I am calling the the KSRTC number[protected] Ext 283 daily since then. No one answers the phone and many times they receive & hang up. I've given a call more than 100 times. Can you please help get the refund ASAP....

Hi, I tried to book a round trip ticket from bangalore to mangalore on 31st May 2015 and money get debited from my SBI account - OB ref no : OB16007218 . This is the worst response you can get from KSRTC. Please refund the money ASAP....

No frequesnt buses

Bus number 8 from Kalyannagar to Madivala are very few. There are no frequent buses. Request to increase the numbers. At least every half an hour or 20 mins we need to have bus. At times there will be no buses for 1 and half our and there will be 2 to 3 buses at the same time. Timings should be followed properly. Please do the needful as it is very difficult for working mothers to manage....

Bus drivers not giving stops.

KSRTC Bus No. KA 40 F 107 driven by a person didn't provide stop at the bus stop. We shouted at him to stop but he rashly took the vehicle and passed across the way. He has done the same bull multiple times. By the way the stop name is "doddamarayana doddi". My Brother Mr.Sachin Shah have booked KSRTC ticket from Bijapur(vijayapura) to Hyderabad on 30th Jan '2015(date of journey: 8th Feb' 15) for which I have cancelled my ticket for which refund is still due.
