Time: 9.30 A .M. Dated : 6/7/2015 Bus no. KA-13, F-2001 Route : Bangalore to Konanur The conductor didn't give stop at basaveshwara circle, Hirisave, channarayapatna tq, Hassan DT. at above mentioned time. I travelled from Bangalore to Hirisave, when the stop came nearer we (4 o[censored]s were about to get down and requested him ) asked to give the stop but he directed us to request the driver for stop. As because it is not displayed in their depot notice board he was not ready to give stop and insisted us to complaint the same to the depot manager. He denied to speak to Hassan depot manager. We are encountering this problem frequently so please resolve it at the earliest.

      We bought a complete package of Bangalore ooty Mysore, at many places we were told to pay the entry fees. And when told that we had bought a complete package the guide told go and ask the person from where you bought the tickets. It was a deluxe package but hotels of Bangalore and Ooty didn't gave the basic services like regular water and towel. Worst service in my travelling experience. We were told that they will drop us from Ooty to Coimbatore but at the last moment the hotel manager at Ooty handed us mere 200Rs and told us to take a government bus which took 300Rs from us and took 5Hrs. In all it was an unexpected and worst service given by Karnataka state tourism corporation.

        സര്‍, കോട്ടയം ഡിപോയില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള കോട്ടയം ടു ബൈസണ്‍വലി ഫസ്റ്പാസ്ജേര്‍ ബസസിലെ കാണ്ടാക്ക്ര്ട്ടാര്‍ സ്ത്രികള്‍ക്ക് എന്തിനാന്ണ് സംവരണം നല്‍കുന്നത്?, സ്ത്രികളെ ഏതെകിലും പുരുഷന്മാര്‍ ഉപദ്രവിച്ചാല്‍ അവര്‍ക്ക് അവിടെ തൊട്ടാല്‍ കുഴാപം എന്നും പറഞ്ഞു എല്ലാ സ്ത്രികളെയും ശകരിക്കുകായും ചെയ്യുന്നു. അതുപോലെ ബസ്‌ പുറപ്പെടുബോള്‍ ആരെങ്കിലും കയറാന്‍ ഉണ്ടോ എന്നു നോക്കാതെ പോകുന്നു, പുറകെ ഓടി നിര്‍ത്താന്‍ പറജാല്‍ നിര്‍ത്താതെ പോകും. exam ഉള്ള കുട്ടികള്‍ എന്ത് ചെയും?. interview പോകെണ്ടാവര്‍ എന്തുചെയും? ഈ പ്രദേശത്തെ ആദ്യം പോകുന്ന ബസ്സ്‌ ഇതാണ.

Even after 2 reminder emails and phone calls which were never answered, the money is not yet refunded to my account.             After waiting for so many days, I finally got my money refunded on Oct 21. I had emailed them again with the request on 19th Oct. Maybe we need to keep reminding them everyday till we get back the money.

                    I am registered user of KSRTC with user ID m.[protected]@gmail.com I am extremely disappointed with the ksrtc service as the refund that I registered for has still not been refunded to my account. Its been 40 days already. I keep calling the customer care but it never gets connected. Kindly solve the problem at its earliest and refund my amount as soon as possible. KSRTC OB No. OB15774702 is this. It was round trip booking from Bangalore to Calicut that got failed and the amount to be refunded is Rs. 4816.

                      Dear Sir; I My self Deepak.d.Hegade Age-39years due some urgent work at bangalore presently staying at uncle house in shimoga boarded the KSRTC bus for bangalore at 1:15pm at shimoga govt bus stand (Bus belonged to kunigal depo. as per ticket & ticket no is 062209) At approx.7:20pm bus crossed the Nelamangala & reached the first toll on the fly over. The toll company name Navayuga toll I got up from sit and onwent to pick my luggage (2no bags) one black colour laptop carrying type sack which Ihad kept on the top carriage above sit & found that it was not the place so asked the conductor & fellow passenger but did not get a suitable answer so I picked the 2nd bag (brown colour hand bag) which I had kept near my Leg below the sit.The bag which was stolen contained all my important document such has (original passport, bank passbook-5nos, ICICI bank cheque book-1no, photos-6nos, plot papers-original papers, LIC bronds-3nos, LIC diary-1nos, house keys-2set, HP gas registration paper-1no, constructed house agreement original paper.

                        I along with 2 of my friends were travelling in a bmtc bus on saturday evening. We caught this bus at 7:30 pm from electronic city bangalore for koramangala. Bus was crowded So he asked to move behind but because of the crowd ww cdnt. Tge conductor started insulting us and asked us to get down. We strongly denied, he insisted and insulted us. We belonging to north india didnt understand what he said. But went on abusing us. Not expected this kind of behaviour from a government servant. We went on asking him to talk properly. I told him i will complain, but he disnt pay any heed. Requesting you to stop these kind of nonsense in bmtc buses towards northies.

                          Without any specific reason, the Trivandrum-Varkkala Beach VOLVO bus which starts @5.30 PM, passes through Technopark has been cancelled. Please restart the service as many of the Technopark employees(including me) depends on this bus to reach home. Usually the bus is crowded enough for the service. So please take necessary action and we hope the service will restart very soon.

                              I have cancelled my booked ticket on 07th May with PNR Number: J49931750. But till now the refund amount is not credited to my account. There is NO response neither from customer care nor for the e-mail I have sent, despite trying many times. Please help me to get my amount refunded as early as possible.

                                Sir i am regularlarly travelling from bangalore to hyderabad to and fro by using KSRTC Suhas services belongs to Bidar depot. Why these buses are so dirty inside, seats are sticking, seat covers contains lot of dust, no neck rest cusions, and no mobile charges. Many complaints i lodeged but no response so far, recently i travelled in suhas bus my pnr no is H51076816 dt 15.6.15 from Hyderabad to bangalore - please check this bus inside, how the passenger will sit comfort in seat and travel such long distances - surprisingly no mobile charges in Rajahamsa and Suhas services. Why the buses are not maintaining clean - why no inspections sudden - if we complaint at bus alighting point they are not at all caring. If possible develop and maintain clean.                                 This is one of the worst service i have seen. Not clean, bad timings maintained and is of high price. I travelled from Hyderabad to Bengaluru for the first time in this suhas bus, but was utterly dissapointed. The ksrtc website showed this will reach bangalore by 6:40 am (Dep from Hyd: 10:30pm), but the bus reached bangalore by 10:30 am. Imagine the trauma i
                                had to go through as it stopped on every bus terminal at every city and
                                some hotels for dinner, coffee etc. Bus crew stops now and then for
                                their needs. I will never choose this service nor KSRTC. Horrible experience.

                                  on 7th May'15, we cancelled the KSRTC booking, but the refund is still not provided. I am calling the the KSRTC number[protected] Ext 283 daily since then. No one answers the phone and many times they receive & hang up. I've given a call more than 100 times. Can you please help get the refund ASAP.

                                      Hi, I tried to book a round trip ticket from bangalore to mangalore on 31st May 2015 and money get debited from my SBI account - OB ref no : OB16007218 . I have already sent an email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and havent got any reply. If I try to call the accounts section . They pick the call and cut it. This is the worst response you can get from KSRTC. Please refund the money ASAP.
