Transaction failed

I tried to book a e-ticket on[protected] from Sathyamangalam to mysore thro' KSRTC's website using my ICICI Internet banking facility.

The amount Rs. 82 was deducted, from the ICICI account, but the ticket couldnot be booked and the "transaction Failed" message was displayed.My account no is[protected]...Kindly I request to refund payment in my account. It's really frustrating....

inconvenience of travelling, no proper guidance provided

Hi,

I had been to my native two days back that is on 4/1/2009 and had to return today that is monday 6/1/2009 I booked a ticket personally from Dharwad New Bus Terminus to Bangalore it cost me Rs. 376 (290 for privately owned transport buses) the ticket number is 7865513 departure time was at 9:20pm dated on 5/01/2009, I reached bus stand where I had to catch the bus at sharp 9:14pm I and my friend(came to drop me) waited...

BED BUGS in Rajahamsa

Last weekend I was on a trip to Hampi and had booked tickets to Hospet from Bangalore for the Rajahamsa bus departing at 11:30pm on 25th december 2008.

Money debited from Credit card

I was booking tickets on 4th of Dec 2008, from Bangalore to Chennai through KSRTC online booking.
The website crashed after submitting the credit card credentials.
The booking history in ksrtc.in shows none. I neither got the ticekts.
Only after I received the credit card statement I realized that the money has been debited from the card.

Kindly let me know how to get the money debited back.

bed bugs in busses

All the busses used in the rajahamsa executive class by KSRTC contain bed bugs. I'm facing this problem for the past 6 months. The journey is extremely horrible. We pay such a huge fare & get this kind of service. Its high time for KSRTC to find a solution for this problem....

conductors not giving back change

I, Dr Geetha S, serving in Adichunchunagiri Institute of Medical Sciences located in BG Nagar(Around 2 km after Bellur cross), Nagamangala taluk, Mandya district travel from here to bangalore weekly once(to and fro).

Oversubscription of ticket cost

I booked two tickets to Chennai from Bangalore on 11/10/2008, to travel on 12/10/2008 at 22:29 PM. The two ticket cost for "Rajahamsa Executive" was Rs.840/- Was informed that since it is special bus, the cost was higher.

Misbehavior Of Conductor

I had boarded a bus from mandya bus station at1000 hrs on 4th oct 2008. The vehicle no is KA-09 3992 and the staff conductor by name revana and his badge no 4142 which was mentioned by him when asked.

Hi,
I used to travel in ksrtc bus from Christ college to Agra daily, the bus fare is 4/- .The stages printed on the ticket is Lakhsandra TO Agra.

But today i.e 17/6/08 on 8:40 am the bus conductor collected 6/-, the stage printed on ticket is Lakhsandra To KK Hali.I asked the conductor about the bus fare

And the stage is not answered. The Ksrtc bus route is from KR Market to Sarjapur, Bus No is KA...

Regarding cleaniness in kSRTC(Karnataka buses)

All my family members usually prefer traveling in KSRTC night buses when we go to my native(mangalore) as we believed it maintained cleanliness .But yesterday my sister traveled from Bangalore to Mangalore in KSRTC rajahamsha (nigth 8.40 p.m) and the whole night she didn't sleep because of bed bugs in the bus.The next she had to go to office .So I kindly request the concerned people to check into the cleanliness of KSRTC buses...

Improper ticketting

Once again KSRTC proved that they dont put enough thought on educating its staff and they never bother about the way they approach the public(consumer). I regularly travel from B'lore to Sec'bad and there is a volvo bus whose end point is Sec'bad, this leaves at 21.45 everyday. I had booked the ticket for B'lore to Hyd... the fare is Rs. 645.
