Conductor very rude to ladies travelling in Kerala-Mysore bus

Hi, This is in relation to my trip from Thrissur to Mysore dated 1 Feb 2015. PNRNo. J48052463, bus number - KA-01 F8436. Me and my friend were travelling in this bus and the bus conductor was very rude to us. He neither offered water nor gave us any blanket. Instead he was trying to scare us and show he was the leader there. A very small example of this, I and my friend were talking and the conductor was sitting right behind our seat....

Still I didn't get my refund - Customer care not picking the call.

Last Month 28, I was trying to book the tickets through KSRTC site. It was getting failed so many times. And i have raised the refund request via sending the mail to [protected]@ksrtc.org. But i didn't get any refund as of now.i have tried 11 times for book the ticket on that day, In that 2 or 3 times i have paid the money for the failure transaction. And earlier those failure transactions were displayed in my Itineraries failure history....

I have booked a ticket from hospet to banglore and i got a message that bus has been cancelled and then i submitted mail to online refund and been trying calling the number 22221321 Ext 283 (other banks), they simply receives the call and then ends the call. Bus Postponed just 2 hours before travel

KSRTC guys have sent a message just 2 hours before the travel that bus time is postponed, I need to catch an event at the destination point, I tried calling the KSRTC customer care its keep on saying busy. This is totally in acceptable. They should have called me and give which bus I can go along instead they decide by themselves. I really frustated with these guys. I wanted to take action against them....

Amount debited in spite of failed booking

bus conductor is rude to passanger and rash drive of bus

Bus number: KA26 F840 travelled from hubli to ilkal on 6th feb15 on 10 am from hubli. Conductor and driver was behaving as rowdy/goondas. Stopped bus in Naragund 38 minutes. Stopped bus IN Kulageri 15 min. Stopped bus in Badami 35 min. All the time tiffin and tea break. Rest driving rash in badam road regardless of road bad condition....
