I ordered kfc online and paid rs 752 online through google pay on 10th september and later my order got cancelled and they said that money will be refund within 24 hours and i didn’t get my money in return.. I have remind several times and still no response... And didn’t get refund.
Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.
That was too much of negligence.

Today Ibuy veg ginger and two piece of crispy chicken, but chiken quality was very poor, it was like elastic

    Hi it’s a asusual regular day for me yesterday, since i went for an joker movie in rk salai citi centre mall while finishing up the movie nd coming, we saw a kfc my friend let’s go and grab some.. I was wondering to have in kfc after quit long back ago! So we ordered for 2nos 129 combo and i’ve paid 258 incl tax.. When i was having chicken and burger first of al the quality of food is cold nd dry it’s not even fresh to have... So when i’m taking bite slowly i found a eyebrow hair which i found in chicken, as soon as i felt like vomiting 😡.. I controlled it and went to counter and i asked for the silly manager came and said it might be flied and came and sat on ur chicken sir! Is this a manager answer to a customer? He didn’t say sorry for it what happened that moment.. He is blaming customers who all eating at dine in area he saying like it’s might customers hair flied and came to chicken i was literally about to laugh for this silly stupid manager.. And he said my staff al wearing comfort cap for head! I said it’s eyebrow hair.. He just said have a seat we will replace the chicken... So that is al manager responsibility? A cheap reply for the customer not only me all customers are paying for what we’re ordering! We are not asking for free atleast u people have to give good nd hygiene food for customers... We trust kfc and coming but is this you run a business isnt? It’s not fair to take it easy for me to digest just like that for what happened.. I personally wrote this message to you people as well i confessed this issue in my facebook page too.. So we will never kfc anymore in life.. Il create a awareness to people who al eating in kfc without knowing! And il be taking this issue to fssai to look into it for what happened for me yesterday.. My bill no is 2223 and the silly useless manager name is dinesh i hope! D

      Last day i went to this kfc outlet at oberon mall, kochi. I ordered for a big8 and they asked me to wait for 30 minutes. I waited for about 40 minutes and still i didn't get called. I asked them why?! And the staff there told me i should wait for 12 more minutes as the chicken is not ready. There were many other orders that got completed meanwhile. Then the manager came and he told me if i can't wait, just cancel my order and leave and that cooking time is always extra and there is 6 minutes more of waiting time. He was getting angry really quickly and shouted at me saying i should cancel my order.
      Then he cancelled my order and gave me the money and asked me to leave.

      After the incident, i'm not at all feeling good to walk back at your outlet.

        I visited kfc trillium mall at amritsar on 10.10.2019 at around 6:30pm to 7:30 pm. I placed an order of rs.519 and offered my bank of india debit card. The card was swiped and i entered my pin but txn didn't go through coz of faulty pos machine. Then i was asked to pay cash. I paid cash and enjoyed my meal. To my surprise i received sms of debit of rs. 519 in my account. Please refund my money.

        I visited KFC restaurant on PVR martkcity mall, Whitefield. Paid the bill using credit card, and was charged 3169 instead of 316. Time of visit was 9.45- 10 pm. Please help ASAP
        I made an order on 25th of sep 2019 through the kfc app. The product received was not upto kfc standards of hot and crispy. It was got to the notice of the outlet. But their behaviour was pathetic and dint want to own up.

            My name ranjith.. I ordered a 5 in 1 rice box and super saver pack..in chennai kottivakkam ecr branch. On 1st october 2019..in the rice box. That rice bowl had a full of too much salt.. Even i can't eat more than three spoon.. So i had a worst experience with kfc.. Even last 5 years i am a good costumer with kfc but this is my first worst experience

              We ordered for 4 classic zinger & 2 12 strips with 4 dips on 25.09.2019. We received the order at 11.00 pm, so we had no option to complain as the kfc helpline closes at 11 pm. All the chicken zinger burgers had a foul smell & were stale. The chicken were already rotten by the time it was delivered. Also there were only 2 variant of dips instead of 4 variant. Moreover there is no option given to the customers for making a complain for this kind of service after making a huge payment for the food.

                  I had placed order through kfc app on 7th september'19 in sector 17c gurgaon. I had ordered big 8 and smoky grill was not available at the outlet and so my order was cancelled by the kfc shift manager manish. Since last 3 days i have calling the kfc customer care no and speaking to the same manager but nothing has not been done till now. I had paid an amount of rs 481 through my debit card and the refund has not yet started. I don't think that it takes so much of time to initiate a refund. It's very inconvenient to us as customers. That day the manager told that he will start the refund process that very day but even after 9 days it has not been started. Why is the restaurant so bad in giving the amount back. It's my hard earned money. Why do they want to keep it? I have ordered so many times from kfc but after this behavior i don't think i will order again in my life from kfc. Why are you lessening your consumers. Please refund my amount of rs 481 back

                    My name is shreya majumder, with my email id as [protected]@gmail.com. On 15th september 2019 at around 1pm i placed an order for 5in1 zinger box from the kfc official app. I paid through my debit card for rs. 221.50. As soon as i entered my otp i was redirected back to my cart where it showed that my order wasn't placed at all. I checked order history but it was blank too. Please refund my money as soon as possible. Kfc please develop a better app with proper customer service numbers and email ids. You are just harassing the customers who find no way to file a complaint.

                      This is with reference to my take away order through kfc app of kfc, msm mall, pune on 11th september 2019 of amount of rs. 286 for which i made payment through phonepe. My amount was deducted but order was not confirmed.

                      I contacted the store to which they replied that refund will be done within 48 hrs and asked us to reorder and pay again by cash. But till now i have not received my refund. So please initiate the refund immediately.

                          Hi, my name is srihari.

                          I am a big lover of kfc for a very long time. For the past five times, i have been visiting kfc kakinada in srmt mall andhra pradesh. The quality is poor and the taste doesnt serve better. The quantity of the pieces is not at all reasonable for the price and compared to other kfc branches in andhra pradesh (Specifically vizag and vijaywada).

                          I suggest you to take a better action on this and maintain the brand name kfc. I am dissatisfied with the above issue.

                            Hi, my name is abhishek and i have visited kfc store which is located at hindustan park, golpark, gariahat, kolkata on 30-aug-2019 at around 03:20 pm. I ordered burger, chicken popcorn and 2 drinks and the bill was rs. 175.99. I have given my sbi debit card and the attendant tried but she said the transaction was failed due to some network problem. And then i paid the order in cash. But when i returned to home i found that rs.175.99 was deducted from my account for my order which i already paid in cash. I returned to them to enquire and they said the money will be refunded in 4-7 working days. But till today (After 8 days) my money was not refunded. Please find the transaction details below from my email. Thank you for using your sbi debit card 524xx0866 for a purchase worth rs175.99 on pos kfc, at kfc, txn# 214934. Please refund my amount asap.

                              Today have ordered from kfc portal using phone pay.
                              Money got deducted, but order not created. Please return the money back. This is kind of stealing money without providing service. Please find the transaction details. Please correct your application also to make sure money deduct only if the order is created and to return money back in case of any issue in order creation

                              Otherwise kfc can make lot of money with failed transaction. Atleast application should have minimum gurantee to return money for failed transaction. Otherwise should have proper complaining system

                                I had placed an order through kfc app.
                                The payment was successful but the order wasn't confirmed.
                                On complaining to local branch a mail id was given - kfcindia. [protected]@yum.com
                                A mail was sent with all the required screenshots and transaction id.
                                There has been no response from the department till now nor there is a suggestion of some other workaround for the issue like refund through counter or giving the same order free of cost.

                                Last time I visited kfc at janakpuri unity one mall on 23 Aug 2019 and was billed twice.I believe that it was done intentionally by the employee at the counter. I have every proof and details related to that billing amount and time.

                                  On 17/08/2019 i ordered 3 nos. Of classic zinger online and used google pay to make the payment of rs. 715/-. The money got deducted from the account, but got a message saying that "transaction couldn't be processed". I had to chose pay on delivery as i didn't want to try my luck with online payment again. Finally i paid rs. 715/- to the delivery boy and also no refund came back to my bank account.
                                  Contacted yes bank for the same and they have confirmed that the money has been credited to the beneficiary.
                                  KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  On 18/08/2019, I unknowingly have made payment double payment for single transaction ( card payment and phonepe app payment) . Though manager issued me void sale receipt and assured refund within 4 days. No refund till date has been received till 26/08/2019.

                                    Hi. I'm very disappointed from your service, i visit. Yesterday on your kfc shop and i order... Chicken spicy burger veg burger or chicken popcorn these items, but i got the too much. Poor quality of bread of burger and everything which i order totally money and times are wasted.
                                    I'm requesting to u please say to them for the improvement on the quality.

                                    Bought a gift card worth Rs 1000 from their website twice- the payment was successful but I haven't received my gift cards.

                                    I have contacted the bank, and they're asking me to contact the merchant (KFC). There is no way of contacting these people. The customer care numbers listed are for delivery related orders.

                                    It happened that's why im saying.
                                    We have ordered a KFC mingle bucket rs. 249 I've paid threw phone pay the transaction was successful but they said that they haven't received the payment... And the answer from them was soo rude

                                      I have ordered from kfc portal on 15-aug-2019 using google pay.
                                      Money got deducted, but order not created. Please return the money back. This is kind of stealing money without providing service. Please find the transaction details. Please correct your application also to make sure money deduct only if the order is created and to return money back in case of any issue in order creation

                                      Otherwise kfc can make lot of money with failed transaction. Atleast application should have minimum gurantee to return money for failed transaction. Otherwise should have proper complaining system

                                      I had placed an online order on 27.07.2019 from KFC worth 578.25 INR which was cancelled. I have reminded many times but I am still waiting for my refund. I called the KFC Customer Care and enquired about it. The representative advised me to drop necessary screenshots but till now KFC support team has not refunded my money.
