I have placed an order from KFC outlet located in Lulu Shopping Mall, Edapally, Kochi on 26th August 2021 around 9.30pm. The order failed to proceed after I paying through my Google pay. Kindly initiate refund to my source account.

I had paid using paytm and the transaction is also successful but i did not receive the order....

I ordered 2 chicken popcorn rice bowls + french fires (large). However, after more than 2 hours of waiting, I got the wrong order where there was only 1 popcorn rice bowl and a large fries so I sent the order back. I want a full refund for my order and I have refused to accept it....

Unavailability of mean meal Rice Bowl. On the festival day main deal Rice Bowl is stock out???? Branch bari brahamana sehore jammu....

I have made a order through kfc app on (15th Aug) and waited for it at store(chosen for dine-in). So at store they said due to some technical issue in there system orders paid through app are not updating, so I have contacted customer care and confirmed that my order was confirmed need to wait for couple of minutes. I have waited n again after some time I have contacted customer service because at store they said it's not updated still, again...

I visited kfc outlet in m3m urbana, golf course extension road, sector 67, gurugram on 20th aug, 8: 20 pm
while i was in the queue i was asked to scan and place the order online. I did it. The payment went from paytm. And then they said they received it. After 10 minuted they gave me a whole chicken bucket. I told them i have not ordered for so much, mine was a burger. They couldnt find my order and so they said they say you place...

My balance is deducted from my Paytm but order is not placed. Can you please confirm my order or refund my money as soon as possible.

Billing Staffs not suitable for work we today 17/08/2021 17:50 time you can see footage our customers or waiting 10 to 15 minutes waiting 10 customers in que line no billing only one computer operator but we have 3 computers on counter no active staff no fast process operations no grooming supervisor incharge very lasey incharge mainly mobile phone using long time on duty time not good customer service please kindly follow this issue....

Hello on 31st july i placed an order of 5in1 zinger meal box but they didnt provided me pepsi (which is included in the box) and they made me buy a pepsi can which i paid extra money.

The mayonnaise literally smelled like some sort of soap.

Payment status is success but order not showing and please issue my refund...

I have paid 350 rs twice successful payment via paytm but merchat had not received...

I ordered on kfc app and paid the bill using Google pay, my money was deducted but order could not be placed... I am highly dissapointed, such a bad service that i never expected...i want my refund back as soon as possible....

Please note i had ordered food on 20th June 2021 on KFC app and made payment of 1283 through Paytm. Order could not be placed due to some technical issues at your end.

I had received Email from KFC same day that refund will be initiated within 2-3 days. But as on 11th august 2021, I am yet to receive my refund amount.

Request you to please initiate same ASAP.

My money got deducted when I placed order using KFC app.But the order did not get placed and the payment page went blank after the completion of transaction.

As i was ordering on 3 August 2021, i choosen paytm wallet for payment there transaction was successful but transaction failed.
