I just ordered this bucket from KFC and I’m truly disappointed with the food that I’ve received. I found hair in the food that I ordered for my niece’s first birthday because she wanted to have chicken. Now we can’t even consume this and all my money has went to waste. Kindly take this order from me and refund me my amount. Didn’t expect this from such a big multinational food chain brand.

I've paid 545 rs to kfc Faridabad in crown interior mall, the money is out from my wallet but they are saying the patent is done.

I ordered from kfc website on 20 September. I completely my payment through upi. The amount got deducted but the order didn't got conformed....

I ordered through UPI on KFC SEC 142 NOIDA EXPRESSWAY, payment mode was QR CODE. The payment was successful from my side but they denied that they didn't receive the payment and asked me to pay again so I paid. they told me to wait 7-10 days for refund of the first payment. Now it's been 12 days, no refund received. I talked to my bank they're saying "Your UPI transaction has been successfully processed from our end". My bank was Paytm Payments...

Absolutely disgusting service.
Paid ₹239 on 28th August in store using Paytm at Supermart 1 Gurgaon. My money got debited but the cashier refused and said he didn't recieve the payment and I would recieve a refund within 48hrs.

3 weeks have passed by I haven't received my refund.
I was assured that I would Recieve the refund within 48 hrs.

Dear SIR, i would like to bring your attention regarding a takeaway from kfc outlet in hilite mall Calicut Kerala INDIA.I myself bought a family pack from the same outlet on 14/9/2021.I was surprised about the packaging top of the box is not covered properly, even I can see some of the chicken legs projected outside the box, i feel shame on a brand like kfc is doing this kind of poor packaging system especially in this pandemic situation.br...

KFC, Frazer Town, Bangalore 560005 uses the footpaths to stack used crates. Right now there are crates dumped outside my house and though I tried, I was not able to contact them by phone or make any complaint through the customer care service phone....

Chicken was burnt and greasy and cold. I ordered 3 of the #1 and the food is just nasty....

I am Shyam from Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh. I bought Burger from newly open KFC store. The burger bread was hard and fungus ed and store not giving proper product as per displayed menu photo.
