Hi, i have complain against service KFC sivasager Assam, where delivery executive have keep us waiting too long .My order no. Is 1750(Bill no.). waiting period is over 25 minutes.Very poor service.
Items are-
1.classic chkn kris-1
2.single popcorn-1
3.Addon Reg Fries and pepsi. -1
When I asked them cause of late they informed popcorn is ready.Before me they delivered popcorn to others.

Very Dissatisfied with KFC

    I have purchaed 3 Popcorn Chicken Rice Bawls and 1 large popcorn chicken from KFC Outlet at Skyline, Rajiv Gandhi Nagar Kota Rajasthan on 21/11/2021 Invoice No [protected] Order No K[protected] Token No 2664 dated 21/11/2021
    The chicken pieces used in the above order were Stale and foul smelling, thus was Rancid/ spoiled food therefore we could not consume it
    Therefore it is requested to take action against the above outlet and refund / compasionate us
    Please note that the outlet is recentally opened and hygine level is not maitained upto mark, which might spoil the health of students and people of KOTA Rajasthan

          but didnt recieve my order when i called kfc customer service on this number[protected] they said that they would refund my money within 15-20 days but today is 20 november 2021 still didnt recieve my refund from kfc very bad customer service

            Yesterday i visited a kfc franchise in kollam the qality of the food is totally dissapointed me i gave 1200rs for my order and this is huge loss for me because of the quality of the food they did not gave me freshly prepared food. They gave me the chicken that they have already prepared and taste of the food is completely dissappointed me especially the burger the burger bun stick like gum on my mouth

              Hi,

              I had to take my son to KFC today for a lunch and was very disappointed with the way i was fooled as a customer. I had a Classic Zinger meals, and Popcorn and paid full payments as mentioned in the menu. However the store person said the fries are getting prepared and asked me to wait for 2 minutes.

              This is where i was fooled and did not realize that they never had fries and were pretending to act stating 2 minutes. I went to check several times but the answer was 2 minutes. Finally i never received the fries and finally when i was frustrated with their behavior the store manager then tells me that they never had a fries availability but billed me the same.

              I had to return with a lot of disappointment that such a big restaurant like KFC can fool the customers easily. I know it was not just me but several others were as well disappointed.

                  I paid via upi mode here payment debited but order not placed.

                      I bought a classic zinger box which should ideally contain a zinger burger, two hot and crispy chicken, fries and a coke. I did not recieve two crispy chicken, instead I received two small chicken wings and soggy fries. Literally no value for my money. Kindly look into this.

                        I had ordered a Ultimate savings bucket (combo) and a regular popcorn chicken from KFC Royapuram, (15/11/2021) through zomato.
                        The order didn't have the side dips and beverages that it supposed to have along with the combo. This type of issue has happened to me for the second time consequently from the same branch.
                        To make myself more clear about this issue, the first time I meet with this issue the branch manager requested me to bare with their fault and delivered the left out items nearly after half an hour. But, the second time that is on the date mentioned above the packaging was so badly done, the preparation delayed more than 15 mins and to make things even more worse the dips and beverages was not kept along with the package.
                        I paid as per the price listed in the zomato app but received that is disreputable from their side makes the case worse.
                        I kindly ask the authority to take action against this issue and request a refund from the branch.

                                On 8th Oct 2021, I visited KFC outlet at Gajraula, UP, on the Moradabad- Delhi Highway. ( on the left side while coming to Delhi)

                                The toilets were very dirty plus the choice available of food items extremely limited.

                                It looked like an outlet abandoned by the KFC parent company

                                We then went to another restaurant instead of KFC

                                Please do something, as KFC reputation is at stake

                                  Dear Team,
                                  Today I visited kfc store at Lake mall, Kolkata, West Bengal. I ordered 1 classic zinger box. Staff of kfc swip my atm card twice but she said that internet issue, payment fail again she took my credit card and swip then she confirmed me that payment is successful. But after few minutes I checked my savings account .. amount is deducted from my bank account. I payed twice for 1 classic zinger box. Rs.278.99 from my savings account and again from my credit card payed RS. 278.99 for only 1 classic zinger box. I want to back my amount as soon as possible.

                                  I visited kfc from my childhood but still I am not facing issue like this. Please do the needful and revert my balance.

                                  As per KFC staff he said that amount will be credited within 48 hours. 48 hours has been passed ..Almost 3days over I am not getting money. What should I do now? Now KFC is become e cheat fund? I want my money back. I am a student .. I don't have to much to time to follow up on this.

                                      Quality of Zinger Burger isn't as advertised as shown in the menu or picture. The burger who prepared it was as if they were in a rush, I felt like they added a lil squeeze of mayo on both sides of the bun, an uneven shapeless piece of chicken and the best part was the lettuce. I believe the one single small leaf of lettuce was used for two burgers, it looked as though the lettuce didn't want to be inside the buns. Overall experience, very bad. This current location was opened a few days back and was hoping to have a great food. Very disappointed.

                                        On 4th of Nov we ordered a pack of 20 PC's of chicken and other items from kfc, polayathode, and paid almost Rs 2500 . We were asked to wait until they packed the order and once done they called us and cross checked the bill and gave us the pack. On Reaching home we were surprised to see that we were given only 12 pieces of chicken and no other additional orders were included. We are given a packed baggage which we don't open and check at the counter relying on the counter staff. Our acquaintance also faced the same issue earlier. This has to be resolved immediately as we feel like being looted as the requested service is not provided.
