On the 27th of September I've ordered online for a KFC on their website. The store from which I've ordered was- KFC store in RK Cineplex, Road no.2 Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
I've paid Rs 523 for it on their website using my Paytm Wallet. The payment was successful and the store received the order request under order #70855.
But as it was raining that day, there was a delay in the delivery. I've waited for some time and then cancelled the order. After cancelling it, I called up the store and asked it's incharge about my refund. He said that I would get it within 7 days.
Still after 7 days I didn't get the refund back. So I've called up the Customer Care to complain to them about the delay in my refund. Everytime I've called them, they said the same thing that I would get it in the next 7-14 days.
This has been happening from the last 3-4 days and I seriously got fed up of it. So I am writing it here. I hope that it would get resolved ASAP.
Also please find the payment proof and transaction id in the photo that I've enclosed.

KFC India Customer Care's response Hi Anirudh, this shouldn't have happened. Kindly drop in your contact number, email ID, restaurant details, order ID, order amount, transaction ID, date, mode of payment and payment reference on [protected]@yum.com, our team will surely help you with the refund.
