I'm complaining about to refund my money

I have ordered on July 13th 2021, Due to heavy rain i have cancelled.
I Called multiple times but I got a response like we are working and will get back to you. May I know when you will refund....

payment done through upi, order not received

I made a UPI Payment KFC App Through GPAY, My money got deducted, but my order was not placed .I thought the money will return back to my bank account but it did not. Please resolve this issue and kindly refund my money. Thank you....

Payment made but order not made

I have ordered food through KFC's mobile app. Payment has been deducted from my bank but no confirmation regarding the order was received. I also checked the previous orders list, the order was also not shown there....

Online payment failed but amount deducted.

I made an online payment of Rs.602/- on 26/08/2021 at KFC India, Irinjalakuda, Thrissur, Kerala. The payment failed they said but amount was deducted from my account. The bank statement for the same is enclosed. Please initiate the refund asap.

Payment Done But Services Not Provided

Hello Team KFC,
I have visited KFC Varanasi on 2021/09/03 I have placed order of a bucket priced ₹399 And when I done the pa to your swipe machine via barcode and upi method the amount has been deducted from my account and swipe machine shows payment failed so i haven’t got my order the cashier said you will get refunded in few days but I haven’t got my refund yet please sent me my money I have attached all the payment related...

Money didn't receive

I ordered chicken popcorn and when i didn't receive my order i sent a mail then i was told that my money will be credited back to my account but not received my money...

Money deducted but refund not received

I have placed an order online trough KFC app on August 25. Money was deducted, but oreder not placed. I have also made my complaint on August 29th related to same, but still I have not received my money back
My complaint number is KFC 283750.

Request you to please look into it and refund my money INR 1979.99.

Wrong items in the order

Address:Kfc next galleria mall panjagutta Hyderabad

I have ordered two chicken popcorn (medium)
One classic zinger meal box. One tandoori zinger meal box. One double down meal.

My problem is they packed different items I received one chicken wings instead of two chicken popcorn medium and i have received only two cokes and two fries and i have paid 1124.

Kindly resolve the issue...

Didn't received any hard copy of bill

At mehdipatnam kfc in Hyderabad the executive didn't accept the card as well as they give me an unknown phonepe number to pay the bill when I asked the copy of bill they told me silly reason.it was suspecious so i request you to investigate the store....

Refund not received yet

I have recently visited kfc restaurant near lb nagar Hyderabad I have ordered of rs 312 I have paid through paytm bank account the amount has been deducted but they told they didn’t received it, they said your payment will be refund within 48 hours, so I paid again through phone pe, I have not received my refund till now And the date I have paid is 29 aug 2021...

Amount credited but order not placed

I placed an order through KFC APP and made payment through Paytm. Amount has been debited and credited to KFC under order[protected] and it’s successful. . The order is not placed and haven’t received any message for the order. Please refund the amount...

Telephonic delivery of order

I had placed a telephonic order with kfc, mobile no ws given and order was placed in the name of Allam at 08.30 pm today, i called multiple times to check for my order and they said it will be delivered in next 08 to 10 mins, after 2 hours of followup at 10.30 pm they told my address is not in the radius of delivery though it was very much and i had received orders from the logix mall ample no of times

Worst taste of kfc in hsr Bangalore

I have order an combos from ur end...the guys in the restaurant were not responding proberly and also they are hesitating to listen my problem...they took 2 hours to delivery it to my address ...finally got it and having it ..it the worst taste ever I tasted chicken pieces where very hard french fries were too bad not even a beginner will do that it is in cheap class taste...on potato that black fungus also is there they didt even cleaned...

Amount swiped twice

Dear Sir/Maam
I have had a meal in your KFC center located in Hanumkonda (L03886K255) on 25th Aug21 at 18:10 pm
Initial bill amount was for Rs. 468.00 for which i have swipped my card and also received amount debited from my card message, later i have added 3 medium fries and one large coke, revised bill amount was for Rs. 794.00.

both the amounts cleared from my HDFC credit card ## ending XXX0360, when i asked...

I'm complaining about maintenance activity in Bhimavaram Store

Refund not yet received
