Address: KFC Delhi T3 arrival forecourt

I visited the KFC outlet at Delhi airport T3 Arrivals on 26th December with my family at around 10pm.We ordered the big meal and left.Within 3 hours the entire family was unwell with diarrhea.Among the family, my mother is down with severe food poisoning and has been on IV from two days with diarrhea and vomiting along with fever.After confirming from doctor, it was indeed the food we had at KFC that caused the food poisoning as my mother hasn't had any food since she ate at KFC due to the diarrhea.I wish to notify the officials about the serious issue I am facing because of their substandard food that too at a location like the airport .I will also be lodging an official complaint and have the required proofs and medical options as well.

    It was on 26 December 2021 I placed an order from kfc worth 1503 as Im going to attach the screenshot...in kfc app it doesn't support wallets like gpay or phonepe ...so I did with mobikwik...and right after payment it says order cancelled
    ..like if I had abundant money to throw ... I want the refund asap

      I have multiple request but neither Zomato not KFC is providing the invoice, seems there is an arrangement between them by which they donot provide invoice for the online order.
      Incident happened at KFC outlet : KFC, Logix Mall, Noida ; Date of Order : 25/12/21. Call centre directs to outlet and outlet clearly stated they donot provide invoice, only KOT will be provided and Zomato can only provide Order summary.

        I recently had KFC fried chicken from an outlet at the Mumbai International Airport[protected], following which I have developed severe gastroenteritis with both vomiting and watery diarrhoea. It’s been more than 24h and the symptoms are very severe. I haven’t eaten any food today because of the same.

              If we order for the optional pieces the restaurant authorities always ask for waiting for 20 to 30 minutes which is more intolerable while we order from Drive Through in summer there a car remains started. Please talk to the authorities of Rajpura Haveli GT Road Restaurant because we are very regular customer and we love your food.

              We can’t tolerate it more .. 👍🏻

                I have a order for only 5 pcs red smoky and med pepsi first it should be 656rs but what i got on bill 732 rs after then i didn't order for dips and fries they add on order after 10 min i got my order when i start eating i realize where is my bill when i ask for bill then she give me my bill then i see i have dips on order but i dont receive on order and when i order for med pepsi why i got sm pepsi this ridiculous.

                    Hi I'm Mara yesterday I had buyer a unlimited bucked for 599 in coimbatore KFC near Lakshmi mills not in good taste wings are missing Two dips and are same not cooked properly I think it is not fresh chicken really upset not enjoyed the food two times they did like this really upset

                    Hi I'm Sajeev an NRI. Yesterday(26/01/2022) I had ordered through Swiggy a Wednesday bucket X 2 for 1236.20 from Pattom KFC Sree Dhanya No Tc 2/3604 Kesavadasapuram. Not in good taste not spicy no salt its seems like a local taste. I think it is not fresh chicken really upset not enjoyed the food really upset.

                        I order kfc today at vr punjab mall and I paid twice online and cash. First it was fail. Next I tried online again and they said it took too long and pay cash. So i did. But the money was deducted from my account too. Please look into it.

                          Today I visited KFC, tolichowki branch, Hyderabad India.
                          I have ordered 6 hot and crispy bucket - RS. 599/-
                          and did PhonePe, but when I have shown the transaction bill, kfc team informed me amount transaction was not found from there end due to server issue. Since I have shown my bank account deduction and even PhonePe transaction, Manager started arguing with me and was asking us to get back after 2 days for money refund.
                          Firstly, I don’t understand why I should wait to get my money refund, there is server issue from store end and why customer need to suffer. So after long argument she decided to give my order, and when she have packed my order and after coming back to my home and opened my ordered quality of the food was not at all good.
                          As Iam aware, if we order 6 hot and crispy kfc it include 2 leg pieces, 2 wing pieces, etc. but this lady gave me all hard big pieces and not even she paid me bill receipt, what she is thinking as if she is giving me for free or Iam begging her. I don’t understand.
                          I need support from consumer for giving me worst KFC food from Tolichowki Hyderabad India branch.

                              In that burger I found a big hair inside the burger its very bad to seeing that in kfc burger . I was trying to reach head office

                                        On 4th December I made an order in kfc app at KFC - MADURAI ( anna nagar branch), but it wasn't updated in app, then i called customer support they didnt pick up my phone till evening, then at 9th call an executive attended my call and asked my querry i explained him and then he told i will get a call back but i didnt get any call back for 2 days so i again repeated this process for one week no one is picking up my call, i need my refund back asap. very bad customer support is run by KFC.
