[Resolved]  KFC India — money deducted from debit card but order not placed.

My name is shreya majumder, with my email id as [protected]@gmail.com. On 15th september 2019 at around 1pm i placed an order for 5in1 zinger box from the kfc official app. I paid through my debit card for rs. 221.50. As soon as i entered my otp i was redirected back to my cart where it showed that my order wasn't placed at all. I checked order history but it was blank too. Please refund my money as soon as possible. Kfc please develop a better app with proper customer service numbers and email ids. You are just harassing the customers who find no way to file a complaint.

I try to order from kfc via paytm wallet amount of Rs.2912 and after debit the amount it shows transaction failure and payment gateway is closed and order is not placed still.amount is not refund to my wallet...kindky refund my amount on immediate bas

I ordered food by KFC and paid the amount through the debit card as per above given information but we didn't get any food and also we didn't get our money back, , please solve it

My giveaway order is placed on 18 August 2019 but i canceled my order and the agent says that your refund is process within 21days but today is pass 1 month no refund is process.. I ordered form saket kfc delhi... My contact email is nitishnishchal.[protected]@gmail.com please help me regarding this
