Worst Response from the bank. They are not treat people kind and irrespective. They are not allow the people came with customer and go out and wait in roads. There are no space for waiting.

    Kotak Mahindra Bank, Kailash Nagar, Trichy - 620010
    They are not allowed. They told only who the person have purpose on the bank. Other get outside and there was no space for waiting.. worst Response, Bad Behaviour and then the watchman tell that go out other then the person has grievance..

      I get a minimum of 2 calls every single day offering credit card.

        Withou any reason cut the money from bank account number i already talk with a customer care executive and she give a commitment for refund the money in 3 working days but its not refunded please refund my money ASAP.

          My name is (md fazi ghouri) and I had ordered a printer of RS.3499 Product name:canon printer pixma mg2577s in Amazon on.(Purchase
          date: 09.11.2022) and after (Return date: 26.11.2022) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (Date on which refund initiated on 28.11.2022.)
          Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
          (Reference number; 74332742322232160446150) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So

            Date 28.11.2022 my refund was initiate by amazon and by 03.12.2022 the refund was completed by amazon. I have submitted the referencce number of refund given by amazon to the bank but still they are saying its not valid.

                    Respected Sir/Mam,
                    On 2nd December 2022 I reached my nearest Kotak Mahindra Bank Branch at 401208, to update mobile number linked to account as this process can't be done online. The executive at 2nd counter said the mobile number will be updated in w hours, she didn't told me fill any form, she said to show her only my Account number, CRN, and the new mobile no., she updated my old mobile number with my account no.! I got to know this after I received the email on my registered email id. Next day I called the kotak helpline number for help as I was not able to go to the branch again as my son is handicapped and I need to totally take care of him, your helpline executive connected me to the branch manager and the asked me all the details and said they'll call me back in one hour, 4 hours passed still no call back, so I again called the helpline and told the issue, they connected me to the branch employee, ahe said that I'll have to completely visit the branch again to update mobile number, I somehow managed to visit branch yesterday on 7th December, the Counter No. 1 executive said me to fill up a form but also told me to leave the mobile number space blank and said that she'll enter the mobile number, She asked me mobile no. I dictated it, she said no. will be updated in next 1-2 days. In evening I received a mail that the mobile number updation request has been initiated and as I readed further I saw that she entered the last 2-digits of my mobile no. are incorrect again. So today 8 December I called kotak helpline again they connected me to branch executive, they again said that I'll have to visit the branch again because we can't update mobile number Directly for customer safety policy. Is this your customer safety policy that you enter mobile number wrong 2 times? I request Kotak Mahindra Bank to start mobile number updation feature online, you can use all security measures like Aadhaar Face and biometric authentication by AadhaarFaceRd app, otp based verification etc. But please improve your branch at "Neville House, Opp.Evershine Main Gate, Golani Naka, East), Thane, Vasai-Virar, Maharashtra 401208"

                        Have a saving account in Kotak Mahindra Bank haryana branch code 0004357 and account is debit freeze due to transaction pattern mismatch on 1st nov 2022 and give all the kyc documents and written application for my account and branch manager is also very bad person in behaviour with costomer and today i got a mail again that says your service request is rejected without any remarks and my account is still freeze and just because of this i have suffered a lot already so please solve my problem and my loss also which i have due to this

                          I buy tv from Flipkart throw kotak Mahindra Bank credit card.. on 02/08/2022. I receive my tv on 07/08/2022. I received damage tv from Flipkart. I returned the tv on the same day..
                          Flipkart repay the amount to kotak Mahindra bank..
                          But from kotak Mahindra Bank side they changed amount for non purchase products of the tv.. they converted 6emi for that. Aft 3mon I know about this. I contacted customer service.. they didn't understand my conversation.. they try to eyewash.. now I have to pay 4th emi for that tv..

                                  I have sent amount by mistake Rs.8873 to the upi id: [protected]@ybl instead of Rs.101. I dont know his account number or phone number. The upi id linked with phone pe. But i sent him through paytm platform with reference no.[protected]. Paytm was rejected my complaint and said go to bank and ask them. When i called to phone pe customer care they said they wont give any details of him. But, upi id linked with phone pe only. If they give details of him, i will get a chance to ask my money return.

                                    I have been trying to contact you from past 4 days but your support system is such a utter worst that it doesn't allow me to raise a query and the support number does connect at all

                                    I hold an saving account in your bank and 18th even without any notice or any Rs 700 approximately has been deducted and the statement says cash deposit charges
