adhoc stmt deduction

Ad hoc statement charge ₹118 have been deducted on 01-may-2018 from my kotak account account without any information.

But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through net banking.
And when i opened account bank said their is no charges of online or esttment.

So i need clarification from bank or reverse my ₹118 to my account.

credit card blocking without intimation

Bank has block my credit card with out any intimation,
with out bill generation of credit card they ask for payment of outstanding amount.
after payment only they will unblock the card said by two customer care person.
after payment, today another customer care person says to re apply for new card. they can not request for the same,
upon request they said that their manager will call me in 4 hours but i haven't...

cc payment issue

This is bring to your notice that inspite of paying off the full amount of the cc, still they have miss used the auto debit authorization and deducted the amount from account.

Also they have blocked my card which was issue a month back with out any notice and want to know from them, why was this.. I have a cebil score of 823..

I have asked for many reminder but there is no response...

irrelevant charges

I have a 2 od account with kotak mahindra bank, ashok vihar, new delhi since 2012. Every year bank charges renewal fees from my 1 account but this year they charged renewal fees from my both accounts. When i requested to branch manager mr. Abhishek gupta, he said no need to pay charges from another account and we will take care of this. After few days i asked him to close my od account and gave him written application (I have a copy of receiving)...

1. Dispute transactions :- booked two tickets (Two & fro) form banaras to kolkata through irctc website which costs me 1323/- each but the bank has debited 4 times, so at that time i complaint to the customer care & they ask "ok" it's a dispute transactions hence will update you. I have paid total 2, 646/- which i was liable in the same month...

Kotak bank had blocked the credit card and gave me no reason for blocking the card and then because they had blocked the card, i decided to cancel the credit card and when i called, their customer care told me to submit a request after clearing outstanding bill. fraud account use for cheat a person

I am kotak bank user. I really use this account very sincerely for personal use but some fraud people use kotak bank account for cheat to the other people.

money debited from my savings account

Hi team,

This is raja ramesh, i need a quick clarification about my maintenance charges since september-2017 to february-2018, it's a huge deductions from my savings bank account. I felt very bad about this deductions without intimation or communication. I don't know why monthly balance deductions, its annually min balance maintenance is fine but every month deductions is not good.

prepayment charges/car loan

I have bought grand i10 from samara hyundai-janakpuri in october, 2016. The loan has been arranged by samara with kotak prime for 3.5lakh. The kotak prime executive mr. Harsh committed that no extra charges/interests or any other fees will be in case of prepayment.

He had opened saving account for this in kotak mahindra bank and confirmed again that no charges will be taken in case of prepayment after 18 months.

over limit fees and request to cancel auto debit charges...

My credit limit is 33k, from that i used 32300 rs. But remaining amount is there like 500rs to 600rs, but kotak bank has charged over limit fee:500 on 16th april, then didn't use my card but they are charging gst and interest day by day..
