Respected Sir / Madam, Two years back I had 3 loans (1. Hdfc Personal Loan, 2. SBI Credit card loan, 3. Kotak Credit card loan), I made a decision to close all the three by taking a Single personal loan, then I applied a personal loan with Kotak Mahindra bank and the same has been approved and Kotak Mahindra bank Personal Loan department released the DD directly to the respective banks / Departments it was 2 years back. And now Kotak CC department calling me and messaging me continuously to pay the outstanding, I get confused because it was closed 2 years back and there after I haven’t used the Kotak Credit card. I contacted the customer care about the outstanding, they are saying it’s a foreclosure charge pending which I am not aware, because everything handled by Kotak Mahindra bank personal loan department. It was a mistake done by Kotak Mahindra bank Personal Department, Now the Kotak CC collection team talking very rude over phone, I highly depressed because of this. Also the Fore closure charge is just 4% of principle outstanding with is 4% of 1.4 Lakhs which should be around 6k only, now they are asking me to make a payment of 30k to 40k. I need a justice on this, hence I kindly request you to look in to this issue and resolve the same, Please

Updated by Ramgopal-1 Please ask the Customer care executive to stop calling me until this issue get resolved, they are calling 10 times a day (also very rudely), Its like mental harassment.
