I explained to my customer relationship manager .I contacted Phone Banking Officer.I went to offline Branch.Everyone is Passing the Parcel and no one is helping.Team is asking for some time and its more then a month no improvement.

Even Level 5 Complain generated on the Bank Platform too.

No Help

    Pinky Jolly I want to complain about consumer loan of Kotak Mahindra Bank they send me first my home branch I visit to first my home branch then the send me at Connaught place where I didn't get satisfactory feedback because they also send me another branch which is located in sector 125Noida when I reach there they also said this is not resolve here you can again visit your home branch then please advise me where I pay my advance EMI and where my queries get resolved my loan no is CFB10062814 And mail id [protected]@gmail.com

      We, Jinesh Doshi and Rupa Doshi have got approved home loan from kotak bank on February month 2022.
      We transfer home loan from bank of baroda to kotak bank for rs.10500000/-
      Our all legal formality for the said loan got accomplised by 20/02/2022.
      We got cheque of home loan on 25/02/2022 from kotak bank on friday at 3.30 pm
      The cheque get clear on 03/03/2022.
      Now the issue is Kotak Bank has charged interest from 12/02/2022 because they issued cheque on 02/02/2022 without getting finish of all legal formalities. So our concern is we have charged interest from Kotak bank and bank of baroda also for the period 12/02/2022 and 03/03/2022 for approx Rs.40, 000/- by both banks. So please solve this issue as soon as possible.

        Dear Sir,
        I Biswanath Sen from Chandannagar West Bengal had taken jumbo loan Rs 425000/- from HDFC Credit Card since 2018. But due to covid outbreak and my ill health I am unable to clear my dues from last two years and recently I had ungergone pacemaker surgery from Government Hospital. Till 2019 I had regular clear my dues. And last month also had paid total 40, 000 rupees due to pressure created by bank advocate person name Satish Tyagi and Inspector Vedpal Nagar and I actually even don't know weather they are actually advocate or police even they also not mentioning there name correctly. They only threating me that if I don't pay they will directly make police complain and issue arrest warrant. The advocate is not willing to here my problem my health related problem they kept on saying me that clear the due or else you will have to bear the consequences. I even told them I am searching a job so that I can clear your dues and it will take some time as my age is already 67 and finding a job will take time. And also I had taken the loan from hdfc bank but they that transfer it to Kotak Mahindra Bank to recover the dues without giving any intimation over phone. Please help me with a solution as I am already in financial problems and also health problems.

              Who all have watched Thugs of Hindustan??? Leme introduce the Thug bank of India and That's Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. They loot money from your account and in case you took personal loan they charge you anonimous times even if you have paid they full emi in advance... I will suggest everyone not to open account in this bank and I have proves... There were rs 236 in my ACC and they looted that too. I would suggest never ever take option of this THUG bank.

              I have prove that they are charging me twice when the EMI was paid before due date and even they educted 236 rupees from my account as card charges when it was a salaried account

              Please help me out I am a diabetes patient I pay EMI's before due date. They keep on harassing with such activities I am not a rich person for whom[protected] doesn't effect... 3000 means food whole month for me

                I had opened a zero balance account in kotak Mahindra Bank.
                Every day after opening an account bank people was following us to do Fix Deposit and against that FD they bank will provide us card so we can use our money, now we had used our fixed Deposits money still bank people are calling us constantly to pay the amt which belongs to us.
                Constantly giving us herresment calls.

                      Respected Sir / Madam, Two years back I had 3 loans (1. Hdfc Personal Loan, 2. SBI Credit card loan, 3. Kotak Credit card loan), I made a decision to close all the three by taking a Single personal loan, then I applied a personal loan with Kotak Mahindra bank and the same has been approved and Kotak Mahindra bank Personal Loan department released the DD directly to the respective banks / Departments it was 2 years back. And now Kotak CC department calling me and messaging me continuously to pay the outstanding, I get confused because it was closed 2 years back and there after I haven’t used the Kotak Credit card. I contacted the customer care about the outstanding, they are saying it’s a foreclosure charge pending which I am not aware, because everything handled by Kotak Mahindra bank personal loan department. It was a mistake done by Kotak Mahindra bank Personal Department, Now the Kotak CC collection team talking very rude over phone, I highly depressed because of this. Also the Fore closure charge is just 4% of principle outstanding with is 4% of 1.4 Lakhs which should be around 6k only, now they are asking me to make a payment of 30k to 40k. I need a justice on this, hence I kindly request you to look in to this issue and resolve the same, Please

                      Please ask the Customer care executive to stop calling me until this issue get resolved, they are calling 10 times a day (also very rudely), Its like mental harassment.

                          I am getting calls from kotak mahindra bank regarding credit card payment.
                          i told them i have lost my job and i need some time to make the repayment .
                          i am the only person who is running the whole family . i dont have any other job right now .
                          on the behalf on kotak mahindra bank agent are abusing me and in my contact in calling and send text message and calling with 10 different .
                          he will call in my contact and said you bought car from lalit he getting loan is going on it, i have your details, we will inbound your car
                          does kotak mentally harasses the customer like this ? i will take this up to consumer court under unfair trade practices .
                          also i am filling another complaint against your executives for their respective behavior .

                              I have created a salary account with kotak mahindra bank without knowing to me they have issues credit card and that is also not reached to me. Even though they have charges me 590 rs as credit card maintenance.so I went to kotak Hyderabad Madhapur branch and explained the issue and asked and given letter for account closure.But they have not closed my account.Again I visited nellore branch kotak bank and asked for closure. This time the account is closed.i have paid all due balance include credit card maintenance.This complete process is completed 3 yrs before.But still the credit card balance is showing negative in my cibil score.So for this the kotak cs team is asking for my bank statement.
                              How can I provide bank statement for closed account?
                              The Cs team is sending standard computer messages and they are not even trying to resolve my issues.

                              Please dont go with kotak mahindra bank.it is worst bank ever to resolve customer issues.

                                    I have a 811 Digital Account in Kotak Mahindra Bank, Last 3 Months it takes a charges for Lien & sometime EMI Bounce charges,
                                    In this month my emi date is 2nd of every month, after successfully emi deduction
                                    Kotak mahindra takes a penalty charge on 7th april ( Penalty reason: Nil) from kotak
                                    I'll call on customer care but they are not taking any responsibility & now can't picking up my call.
