This hotel is situated in pimple saudagar pune. I ordered a parcel item on the menu and handed over the receipt to the kitchen counter. It seems someone else had also ordered the same item over phone about 15 minutes before.
However it did not feel like they were already preparing the item. They started when i handed over the receipt to them. After about 15 - 20 minutes that guy arrived. By then my item was cooked but the hotel owner gave it to the other guy.
While in theory he was first, they did not start his order after phone was received and waited for him to come and by chance his luck was good that i ordered the same item a few minutes later.
