I bought 2 eyewear along with gold membership worth 4740 from Lenskart lucknow store. Power updated for one eyeglass next morning and informed store person Sayed about the same. That time expected delivery date was 2nd August. Now no change in status so I called on 2nd August to customer care, they told me that it is in power follow up till date of delivery, and no one is even informing me by sms or call Store person Sayed, isn't he responsible when i informed her about the power, he and complete team are so irresponsible and now these people are delaying my product .
