I ordered my eyewear from Lenskart HazratGanj Lucknow Store, I have assisted by Sayed - lenskart staff. I had delay in delivery because of him, when I informed him I updated power of my eyewear he did not updated by his end. Now expected delivery date is different than what was before and now when I asked him on delivery day morning he behaved in bad manner and he shouted along with abused me as well. I called on his personal number. I think this behavior should not be accepted, and he is blaming a brand here. Because of such employees entire brand gets blamed. Please take appropriate action against him.

    I bought 2 eyewear along with gold membership worth 4740 from Lenskart lucknow store. Power updated for one eyeglass next morning and informed store person Sayed about the same. That time expected delivery date was 2nd August. Now no change in status so I called on 2nd August to customer care, they told me that it is in power follow up till date of delivery, and no one is even informing me by sms or call Store person Sayed, isn't he responsible when i informed her about the power, he and complete team are so irresponsible and now these people are delaying my product .       Hi,
      I have to wait for 35 minutes at lenskart centre at Flora Fountain, Mumbai just for a query of the broken specs that to bought from the lenskart.

      This type of service is not expected from Lenskart a brand name... I shall avoid further dealings with Lenskart.

        Pathetic service given by staff. They don't know how to talk and response to customer. This kind of staff running brand name and image.

        Staff is not bother about customer.

            I ordered a pair of spectacles from LensKart using a coupon code 'EYECON' received by a deal provider (talkcharge.com) offering a 70% off on complete order. Link of the deal for reference is here - https://www.talkcharge.com/coupon-deal/72670.

            I got a message on WhatsApp by Lenskart couple of minutes back followed by a call stating 'Your prescribed powers are not compatible with the selected frame.' Point for general awareness here is - 'Power of the spectacles doesn't have any association or dependency on the frame used but on the lens the spectacle is using'. Later they asked me to cancel the order and showed me other options (including the one which I ordered at lower discounts) and asked to order again.

            I insisted to speak to someone superior but the call got disconnected and later received no reply on the same. I need the order to be fulfilled by the company and give me a compensation for receiving false information.

              I have purchased two yearly lenses from the store on May 5, 2022. However, after wearing them 3-4 times, I got irritation in my eyes. Now, one of the lenses doesn't even get stuck in my eye. I am very disappointed with the products being delivered by you.

                Even my case I visited branch and payment done by my ICICI card but store claimed they not received money then I paid by cash for purchase. But still deducted money not received in my bank account..

                  Dear team,

                  This is to inform you that, I ordered John Jacob eyewear with power in 10th July your store guys said Saourav Sarkar And Store manager Priyanka At Kasba Kolkata store it's deliver to me 16th July now they said it's take 3-4 days more time

                  Team I am going to leaving Kolkata on 17th July and I didn't come back when I do purchased and payment they promise me they are deliver at 16th July 2022..

                  Now if they deny kindly refund my entire amount... This type of cheating and misguided in your store team really ridiculous I can't believe this.

                  Deliver my products by tomorrow or refund entire amount.

                    Order ID with lenskart ID -[protected].
                    Complaint ticket ID regd with lenskart[protected]
                    1.Glasses were found with defect in power and hence returned to lenskar shop after duly certifying from very highly reputed eye hospital.
                    2. Received SMS on 5th Jul 2022 to collect new glass from shop. Reminder received on 6th also. Visited on shop on 6th and came to know that glasses are not ready.
                    3. Spoke to many times customer care and shop and there is no clarity on delivery of spectacles. Similarly no clarity in reply received from their email against complaint sent on mail. Genearlly they will mentionin their email " issue will be attended within 24-48 hours".There was a call received from lenskart on 10th Jul 2022 stating that item delivered at shop and when I have contacted shop on 11Jul 2022, it is came to know that item has not been received at shop.
                    3.Request to return money by lenskart so that order can be given to reliable spectacle manufacturer.

                      I have ordered 2 eyeglasses from lenskart on 10th July 2022 but later I cancelled them for some issue . Then it showed that amount has been credited as a type of some virtual money from which I can buy other glasses later . But I told the coustomer support to give my refund money to UPI account. After that they told me that it will be reflected by 48 hours but it's been 13th July it still not received in my account.
                      Worst management in lenskart.

                        I have ordered glasses from Lenskart on 05/07/22 and was scheduled to be delivered on 13/07 bit, while tracking my order on the date of 10/07 it shows the order has been delivered to your address which is totally untrue. I requested customer services but no response they raised issue and promised to get back in 3 business days in which they also failed . Neither they provided me courier service information nor the number of delivery boy or agent . I have paid online, is this what makes me accountable for such nuisances. I already texted Lenskart on twitter which is also unresponsive .

                            Worst experience ever. They did not mention clearly about their return & exchange policies. They don't provide exchange services at every place. Worst customer support service. Every other customer support ends the call by saying that they are from the sales team & they are trasferring the call to customer support, which they will never. *They promised that by doing self courier they will refund the courier amount but now they are not refunding*. Extremely disappointed. Would never recommend.

                              Hi Team,

                              I had received my lenskart air full rim frame and eye glasses on may 6th and within 45 days my frame got broken and I faced this issue 3 times in the span of 9 months. When I raised a complaint lenskart customer team taking 24 hrs time and not resolving the ticket.

                                  I am from chennai. On 20th june 2022 I booked an home eye check up and also ordered 2 pairs of specs. In that I only got 1 pair. The 2nd pair is not yet delivered till now. Order ID #[protected]. I contacted the customer care and also composed an mail.. I neither got an proper reply. On 1st july I received a mail stating that the product has been sent to warehouse. I requested to re-deliver but they said me to cancel the order and once again purchase the product. So I asked for an refund amounted ₹4032 . The link that the provided for refund us not working properly. Really I got fed up with their service . I didn't expected this kind of response from an highly reputed company. Really such an poor service. I even asked for another link even that link is not working.

                                  Kindly I need my amount back as soon as possible. For the past few days I am really stressed. I didn't even though the company will involve is such kind of fraud.. I really need my priduct

                                      The lens and the lens solution hurt the eyes and leads to severe eye redness, irritation and swelling. It's a very harmful product. I would like a refund for the lens purchased.

                                      Please stay away from the product. Strongly recommend not to ever purchase these lenses or the lens solution
