about the service given by lenskart and its employees

I have purchased my spects in november. They broke after they fell. I have taken them to the shop but the response by the employee was very rude. Its not even 6 mnths that i hav purchased them. They cost 2000 rs. And ur employee tells me to purchase new spects since it wont cover under any warranty.in advertisements you show and manipulate people that they wont break. But in reality if they break, you people wont even cover it under warranty....

Just a week ago after i bought a specs from lenskart online app, after it was delivered i could easily make out how delicate the product was and it needed to be taken with outmost care.
It has been almost two week after my purchase and the frame has been slightly curved than to it’s original position while doing some light activity.
I want the frame either to be fixed or replace.

Ordered spectacles in lenskart on 9th feb and payment made. No call from them. After calling them they said courier issue. Then got a message that order is placed only today from their system and delivery date is 27, the feb. This is not right before. This is happening for second time.
