Lenskart order# [protected]

I placed an order for prescription eyeglasses (Oakley ox5121 with lenskart blu) lenses amounting to rs.9893 on 02 may 2019. The courier arrived on 07 may 2019 but the eyeglasses were missing. Assuming the fitting department may have misplaced them, i called their customer support immediately on receipt of the package. They asked me for photos of the package and a completed form, which i submitted as soon as i could. The package included a generic brown carton which had an oakley brand box, with an eyeglass case, some documentation and lenskart marketing material. Something worth noting is that the item was listed as out of stock on their website despite accepting my payment.

Neither the box nor the brand box had any lenskart branding or seal of any sort, despite their form stating there should have been lenskart tape on package and brand box. I informed their customer support. Everytime i called their customer support to enquire, i was told to wait 24-48hours and this lasted for 10days.

Today, on the 17th may 2019, i received an email from their resolution officer, jaspreet singh stating that he apparently enquired with the warehouse team and they are implying they had sent the package intact and my complaint cannot be considered.

I have not received the eyeglasses i paid for and they haven't offered to send a replacement or refund.

I do not want to be dealing with this company hereafter and kindly help me get my refund.

After almost a month of talking to their customer support, they've kept repeating the same excuse that they've shipped the order. The fact is, the product has been out of stock ever since my payment was taken. It looks like they've created a bogus shipment to show order fulfillment. As noted in these forums, many other customers have faced similar issues. So this isn't a first with them.

Rather than offering a replacement or refund for an order that wasn't fulfilled, they had the audacity to tell me that they'll offer the best discount on my next order. This is again, a common practise with them as other customers who've claimed for warranty of substandard quality products have received a similar response from them.

When I asked about evidence of shipment, they claim that the only evidence they have is cctv footage, which isn't credible evidence as a cctv clipping doesn't prove that it is my order that's being shipped.

While I didn't notice anything suspicious with the external packet, which is what I also informed bluedart when I enquired with them, there was no lenskart tape or seals on the boxes inside. Their empty shipment form suggests there should have been a lenskart seal on the box as well as brand packaging. When asked about this, they've failed to provide any explanation as to why there was no seal.

From my understanding, either they didn't have item in stock and they've created a bogus shipment, which is most likely as the product has been out of stock since order date. Or someone in their team of has messed up, and they're actively trying to cover this up while ensuring they're not at a loss.This is definitely a company where customers shouldn't be buying anything of higher value as its better off shopping at a local optician's store. Saving a few hundred rupees by shopping on their website isn't worth the hassle if something goes wrong.

I've been patient with their support team so far and have given them an opportunity to resolve this by sending me a replacement instead of a refund. But they've failed to provide a positive resolution yet.

On Sunday, June 2, I received a call from someone within the company who was very rude and informed me they can't help me with this matter because I informed bluedart that I didn't notice anything suspicious on the outer packet.

When I asked about evidence of the item being handed over to bluedart, he denied having any information as such but continuously insisted that they couldn't have made a mistake. When I enquired as to why the internal boxes weren't sealed as mentioned on the form, they failed to offer any response.

Also when asked about why the item has been out of stock indefinitely from the point my payment was taken, they didn't provide a satisfactory response to this either.

They've dragged this for over 30 days and have not offered a replacement or a refund.

I am at a total loss without the product I ordered or my money. Kindly help me in this regard.

    My product was stocked out after 12 hours of me paying the full amount on the app. I also hold a gold membership, i tried reaching out to you via your app customer care and also through call but the ivrs said that customer care is unavailable. Please help me resolve this problem.

    This is unacceptable as you took my money and on the app the products i ordered are still available i can add them to my cart again.

    If there is any sort of misunderstanding, then pls clarify.

        lost my frame and glasses

        In january 2018, i brought my cartier frames to lens kart store elante chandigarh to put new glasses on it. I gave 2500 fee to put new lens in my frames. But the store is not giving my frames back now even after my repeated visits. They have lost it and are insisting on taking any new frame of value of 2500 rs. But my frames are ten times costlier.         I placed an order (Order number: [protected]) on 15th may in the evening for the vincent chase metallic frames (Vc e10284) under 1+1 offer. At the time of placing order the products were available on their menu. At around 12 midnight i checked my order status and it's showing "stocked out", 16th may, 2:44am. I called their cc and i was told my order has been cancelled.

        How difficult it is for their team to update/refresh their product list? If the product is not available then it should be removed or tagged under "out of stock".

        Also, i don't understand what does 16th, 2:44 am mean when the in house processing was updated at 21:15 of 15th may?

        This is really a blatant exhibition o[censored]nprofessionalism. They should seriously start counting their days.

          I visited the above mentioned store to get a new frame and get my power checked. Its a big store with a good collection however grossly understaffed with two staf[censored]nwillingly doing their job. I patiently waited and saw my turn being given to someone else and the staff doing the check up very confidently said he came before me but since he was an elderly person i let him go.
          And i waited and waited seeing them attending to other customers and taking their own sweet time.
          Finally when i was walking off, and i informed them they were reluctant to even apologize for this pathetic customer service. This is the problem when company expands and hires anyone and everyone who doesnt have the minimum courtesy to attend to the customer.

            I regularly order contact lenses from lenskart app. There are two steps at checkout. One - where you see the final amount before putting your credit card info, and two - the page where you add and submit credit info, where you can put any discount codes, etc to see the final discounted price or if no discount, price from previous page.

            Lenskart cheated by arbitrarily changing taxes applicable on page 2.in page one final amount was 5147 (Including taxes - 550, shipping charges, etc), then on page 2 the final amount changed to 6044 (Taxes increased from 550 to 648).

            I (And i’m sure some other people might agree) am happy to pay a little extra for good quality, good service, good experience, etc. But, to be fraudulently cheated by a company that is charging even a little bit of money by lying is not acceptable.

            One could say its only 150 rupees they are cheating me out of, but they are probably doing this to 100s of people using their app to buy contact lenses. It says that approx 34000 people have bought this.

            If even 1000 out of those 34k people were cheated out of 150 rupees on this product, (And who knows how much they’re arbitrarily charging others on the same amount and on different products) they’ve fraudently and by cheating made a profit of 1, 50, 000 (150*1000).

            These kinds of immoral business and cheating tactics should not be condoned. We need more accountability.

            Not a glitch. Instead of calling it a glitch, change your company culture to not intentionally cheat customers (loyal or otherwise). I was a VERY loyal customer, but i am not going to give business to a company that cheats.

                Submitted my power and expected it to be dispatched on the same day or probably on the next day.
                But much to my surprise, on the next my order status was "stocked out".

                    I bought aqualens solution from lenskart showroom in bopal. The solution is causing irritation and redness in eyes.
                    I want this solution to be replaced or refund as soon as possible.
                    The quality of bausch+lomb lenses was also not good, one of the lenses was torn and i could not use it. I am not happy with services and want my complaint to be solved as soon as possible

                      I have added 1 specs on cart, after 1 hour i got a call from lenskart he is talking very sweetly and he said yes when i have asked him to give 2 power specs, he said to make payment first then only you can add power to your specs, after my payment 1 specs does not have power option, then i called on and on but nobody responded properly. very disappointed with lenskart working

                      I have ordered a spects order number [protected]. the quality of glass fitting is very poor as there is a scratch at joint where glass and frame fixed.

                        I had ordered specs for my mom. She needed it before leaving for our native place. So I checked with the store manager whether it will be delivered within 10 days and he said it usually delivers before the expected delivery date - so then placed an order. However, now when I checked the status it shows 'Stocked Out'. I mean seriously...if you are running short of stock then dont take new orders.
                        My mom would have to use her old broken specs if the order is not delivered on time.
                        Worst experience ever - will never order from lenskart.

                          I have ordered for two specs last week. But even after almost a week the status is stocked out.

                          I m in a urgent need of specs as the existing one is broken.

                          I m really surprised why lenskart will post the product online when the product is not in stock.

                          Also shocked to see both the products are out of stock. I would expect at least one product to be dispatched asap

                            Had ordered two pair of eyeglasses of johnjacobs from lenskart store. After payment it showed product stocked out. Why do you accept order if the product is stocked out. And if the product is stocked out why doesn't your system accepts the order. It would have been better if i had ordered it from a local vendor. Lenskart takes delivery approx 8 days whereas local vendors give it the next day. These companies are the real thugs of hindustan

                            So on 30th april, I collected my pair of glasses.
                            so here what I think
                            the so-called Blu lens is just waste of money.
                            one pair had a perfect fit of the frame while the other (full rim) was making some rattling noise near the nose support. instead of telling the lenskart store guys that it is not a good fit they weren't ready to do anything and were like its all good sir.
                            so all looked good till I came under artificial lighting..
                            lens look bluish in colour and the light reflection on lens is sometimes green and sometimes purple.( see video attached)
                            the lens have very small spray type dots on its lenses.( image attached)

                            so the thing is the frame is good the so-called blu lens its just a waste of money. anyways was my call to make a frame from lenskart . should have read the reviews on social media before ordering.

                              eye pain after using lenskart glasses

                              Recently i have ordered 2 specs from online. I have been ordering eye glasses from them for the past few years. When they delivered the product one specs seems to have wrong power. As suggested on their website i wore one eyeglass for two weeks and it all looked fine, but when i wore the second one, i couldn’t even wear it for half a day, i thought may be my eyes need time to get used to them.                               Nishu sharma from the support team listens to all the complains and ends up disconnecting. Support sucks big time. If there is a lenskart hate me group please let me know im waiting to share my reviews.

                              Order #[protected], product id:121842, siddaling kamble from lenskart picksup the product and after that is history no one knows where the specs is every time i call support this say tell me the guys name who picked up the product! Like seriously you have to know that or the customer.

                              I dont think i'm going to get my specs lost my faith in lenskart completely.

                                Actually i ordered 2 specs from lenskart.. After one week my specs lens got broken. It's too delicate and can't wear it from weeks and having problems in reading. Can't expect this from lenskart. Thought it would be good brand but locals specs are much better than lenskart specs. Want my specs to be changed. Hope better treatment. And want my specs to be atleast replaced.. Hope of betterment

                                  I ordered two products from a lenskart store 10 days back one for myself and a progressive lens for my mom hoping lk would do a good customer service but you guys are trying to fool us by saying that it is stocked out!! That too after getting payment for the order.. This is the worst retailer activity!!

                                  I have a bad experience with lk in chennai in the past but i still chose to go with them hoping the best but it feels like it's a overall problem for lenskart. Please deliver it or i have to sue your company!!
