eye pain after using lenskart glasses

Recently i have ordered 2 specs from online. I have been ordering eye glasses from them for the past few years. When they delivered the product one specs seems to have wrong power. As suggested on their website i wore one eyeglass for two weeks and it all looked fine, but when i wore the second one, i couldn’t even wear it for half a day, i thought may be my eyes need time to get used to them. Nishu sharma from the support team listens to all the complains and ends up disconnecting. Support sucks big time. If there is a lenskart hate me group please let me know im waiting to share my reviews.

Order #[protected], product id:121842, siddaling kamble from lenskart picksup the product and after that is history no one knows where the specs is every time i call support this say tell me the guys name who picked up the product! Like seriously you have to know that or the customer.

I dont think i'm going to get my specs lost my faith in lenskart completely.

    Actually i ordered 2 specs from lenskart.. After one week my specs lens got broken. It's too delicate and can't wear it from weeks and having problems in reading. Can't expect this from lenskart. Thought it would be good brand but locals specs are much better than lenskart specs. Want my specs to be changed. Hope better treatment. And want my specs to be atleast replaced.. Hope of betterment

      I ordered two products from a lenskart store 10 days back one for myself and a progressive lens for my mom hoping lk would do a good customer service but you guys are trying to fool us by saying that it is stocked out!! That too after getting payment for the order.. This is the worst retailer activity!!

      I have a bad experience with lk in chennai in the past but i still chose to go with them hoping the best but it feels like it's a overall problem for lenskart. Please deliver it or i have to sue your company!!

        Hopeless experience with lenskart wasted a month on all this and plus they don't even give a proper update. I'm waiting for the specs for a month and they say, i think the amount has been refunded.

        My sincere personal experience please buy it from an online store if not you'll waste your time energy and no guarantee of getting back your money. I'll reach out to consumer court and find out how can i get my money back then give proper feedback.

        Please dont chose lensekart for your own good. If you have lots of time and your buying sunglasses then go for it. Replacement of specs and return is not at all managed well.

        Thanks, team for your follow-ups. I'm glad someone looked into it. I got the refund so i'm happy atleast my money is back.
        I've another prob please resolve after that i promise I'll not repeat my mistakes again. I will not look at lenskart again.

              I am absolutely disappointed with the quality of frames being sold by Lenskart especially "Vincent Chase". I purchased "Matte Black Grey Full Rim Rectangle Small (Size-49) Vincent Chase AIR SPREE VC E10999-S C5" from lensKart store in Ahmedabad 1 months back(16th Mar'2019) and the frame is now broken just because i was taking it out from the box. When i tried to wear it, one of the side arm came into my hand without any fault it.

              I tried to mail the support team on "[protected]@lenskart.com" and there reply was that "It was broken by an accident and the physical damage is done by you so we can not help you replace that". I mean do you guys seriously think that taking my glasses out of the box is an accident done by me? I don't understand what was my fault, so i need someone from Lenskart team to explain me that.

              I even researched on Consumer Complaints forum and got to know that most complaints they got till now is of the low quality of frame which they sell i.e. "Vincent Chase". Most people complaints about the low quality of plastic which they use.

              Very bad experience, will not buy from Lenskart any more and would suggest people to stay away from this company selling inferior quality products.

                Hi with extreme frustration I am writing this that I had bought two sunglasses on February, one was of Vincent chase and the other was of John Jacobs. However one was perfectly fine but the other one(Vincent chase), frame got cracked on right side of the sunglass, all of a sudden while wearing it. It was only one month since I bought the shades. I had a pathetic experience with lenskart. Quality of Vincent chase is horrible.

                  The progressives lens bought for my mother chipped off within a week o[censored]sage. The vision through the progressive lens looks magnified even after 3 months o[censored]sage. We bought these glasses at your store in banaswadi, bengaluru. When we asked the salesmen at the store about the magnified vision, they said that this is how the vision will be through the progressive lens!!! So, we spent around rs 14k for magnified vision through a low quality lens. This is not the first time my mother is using progressive lens. By far, this has been the worst set of glasses which was bought from lenskart.

                    My order was placed from raipur lenskart store for two spectacles and the delivery was scheduled on 31st March and when I tried to question the same on 3rd-4th April the staff was of no help, also they said there will be a call back but there was none. It is already late by 8 days now and there has been zero communication from the store since. Even if I try to call and resolve the same there has been no follow up on the issue.
                    Staff is reluctant to connect the call to the manager please look into the matter the problem without any help can't get worse.

                      Hi i am kiah thakkar i am 13 years old i just got specs 3 months ago i thought i would get them from lenskart and i did. I got two pairs one i kept it spare incase i broke the first one in school. So few days later i started wearing the second pair i wore them for an hour and i had severe migraine i thought maybe they need to adjust to my eyes so i wore them for 12 days but i had the same issue i got a bad headache and had to remove the specs in a hour then i was sure that the power of the specs had an issue i went to the lenskart store in vadodara besides mirch masala (A restaurant) they said that the power is correct but in spite of my telling that they weren't comfortable they would not listen and argue constantly the behaviour from the men in store was highly unexpected. They said that they won't be doing anything after 14 days i said if you are writing a one year warranty? They said it was only for color coating and nothing else. I was highly disappointed and upset that they did not solve my problem in spite of me going there 3-4 times and then i decided to write a complaint over here i am positively hoping that you would solve my problem and possibly get my frame (With power) exchanged thank you so so much i hope i get a good response.

                      And pls make sure that my order is replaced as the issue is not only of power but the frame is very uncomfortable and after wearing I get red spots on my nose and when I sit to study the frame pushes from behind and comes out. And this is not the first time I am writing I wrote a feedback on the lenskart website but there was no response was waiting for the response since 2 months and then I am writing in this website pls help me because if my order won't be replaced I would be upset and would never want to buy specs from lenskart.

                        I am writing this email with extreme frustration due to the pathetic experience i have been through with your services last week. Let me explain the whole scenario here.

                        On 27th mar, i purchased two pair of sunglasses from your store in ambience mall, gurgaon. Just after making the payment i realized that one of the pair is defective. Your representative (Dharmveer) tried to fix that while i waited there for 15-20 mins but he could not make it. Then he promised to deliver me a new piece within 3 days. Having his verbal assurance, i left the store. But to my utter disappointment, i did not receive any communication from your store even after 5 days. Finally i called them to know the delivery status for the same. They gave some ridiculous excuses and promised to deliver the item in next 2 days. I waited for two more days but it was still not delivered to me. Then after my constant follow-ups they finally sent me the item but a defective one. Your delivery boy tried to fix that defect but its screw got out of order, and he took it back to the store. It was an extreme level of your terrible customer service. After 9 days of continuous follow-ups, now they says that they can't provide me the same model of sunglasses. When i asked them to refund me the money of my one pair, they refused. Please note that i don't want store points as refunds because i never would like to deal with lenskart in future.

                        It has been 11 days but i am still struggling to have my sunglasses or refund. Kindly look into this matter urgently.

                        Kindly note that the sunglasses which you have delivered me yesterday had a large scratch mark on the glass. Please find the attached pics. It is the 3rd time in the row that you have delivered me the defective item. Do you have any process of performing quality checks before its delivery? I think certainly NO.                           Bought 2 pairs of glasses 2 weeks ago and recieved them just little over one week ago and one of them is already broken. The frame has a joint on both sides which has come out from one side and the glasses have also come out. Lenskart claims this category of frames as "supreme steel". We have gold membership. It was our third transaction with lenskart. These glasses costed us 5780/-. At this amount of money i don't expect such cheap product quality. First glasses bought from them were also faulty as the screws came out frequently but atleast there was a fix, whenever it was loose i tightened it with a small screw driver they gave with the glass. So although not happy i was satisfied with the product. Second time we got sunglasses and till now they're okay nothing wrong. But this time (3rd purchase) product gave up in just one week. It's broken. Such cheap quality. Spectacles are meant for use on daily basis and this is not how they should be. How can you make a product which comes off so easily and then call it supreme steel. I didn't expect lenskart to put their customers in such horrible situations. It is in warranty and i want it replaced immediately. 5780/- is not a small amount. I want the replacement for my glasses as soon as possible.

                            I had ordered a powered spec, and have paid the full amount. But within a few hours, it's being shown as 'stocked-out'. Why was the product even being shown as available when the order was placed? Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. This is really embarrassing for a company i've heard a lot about. This seriously discourages me from going back to the website the next time.

                              Dear Faiz, we regret the inconvenience caused to you. As discussed over a call, we do have one year manufacturer warranty on our product, however, the issue within your product is wear and tear breakage issue which is excluded from our warranty terms. Hence, we will be able to assist you with 40% discount on frame only replacement where old lenses can be fitted to a new frame and delivered it to you.
                              I brought a Vincent chase air flex from lenskart which was supposed to be unbreakable but broke down in just a few days of purchase and I request lenskart to replace my order

                                If the product is out of stock, why does it show up on the website and why is money debited from us?

                                I placed an order and it shows 'stocked out' in processing. The order is a gift someone is expecting, thank you for a horrible first experience. I do not know when the money will be credited back to me and i really took time to choose that particular product. You have wasted my time, my energy and my mental resources at the cost of the reputation of your company.

                                I will not recommend lenskart to anybody.

                                  I have recently purchased 2 lenskart spectacles with thin anti glare lens. The product boasts of a 1 year warranty but barely lasted 2 days. Upon application of slight pressure, the frame handles got deformed. I was expecting the product to be of tough steel but the quality was found to be extremly delicate upon reception. I am devastated and request a replacement or refund. This is the 2nd day from receipt of the order....
