Why the hell you accept payment when ur item is out of stock??
That too i bought it from store. So, stores also is showing me the frames that is out of stocks?

Atleast when am buying it at store, the store should let me know about the stock of the product.

This is some serious # and you as a reputed brand shouldn't do it man!

If you referring the status as 'Stocked Out' it simply refers that the frame has been taken out from the inventory to proceed further. Currently, your order has been moved into the lens fitting, proceeding by the quality check and finally dispatch. Our sincere apologies for the misunderstanding.     So, i've placed an order for eyeglasses on lenskart.
    I payed the amount via netbanking
    Submitted my power and expected it to be dispatched on the same day or probably on the next day.
    But much to my surprise, on the next my order status was "stocked out".
    I mean... What's the point of allowing to place and oeder for a product that is already stocked out.
    I would like it to be fixed asap please...

      I have ordered a pair of powered spectacles online from Lenskart from their store with the help of their salesmen. Payment was shown successful but the status report is stuck at "In House Processing" where it says the product is STOCKED OUT. Why did they put an unavailable item on sale?? I want my order to be delivered as soon as possible.

        I bought aqualens solution from lenskart showroom in bopal. The solution is causing irritation and redness in eyes.
        I want this solution to be replaced or refund as soon as possible.
        The quality of bausch+lomb lenses was also not good, one of the lenses was torn and i could not use it. I am not happy with services and want my complaint to be solved as soon as possible

          I have added 1 specs on cart, after 1 hour i got a call from lenskart he is talking very sweetly and he said yes when i have asked him to give 2 power specs, he said to make payment first then only you can add power to your specs, after my payment 1 specs does not have power option, then i called on and on but nobody responded properly. very disappointed with lenskart working

            I had ordered specs for my mom. She needed it before leaving for our native place. So I checked with the store manager whether it will be delivered within 10 days and he said it usually delivers before the expected delivery date - so then placed an order. However, now when I checked the status it shows 'Stocked Out'. I mean seriously...if you are running short of stock then dont take new orders.
            My mom would have to use her old broken specs if the order is not delivered on time.
            Worst experience ever - will never order from lenskart.

              I have ordered for two specs last week. But even after almost a week the status is stocked out.

              I m in a urgent need of specs as the existing one is broken.

              I m really surprised why lenskart will post the product online when the product is not in stock.

              Also shocked to see both the products are out of stock. I would expect at least one product to be dispatched asap

                Had ordered two pair of eyeglasses of johnjacobs from lenskart store. After payment it showed product stocked out. Why do you accept order if the product is stocked out. And if the product is stocked out why doesn't your system accepts the order. It would have been better if i had ordered it from a local vendor. Lenskart takes delivery approx 8 days whereas local vendors give it the next day. These companies are the real thugs of hindustan

                So on 30th april, I collected my pair of glasses.
                so here what I think
                the so-called Blu lens is just waste of money.
                one pair had a perfect fit of the frame while the other (full rim) was making some rattling noise near the nose support. instead of telling the lenskart store guys that it is not a good fit they weren't ready to do anything and were like its all good sir.
                so all looked good till I came under artificial lighting..
                lens look bluish in colour and the light reflection on lens is sometimes green and sometimes purple.( see video attached)
                the lens have very small spray type dots on its lenses.( image attached)

                so the thing is the frame is good the so-called blu lens its just a waste of money. anyways was my call to make a frame from lenskart . should have read the reviews on social media before ordering.
                Money wasted to Thugs of Hindustan.

                  Recently i have ordered 2 specs from online. I have been ordering eye glasses from them for the past few years. When they delivered the product one specs seems to have wrong power.                   Nishu sharma from the support team listens to all the complains and ends up disconnecting. Support sucks big time. If there is a lenskart hate me group please let me know im waiting to share my reviews.

Like seriously you have to know that or the customer.

                    Actually i ordered 2 specs from lenskart.. After one week my specs lens got broken. It's too delicate and can't wear it from weeks and having problems in reading. Can't expect this from lenskart. Thought it would be good brand but locals specs are much better than lenskart specs. Want my specs to be changed. Hope better treatment.                       I ordered two products from a lenskart store 10 days back one for myself and a progressive lens for my mom hoping lk would do a good customer service but you guys are trying to fool us by saying that it is stocked out!! That too after getting payment for the order.. This is the worst retailer activity!!

                      I have a bad experience with lk in chennai in the past but i still chose to go with them hoping the best but it feels like it's a overall problem for lenskart. Please deliver it or i have to sue your company!!

                        Hopeless experience with lenskart wasted a month on all this and plus they don't even give a proper update. I'm waiting for the specs for a month and they say, i think the amount has been refunded.

                        My sincere personal experience please buy it from an online store if not you'll waste your time energy and no guarantee of getting back your money. I'll reach out to consumer court and find out how can i get my money back then give proper feedback.

                        Please dont chose lensekart for your own good. If you have lots of time and your buying sunglasses then go for it. Replacement of specs and return is not at all managed well.

                              I am absolutely disappointed with the quality of frames being sold by Lenskart especially "Vincent Chase". I purchased "Matte Black Grey Full Rim Rectangle Small (Size-49) Vincent Chase AIR SPREE VC E10999-S C5" from lensKart store in Ahmedabad 1 months back(16th Mar'2019) and the frame is now broken just because i was taking it out from the box. When i tried to wear it, one of the side arm came into my hand without any fault it.

                              I tried to mail the support team on "[protected]@lenskart.com" and there reply was that "It was broken by an accident and the physical damage is done by you so we can not help you replace that". I mean do you guys seriously think that taking my glasses out of the box is an accident done by me? I don't understand what was my fault, so i need someone from Lenskart team to explain me that.

                              I even researched on Consumer Complaints forum and got to know that most complaints they got till now is of the low quality of frame which they sell i.e. "Vincent Chase". Most people complaints about the low quality of plastic which they use.

                              Very bad experience, will not buy from Lenskart any more and would suggest people to stay away from this company selling inferior quality products.

                                Hi with extreme frustration I am writing this that I had bought two sunglasses on February, one was of Vincent chase and the other was of John Jacobs. However one was perfectly fine but the other one(Vincent chase), frame got cracked on right side of the sunglass, all of a sudden while wearing it. It was only one month since I bought the shades. I had a pathetic experience with lenskart. Quality of Vincent chase is horrible.

                                  The progressives lens bought for my mother chipped off within a week o[censored]sage. The vision through the progressive lens looks magnified even after 3 months o[censored]sage. We bought these glasses at your store in banaswadi, bengaluru. When we asked the salesmen at the store about the magnified vision, they said that this is how the vision will be through the progressive lens!!! So, we spent around rs 14k for magnified vision through a low quality lens. This is not the first time my mother is using progressive lens. By far, this has been the worst set of glasses which was bought from lenskart.
