[Resolved] Lenskart — Contact lenses | |||||
I have purchased contact lenses from Lenskart on 10/04/16 and did an online payment for it. While ordering somehow it picked my past address and phone number which is not valid from past 2 years. To my surprise, on 12th April I got an email that the order has been delivered. Then I immediately called the CC number and explained that I haven't received the order and they have delivered it at wrong place. Since they have received advance payment so nobody cared before delivery to call on the number to confirm the order before deliver. I updated them with my current number which is already registered to them and got a false promise that my issue will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours. But nothing happened I again called them to check and executive told me that you were tried to contacted but your number was unreachable. I requested her to tell me the number on which they have called and again it was my old number. It comes as a surprise to me, even if I keep there unresponsiveness and false commitment things apart there is a very basic power given to human being named as "Common sense". Since the time I started contacting them I updated them with my current cell no. at least 5-10 times and still they are calling on my old number and saying that I am unreachable. Till now, I have called them 5 times and have got assurance that my issue will be resolved within 24-48 hours or I will get a call back in next half an hour and 4 days have passed nothing has happened. It seems that my biggest mistake was to trust on Lenskart by giving them my money in advance. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have brought pair of lenses from lenkart ...i have den asked them to exchange my power from (-4.5) to(-3.75)... there help center is also very poor ... when i try to make calls or mail to them ..they doesn't show any support to it

I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved. till two days back your Resolution Officer Mr. Shahzad Khan was in constant touch with me and assured that either I will get my credit of amount in my Lenskart account else a fresh piece of my ordered product at my current address. I was promised that I will be notified about further progress on it within 24 hours. Yesterday I just got a mail that they are still looking into this matter and need some more time. Then I requested to inform me about definite amount of time needed to resolve it.
Till now, I haven't heard back from you guys. 8 days have passed since I am constantly chasing and explaining this issue repeatedly to your executives. Could I get an HONEST promise from you guys on this PLEASE followed by necessary action on it.
