I had ordered Vincent Chase Air VC 3946 Black Blue Reflector Mirror C3 Sports Sunglasses from lenskart.com
i am receiving defective sunglasses from past three times.

this time when i complained to simranjeet (saurabh and his team) they denied for resolution, they just say we cannot change what has been done in past and sorry, but uptil now no resolution has been given from past 3 orders, from their team saurabh even promised that he will ensure i receive a proper order but still i have not got it.

The gv has been canceled i would like to reopen this and take it legally and a case of harassment.

Dear Tapan, as per our telephonic conversation, we would like to inform you that we have arranged the reverse pick up from your address and will initiate the refund/ replacement post quality check. We appreciate your patience.
This resolution will not work now I have already filled legal complaint for which the support has been notified if lenskart can't deliver me single order in proper manner you need to shutdown your company.

I had asked for an instant resolution for which I got a reply that we won't be able to help you in any manner.

So I would be raising a high compensation for this kind of orders with the torture and the phone calls which I made, bills would be added.
You had my patients from 2 months now you cannot get my cooperation any more either get me a resolution by eod today. Else do not contact me any more for the same thing plz give us more time and all that crap. The same wad been discussed on call.

As discussed on 16-17 june i have not received the other GV which abhijeet committed to provide within 24 hours so i had sent a response to lenskart that cancel the order as the deal was been made if the other gv is been provided then i would take the legal complaint back, but lenskart has not yet provided me post requesting for call back no call back has been made.

i would be filling another complaint of fraud with harassment and making false commitments to customer.

I have been notifying this to lenskart from past 48 hours and today also i have made a call for the same. I have tried from my side how it could be resolved but lenskart failed to fulfill from their side. Today also i have put on a request for callback by 2 PM with GV to Social Media team (Abhijeet and his team). If i am not getting the resolution for god sake do not contact me and a statement with all email proofs would be given by my side in Cyber crime police Station with a case of harassment also.

I got a call from lenskart that you are cancelling the order abhijeet as i had informed you earlier that if both the gv's i am not getting i would be going with my legal complaint and today i would be going for statement as the gv has been canceled by your team. i have email proof of your commitment.

And for information the replacement order has scrathes on eyeglasses so i am returning that also thanx for wastin my time.

how do i believe that you record the each and every call. there no point discussing this any more so stop adding comments and contacting for any of the things mark my words well. DO NOT CONTACT ME.
