I bought one spectacle on the recommendation of store representatives when i asked them to give me something sturdy and stylish. Since i had little understanding of plastics and quality i trusted the representatives there and selected one out of few they suggested. I took glass recommendation also even though it was expensive and more than my budget.
In just 3 days i noticed a slight bend in the frame which when i took to the store for repair they said they will repair and i can pick up next day. 2days later when i went to pick up the frame, store manager ashish says its a physical damage and cant be repaired.
When i enquired later about the product i was told its a "feather frame" which could not be "sturdy" as i had asked for. Manage says its a "nice, delicate and strong frame" that broke because i mishandled it.

When they had to sell the frame that i was given all incorrect information about the product, its neither sturdy nor strong as i had asked for. I was also told it has 14 days replacement warranty which changes every time i speak to customer care representative.
If it was sturdy and strong how it bent so easily. I have been using spectacles since last 15yrs and nothing of this sort ever happened before, with my experience i know how to wear and handle frames.

Inspite of my spectacle with lens is under lenskart warranty policy but lenskart said its out of warranty and deny to change my spectacle with lens! please give me a solution as soon as possible!

    Lenskart is selling duplicate and fake product in name of original and giving huge discount. I've purchased original frame of ray-ban from lenskart, in which there was warranty of 1 year. But after a month, its case was broken, which raise doubt about duplicacy of the product and checked and found that the frame was also fake. The frame gets detached from glass on regular use after 5 months which the local store of lenskart has repaired. The frame again detached from the same place after another 3 months o[censored]se. This time neither local store nor lenskart entertain me saying that it can not be repaired.

    All these incidents feels me cheated and i advise everyone never ever buy any product from lenskart. They are looting & cheating peolple.

      Hi,

      I have booked a home eye checkup by paying 100 rs for mumbai location on 8th of june and it was scheduled for 9th june, however the representative called me in the afternoon on 9th june saying he wilol vosit at around 6 pm and i was waiting however he dint turn up that day and when i tried reaching him he was responding my call. then later after waiting for 3 days i wrote a query to lenskart and even that is not being answered and additionally when i m calling to 24*7 support no one is responding to the call. what kind of worst service you are providing. i want my money to be refunded else i am going to put a consumer case on lenskart i know it wont have a great impact on you as you would be having so many cases on you but still it will add one more negative on you. and i am surely going to take the help of social media of your such worst customer response. Kindly repay me my amount.

        I have raised a complaint 1 month back on the fitting issue for the Order #[protected]. the lens has come out of frame. Lenskart service representative has visited my home and took the frame+ lens and got it repaired. The issue has come again last 10 days back. The Fitting is not upto the mark, i again raised the complaint before 8 days and the lenses has fallen from the frame today around 8.10 pm and had broken into pieces, which the lenskart team claims that they are non breakable lenses.
        I realized now how much big mistake i made by purchasing the worst lenses from lenskart. I really wonder how come fiber lenses got broken by falling down from 2 feet.

          i am receiving defective sunglasses from past three times.

          this time when i complained to simranjeet (saurabh and his team) they denied for resolution, they just say we cannot change what has been done in past and sorry, but uptil now no resolution has been given from past 3 orders, from their team saurabh even promised that he will ensure i receive a proper order but still i have not got it.

          The gv has been canceled i would like to reopen this and take it legally and a case of harassment.

          This resolution will not work now I have already filled legal complaint for which the support has been notified if lenskart can't deliver me single order in proper manner you need to shutdown your company.


          I had asked for an instant resolution for which I got a reply that we won't be able to help you in any manner.


          So I would be raising a high compensation for this kind of orders with the torture and the phone calls which I made, bills would be added.
          You had my patients from 2 months now you cannot get my cooperation any more either get me a resolution by eod today. Else do not contact me any more for the same thing plz give us more time and all that crap. The same wad been discussed on call.

If i am not getting the resolution for god sake do not contact me and a statement with all email proofs would be given by my side in Cyber crime police Station with a case of harassment also.

                Lens is providing cheap quality of contact lenses which after using has resulted a redness in eyes.
                Not only i have bought lenses, my wife have experienced the same thing. It becomes red and the effect last for more than a week. Its their Bausch and Lomb. We generally buy lenses from retailers and havent had this issue. But from the time we both have started going for discounted contact lenses they have effected us. The box might be branded but i m sure the lenses are all duplicate and harming our eyes.

                  I had ordered pair of eyeglasses on 27 April which came out defective.
                  I had a return/replacement request which was been made for another eyeglasses not which i mentioned.
                  That was resolved after two days.
                  after 15-20 days i received replacement order which came out empty.
                  i had complained for this on 17 may till date false commitment are been made that we are generating GV for your order pls give us more 24 hours.
                  there have been more than 3 days i am making daily calls still the same answer.

                  Sorry as this issue was addressed i could not reply.

                  Post the order was been sent i received cracked eyeglasses for which i shared the screenshot
                  lenskart is unable to deliver me a single order properly
                  you had commitment of 24-48 hours which has been over for creating replacement order.

                    My wife underwent an eye test at home by lenskart more than three weeks back and we paid it rs.6000/- (Appx) in advance for a progressive lens glasses with its frame.

                    The glasses we received in about a week's time contained wrongly powered lenses for reading while distance power was okay.

                      Yesterday 12 may 2016 I have bought rayban sunglasses rb3025 and John Jacob sunglasses with rayban. We are looking for one sunglass which is rayban but salesmen of lenskart said that if you will buy another sunglass with rayban then you will get extra discount on both items. So that we bought both and he said that he will deliver the items at your home after 4 days. But in the evening my husband received a call from rohini store lenskart that your order has been cancelled. They have cancelled my order without notifying us. We have made the payment through card and have the bill with me as well ashe said that don't tell it about to customer care and you said that you have cancelled the order. I just want to knw if they Dnt want to sell the products then why lenskart stores are opened in every location. This is fake store and we didn't received money back in my account. I want my order. I didn't advised anybody to go And buy anything from this store. People are lier. I want my order I have the bill as well

                        With reference to Order number : 188184 dated 21/06/15, i had purchased 2 sun glasses Vincent chase as a gift for my brother. He never wore it even once as he is a business man and does not go on for an holiday soon, but after few months as he takes the sunglasses out from the cupboard, he finds green fungus on the frame of the glasses.                         This accounts for a good amount for 3 orders the refund has not been made yet.
                        They have only made a partial payment of 1370/- out of 3786/- that too constantly messaging them on facebook. Now they have messed up my account to trying to convince me on the partial payment made. Eventually they have stopped responding to my mails and customer care calls as well. It has been two months since i'm waiting for the payment to be done in my bank account but they have stopped responding altogether. The amount 2416/- is still pending. They have cheated on my account.

                          False commitment


                          I ordered 3 spectacles for my family on 20/March/2016. Their executive visited my house, and took the orders. He also informed me that there was a holi scheme wherein I will be getting a refund of amount 350/- for each of my orders which 30 days in the form of cashback(refund to my account). It has been 30 days now and Lenskart told me that the refund will be in the form of store credit and they can't help me anymore on this issue.

                          I am extremely disappointed with these kind of false commitments. Besides this, one of the spectacles I ordered is different in appearance then it actually seems while I ordered and is not up to the mark.

                            With reference to the order no 732350, i have received my specs on 24/02/2016. Unexpectedly the frame color is shaded within a month's time. We are expecting genuine products from lenskart, however this is completely bad experience with lenskart.

                            Unfortunately i have ordered a second one also with order no 794140 and i have received the same on 17/03/2016. Lenskart store people has updated different power glasses even after providing the doctor's prescription. This is completely not accepted from lenskart.

                            Hope lenskart will understand the same and replace the genuine frame and correct the lens power at the earliest.

                              I purchases a frame from lenskart store a month back and within 1 month o[censored]se the right hand break down.In the beginning it was said that it will last for long .I contacted both store and customer care but no one is suggesting any solution and throwing the ball to one another .I have never seen such a pathetic product which last for a month after spending so much bucks.I think in promotion only you all care about advertising to best but the actual scenario and quality differ a lot.

                                I have purchased contact lenses from Lenskart on 10/04/16 and did an online payment for it. While ordering somehow it picked my past address and phone number which is not valid from past 2 years. To my surprise, on 12th April I got an email that the order has been delivered. Then I immediately called the CC number and explained that I haven't received the order and they have delivered it at wrong place. Since they have received advance payment so nobody cared before delivery to call on the number to confirm the order before deliver. I updated them with my current number which is already registered to them and got a false promise that my issue will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours. But nothing happened I again called them to check and executive told me that you were tried to contacted but your number was unreachable. I requested her to tell me the number on which they have called and again it was my old number. It comes as a surprise to me, even if I keep there unresponsiveness and false commitment things apart there is a very basic power given to human being named as "Common sense". Since the time I started contacting them I updated them with my current cell no. at least 5-10 times and still they are calling on my old number and saying that I am unreachable. Till now, I have called them 5 times and have got assurance that my issue will be resolved within 24-48 hours or I will get a call back in next half an hour and 4 days have passed nothing has happened. It seems that my biggest mistake was to trust on Lenskart by giving them my money in advance.

                                I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved. till two days back your Resolution Officer Mr. Shahzad Khan was in constant touch with me and assured that either I will get my credit of amount in my Lenskart account else a fresh piece of my ordered product at my current address. I was promised that I will be notified about further progress on it within 24 hours. Yesterday I just got a mail that they are still looking into this matter and need some more time. Then I requested to inform me about definite amount of time needed to resolve it.

                                Till now, I haven't heard back from you guys. 8 days have passed since I am constantly chasing and explaining this issue repeatedly to your executives. Could I get an HONEST promise from you guys on this PLEASE followed by necessary action on it.

                                    I recently purchased 3 products online in Lenskart.com on 30/03/2016 between 3am-4am . They had an offer running up with the gift voucher "INDIA" which promises 30% cashback + 30 % discount. I selected two sunglasses and an eye glass for a sum of 16000 INR in total and I tried applying the gift voucher "INDIA" and it discounted for some reason there was a total discount of the amount, the GRAND TOTAL being 0. I received the order placed confirmation and a status in their website saying "awaiting customer approval". I received a confirmation mail for the products, an sms to my mobile and an order status stating the order is confirmed. Today I received a call from one of the executives stating that there was a "technical glitch" from their side and the said products cannot be given. I tried telling them the fault was theirs by false promising the customer and I followed the proper instructions while ordering. They refused to acknowledge me and was denied of the products. I expect them to compensate for their faults.There was no cashback from using the offer and the offer was a scam as they did not keep the promise once i used the offer. The asked me to order again and I ordered a powerglass again by paying but the product turned out to be small in size! Worst behaviour by a company and I am a loyal customer of theirs.
