[Resolved]  Lenskart — Replacement of eyeglasses

I had ordered pair of eyeglasses on 27 April which came out defective.
I had a return/replacement request which was been made for another eyeglasses not which i mentioned.
That was resolved after two days.
after 15-20 days i received replacement order which came out empty.
i had complained for this on 17 may till date false commitment are been made that we are generating GV for your order pls give us more 24 hours.
there have been more than 3 days i am making daily calls still the same answer.

Sorry as this issue was addressed i could not reply.

Post the order was been sent i received cracked eyeglasses for which i shared the screenshot
lenskart is unable to deliver me a single order properly
you had commitment of 24-48 hours which has been over for creating replacement order.
Please find the order id below i had clearly told if i am not getting replacement order within 48 hours i wont be contacting lenskart any more. i am filing FIR the same would be shared by tomorrow.
