We are a family of 4 that has been without a fridge for 2 months. I have called multiple times WEEKLY and am just told to wait longer. They informed us there are no repairmen available and it's a manufacturer defect so we must request a refund or replacement, we provided proof of purchase and model information and have just been told to wait longer. We have lost thousands of dollars in spoiled food as we are living out of coolers in the middle of winter in Michigan. I NEED THIS RESOLVED. I need to be able to feed my children. This company has been NO help.

    Dear Team,

    I had purchased a LG Front Load Washing machine at LG Best Shop, Srikakulam on[protected] and i was entitled for a cashback of 17.5% with max cashback of 10, 500 within 90 days from the date of purchase.. but 100 days crossed still i haven't received any cashback amount.

    Dealer details - LG BEST SHOP-SKLM, PEDDAPADU ROAD, SRIKAKULAM-532001, AP

    Product details : LG WM FHV1409ZWB Front Load washing machine.
    Amount paid - Rs.39, 500
    Bill date : 08.10.2021
    Invoice num- FGM10S0401/21-22

    Accordingly i made a purchase and 90 days later cashback amount not credited to my account,

    Please check and do the needful at the earliest.

      I had a service call to get refrigerator fix because it wasn’t cooling, the first technician checked the refrigerator and said I needed a part and he would order the part and come back. The next technician said there are rodent droppings so he can’t work on the refrigerator. I received an email saying it needs to be cleaned or exterminated. I thoroughly clean the area and rescheduled the appointment and then no one showed up. Then the customer service rep said it cannot be worked on unless we get a certificate of extermination even though the email said it just needs to be cleaned. So three days of work were wasted because I had to be here for the technician to be here and it’s very frustrating when the customer service person said the email was from someone else so she did not abide by it. She even went on to say that the warranty wouldn’t be any good since rodent droppings could be cause.

        I bought this tv from Lazada in Thailand 3 weeks ago.
        It was a Christmas box for me the children.
        The installation was fine and I love the picture quality.
        How ever the biggest issue I have is there is no Disney plus App in the app list and most of the apps are for an Indian audience.
        My settings are English across the board just because I live in Asia does not mean I'm Asian.
        So I have a remote that when i press Disney it sends me to Webos 6 I presume which is very difficult to navigate and its permanently laggy especially try to watch movies.
        And before you think internet speed my speed is a constant 85MBS except in the evening when it goes down to about 55-60MBS.
        The apps list is awful lots of stuff that most people don't want.
        I would also add it looks like your OS needs some work.
        My children are disappointed but me I'm absolutely furious.
        This is not a cheap TCL tv its supposed to be good.
        But its not.
        Disney plus is a world word app on millions of TVs seriously what is the problem.
        If or when you reply I would like to know why this extremely popular children's app is missing from your app store

          I have raised a complain for my TV on 2nd Jan with companyRNP[protected] is given to SKY SERVICES. Technician visited and told us that he will have to order parts. I also told him about remote problem so he said as u are using AmC we cannot put all the complaint at once so you out a complain for remove after 45 days, which I disagreed.
          Later after few days I recieved a call saying product which we ordered are not available with LG company. Company has decided to give you 35% discount on new product and as you hold AMC this will be 50-55%. You can visit any near by store and provide us the model details and pay differential amount.

          My concern:
          If company is not able to provide required parts or can't repair the product where I'm holding an AMC then they should trace the tv for free. I should not be asked to pay for exchanged or new product.

          Pls help me here as its really difficult to deal with different ppl at service center..

          I had ordered a TV 86NANO91TNA on 20.12.2021. More than 2.5 months now after confirming order and paying advance. Store people saying LG not supplying product. After mailing LG on 23rd Feb 2022, i got lot of calls from LG enquiring and committed a solution at the earliest. Its been 10days now, no response from LG. I dont why LG is cheating customers. I have paid advance at Oxygen Store and the wait has crossed 2.5 months. LG is making false promise. I think I will have to put up the matter on social media and take the matter to consumer court. So that I get my advance and compensation back. If you cant supply a product after taking advance and making customer wait for more than 2.5 months, its your reaponsibilty to come up with a resolution. If LG doesnt show the courage I will very clearly say that LG is cheaters.

            Sir,
            I bought LG charcoal microwave on 14.1.22 from Bansal Electrovision Pvt Ltd, Sector-29, Gurgaon which is LG SHOPPE. After delivery, iit is found faulty as the start/ stop key is not working regularly and thee oven is making huge noise.
            The LG installation technician has also noted the same and called the shop keeper to replace the item immediately. BUT the LG shoppe has refused to replace and said LG care will repair. The complaint No is RNP[protected]
            Kindly note that I feel that the item is refurbished and the LG exclusive shop has duped me and causing lot of mental anguish as the owen was bought in emergency due to sudden covid lockdown.

              Related to door closing issue
              1st complaint generated on 23.10.2021; vide no[protected]
              2nd 14.01.2022 vide no-RNP[protected]
              I bought a fridge vide invoice no-366 dt- 17.10.21 f/m LG Balaji agency, Lmp-kheri (262701). I have a problem related to closing of the door. Complaint lodged on 23.10.21. Company service man visited and reverse the rubber of door but the problem not resolved. I asked to the company service center then the send the service man with a new rubber and promise to fixed the problem. in 2nd visit the service man said while applying the new rubber and remain closed till morning the magnet will fixed in door automatically and wont create problem again but the problem not resolved after that also. I spoke to the 3rd time again for the same issue. In the 3rd time service man came with hit and trial method of Hot water treatment pour all over the door but the problem not resolved, But at the same time the serviceman said the if not problem resolved then they file the report of not having the capability to resolve the issue after that company will change the fridge by the shop owner.
              we again file a complaint on 14.01.22 but till now there is no action taken place for changing the fridge and no serviceman visited.

              Providing this type of service(hanging ways) by LG Electronics makes a mark on his credibility. Kindly replace the fridge with new one as soon as possible. For your kind perusal i am enclosing here with scan copy of invoice and images of fridge

                I bought a laptop on 15/01/2022 in pai international near benz Circle, vijayawada, Andhrapradesh. The price of it is 52000 and they said a laptop will be provided, but it's online lenovo official website price is 49000 . I asked for the online they said ok and i paid money too. Then after they said that if I buy it for 52000 then only I will bag.
                In the receipt also printed that laptop and a laptop bag when I ask that, they are saying that it is auto generated. I'm not fulfilled with that purchase. So i wish to take concern action on them and solve my problem.

                  Dealer cheated us by selling an inferior 3 star AC to us by highlighting that 3 star is better than 5 star AC making us convince by sharing wrong specifications deliberately. Fraudulently pushing old product by saying wrong spec and fooling us.

This is my escalation no raised 3 weeks back and has got resolution from ASM Mr Urumees who has absolutely not shown any concern on my grave concern but has tried blaming me that I shouldn't have brought the product and blamed that it was my mistake to get cheated. He told ne get it sorted by dealer Nandhilath GMart Palai by myself and see if they are fine to replace it and was not bothered to assist me and felt he was biased nor look into correcting them and solving my grave punishing situation .

                      I recieved the microwave oven ordered#[protected] booked in LG online store with a damaged external packing...
                      When we looked inside it...we found some accessories of starter kit were missing...
                      This is ridiculous...I didn't expect such a horrendous experience.. somebody has maimed the external packing and we couldn't find the glass rotary tray.
                      This tampering was immediately reported to delivery personnel...they said it could have caused during transit...anyways such annoying experience for us...
                      I will not reccomend your dubious products...
                      Now I have started to loose trust on LG.
                      It's been 2 days after registering complaint via phone as well as email...
                      One engineer from LG service centre calls me and tells me that I have to pay extra money for the rotary tray... since I had opened the box without having LG engineer. And he also told me that other accesories are not his buisness and I have to contact the dealer.. on phone via customer care they told me that a engineer from customer service will call me in one hour but no one called...

                          They won't pay warranty because I do not have label from the unit. I ask if I needed to keep the unit after two months and was told NO.
                          I even bought a new LG air conditioner to replace this one.

                          [protected] I filed a repair request on[protected] for an Lg air conditioner.
                          [protected] The repair man came out on[protected]. Unit could not be repaired.
                          [protected] Bought new LG air conditioner.
                          9-9-2021 Called LG about claim. It had not been processed. They were sending again.
                          [protected] Called Lg - They canceled the claim because I did not
                          respond to a phone call. I never received a call. Refiled the claim CNN[protected]. Said it was approved and check was being issued for $648.11. I ASK IF I NEEDED TO KEEP THE UNIT AND WAS TOLD NO!!!
                          [protected] Called Lg about claim. They said once again I did not answer the phone call to confirm. Said they would do it again.
                          [protected] Called LG same thing.
                          [protected] Called LG- turned over to Tyler Byrd RMA[protected].
                          [protected] Received email from Tyler and responded with requested information. Was then told I had to have the sticker off the unit to get paid or proof of disposal. I had neither.
                          1-5-2022 Received letter from Tyler with letter to submit for claim.

                          I have filed a complaint on the handling of this issue VCN[protected].

                          I bought a new unit to replace the bad one from LG. Receipt is attached.

                          This label requirement should be the first thing a warranty claimant is told, not the last.

                            A technician discovered a broken wire (pink) that stopped the ice and water dispenser from working. The wire can’t be repaired or replaced due to the design of the system.

                            The faulty design caused the wire to be damaged by the opening and closing the door. The repair cost is $650.00. Total replacement of the door.

                            A wire that should have been protected from damage by your design team requires a complete door replacement.

                            LG needs to cover the replacement, preferably by a Lg technician.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                This is to inform you that we have purchased a new air conditioner on oct 27th 2021 on emi and this asset which we have brought it's on Punjab national Bank name

                                Unfortunately we had a short circuit at our place on november 3rd 2021 so the air conditioner and my other appliances got blasted

                                We went to the vijay electronics dealer which is based in santacruz east to request him if he can speak to the lg team for new air conditioner as brand gesture but they told they wil speak to the lg team and let us know and infact lg team have inspected the site

                                After months of repeated followups with the dealer and lg team we are not getting any response from both the ends as we also need a letter from lg that the ac is completely damaged and can't be repaired but for this also we have been still following up with them

                                So we would request you to kindly look into this matter and resolve the same at the earliest and oblige

                                  For since last more than 2 months, my refrigerator is with the service center ( 16th Nov 2021).
                                  They are unable to fix the problem that I am faced since ( Dec 2020 ).
                                  Their mechanics are unable to detect the mistake and charge exorbitant rates when they come for checking.
                                  They do not take our calls and are extremely rude and now they have denied having the capability to repair it.
                                  They have the worst service and their mechanics, staff as well as executives are rude and arrogant.
                                  I have no clue that what they have done to my refrigerator.
                                  All my calls record will be available at the service centre.
                                  This is very shameful & a major shortcoming to the company.

                                    Hi,
                                    I made a complaint on 30th October 2021 regarding a vertical line in my 43 inch LG UHDtv which I bought in April 2017 for Rs. 64000. Complaint no. Rnp[protected].
                                    I have purchased an extended warranty on this tv worth Rs. 16992 from LG and I have replaced the led panel once before.
                                    So I have spent Rs. 80992 on this LG TV.
                                    Additionally I have recently purchased a 55 inch Lg tv for Rs. 55000.
                                    Now, the customer service person in Thane, Mr Pradeep Panday, called me and told me that the current value of my 43uhdtv is Rs. 22400.
                                    He also said the panel is not available and suggested that I can replace the tv by buying a new lg tv and paying the difference.

                                    From a customers perspective
                                    1) I bought a tv in 2017 which was Rs. 64000
                                    2) I purchased an amc worth Rs. 16992
                                    3) this led tv has a problem with the panel as this is the 2nd time a vertical line issue has arised.
                                    4) I have spent a total of Rs. 80992 on this tv
                                    5) I have recently purchased a new 55 inch uhdtv for Rs. 55000.

                                    And now LG is giving me a refund of Rs. 22400. This is not even 50% of the money I’ve put in it.
                                    Apart from the Rs. 80992 .
                                    I have had to go through the hassle of calling customer care and waiting for the panel and finally they said the panel is unavailable.
                                    I want at least 50% refund on this tv .
                                    Is there nothing LG can do to reward a loyal customer ?

                                    I’ve been recommending LG tvs to my friends and family and many have bought it due to this.

                                    Please provide a reasonable resolution on this asap.

                                        We have booked a LG 32 L All in One Charcoal Convection Microwave Oven (MJEN326PK, Black, With Starter Kit) through LG sales executive Mr. Santosh Kumar Mohapatra (63011) and local Distributor/Seller M/s TV Emporium, Rourkela, With a bye back our old Microwave oven

                                        But the LG sales executive Mr. Santosh Kumar Mohapatra (63011) sent me a different model and taken an amount Rs. 24, 500/'. it is found that supplied one is an old and defective one. It has shown to Mr. Mohapatra. He apprised and with a commitment that when the said model will be available, it will be replaced with the ordered one. Later on, they took out the defective Microwave oven also within few days

                                        It has already been more than 3 months past since neither got the ordered Microwave Oven nor the Money back. On asking each and every time giving a lot of falls excuses. Not our old Microwave oven returned.

                                        Now we are in great trouble. It is, therefore, my earnest request to please do the needful to resolve the issue.
