Dear Sir,
I am a owner of split inverter AC. I bought the AC in 2017 and since then I am facing problem continuously. After every few months, the AC stops cooling. When I call service center, someone comes tries to find the leak, recharges the gas and gives a bill of few thousand rupees. The AC works for few months and then again same problem of no cooling. one the condenser coil (outdoor unit) was also changed but the problem persist. every time I called the service center, your executive was too proactive in informing me about various charges rather than getting the problem fixed. One good engineer of yours has suggest me to replace the tubing with copper tubing, which I did. but to no avail. Yesterday, when I turned on the AC, I found there was no cooling.
So far, I have spent Rs.13, 764/- just to find the leak and fix the problem but you highly qualified and skilled engineers could no find the problem.
It is pretty evident that the LG is very much interested in squeezing money from the customer rather than giving good service. I have lost all hope and don't expect LG to do anything more than they have already done to improve the services except squeezing money from the customer in the name of service.

After this no word yet from any of them, I called them yesterday and they said they will check and come back and God only know when that's gonna happen!!!...
LG this is not expected from you as a kind of wrong diagnosis from the start even after me asking why they are changing the coil when they're is no leak...I trusted your technical expertise and now I'm sorry I made this decision
