Misleading and Miscommunication

Hi, At the time of the booking the sales executive gave a break up which did not mention the schedule or the taxes levied by the builder on every installment. also they had a scheme of 5% payment initially and then pay the rest after a year. The executive did not mention that if it is 5% percent payment to be done then the loan procedure to start the very same day as interest will be levied. We kept insisting on giving the payment schdule...

Casa Rio - Jodi Flat design changed without even intimating me
